The company did a wonderful job replacing my old roof. The workers were very efficient and very timely handling the removal of the old roof, replacement and cleanup. The sales representative, Chandler, was very knowledgeable about the materials used and the insurance process. The owner, John, is very conscientious about every detail and makes sure the customer is completely happy with the job his company provides.

Great service! Estimator even came back to meet with insurance adjuster to discuss roof wind damage. He assisted with the claim and made the project seamless from adjuster to final payout. The crew showed up on time and worked hard until the roof was complete. Cleanup was very thorough. I did not find anything left around the house.

I am a member of an HOA board that has 9 buildings. We had storm damage on all of our buildings and had to remove the old and replace with new. John Peters Roofing crews were here early in the morning until after dark removing old and replacing with new. They were methodical and professional in the performance of their work. The finished product is way better than the old product when it was new and our HOA residents have complimented the work. The roofing workers were also very good about cleaning up after themselves. The project took about 18 days from start to finish and if they would not have had weather related stoppages, it would have been closer to 13 day. Great hard working crews.

Anyone needing a new roof - we highly recommend John Peters Roofing! They put a complete new roof on our house last year. They worked closely with us and our insurance company and we could not have gotten a better job, service, cooperation, clean-up, workmanship, etc. Initially our insurance company sent out someone to “inspect” the roof. He only looked at 2 places near the gutter line. Their initial response was they would replace those 2 places! We told them that was unacceptable! They said if our roofing company would come out, get on the roof with a cell phone and do a face-time call with them, and show them the damage all over the roof, we would get an entire new roof. Mr. Peters and company did just that! They replaced the gutters, recommended a change in the way the gutters on the dormers flowed, reducing the risk of water damaging the wood. All calls, questions, or concerns over the last year (which there have only been a couple) have been responded to quickly! We’ve been here for 34 years and worked with many vendors, John Peters Roofing is one of the best we have worked with!

Quality work for a good price. John was easy to work with and communicated well throughout the process. The crew did a great job, including cleaning up the yard afterwards.
