Took my don’s Jeep in for a grill and ac cooler replacement. 3 to 4 day job. 3.5 weeks later we got the Jeep back with the old busted grill insert still in it. After being told it was repaired and ready to go. After getting that sorted out. My wife gets 3 miles down the road and it overheated. They forgot to fill up the radiator with coolant. Well they sent it to get a new engine. Well 4 days turned into 58 days. My wife and I missed work and was aggravated in inconvenience. But they don’t care. After the lying and not communicating with us. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!!!! Oh by the way. If you go to BBB reviews. My Jeep is the second vehicle that left their shop with no coolant in it. In about the last 2 to 3 months. Seems like a pattern to me

Such a hassle free experience in a stressful time. My grandma was diagnosed with cancer the same week my car got vandalized. They got me in quickly, worked with me, and believed me. The process with the insurance company was absolutely seamless. My car looks great. Any future problems my family and I run into, Joe Hudson's is who we will call. My experience has earned them a customer for life. Very thankful.

Deron and his team were great to work with, and he went out of his way to communicate once the repair began. I would have appreciated a realistic pick-up date initially, as my pick-up date would be shifted and extended for the better part of almost 2 months. However, this is not necessarily JH's fault, as they are subject to sourcing issues, shipping delays, weather events, etc. just like every other business/ entity.

Overall, I would recommend their service. I would, however, recommend clearing all provided services through both insurance providers, to ensure rental coverage during the repair window. Otherwise, Deron and his team will get your vehicle back on the road, and won't mind the 30 calls / check-in's during the process.

I took my Tahoe in before Thanksgiving to get a quote and estimated repair time. They informed me that if I brought my Tahoe in on Dec 2nd, they would have it finished by December 6th. So I took it in Dec 2nd. Never received an updated call, follow up phone call or anything until I called December 5th. Told me the grill wasn't in yet and it would be at least Monday or Tuesday before it was ready. Again Monday came and gone, no one called me, Tuesday I called, grill still wasn't in. At this point I was paying out of pocket for a rental so I said well if the grill still isn't in, can I come get the Tahoe until the grill comes in. They said they would check into it. Received a call Thursday (first call from them) stating that they put the Tahoe back together, but there was another sensor that was damaged. This was NOT communicated before and Darren stated that one sensor was ordered but they were not aware the other sensor was damaged until they put everything back together. He had ordered the sensor and have it ready by tomorrow (Friday). Friday morning I call and they try to tell me they can't have it ready until at least Monday at 12pm. Needless to say I asked for a supervisor at that point. Supervisor explained that the grill has been on back order and they did not have an estimated time it would be in. Then I was told by the supervisor that two sensors were ordered the first week, but one of them didn't come in so they had to reorder the other one......two stories being told my two different people. Supervisor tried to tell me they still couldn't have it ready by 5pm because they had too much to do. I gave them a speech about customer service and the supervisor said he would try to have it ready by 5pm. Then I got a call two hours later, good news my Tahoe would be ready by 3pm that day. They will repair the rest of my Tahoe when the parts come in and I will never be back.

Best place to get any repairs completed! They take care of all insurance Claims and handle it all for you where you don't have to. I couldn't give enough stars for this repair shop! Top notch.

I had a wreck last year. I had to take my car to somebody else. They did the worst job ever. I have been so pleased with Joe Hudson’s. I will always take my car there and I would advise anybody to take their car to them. they do a great great job.

Beware late work. Was texted three days before it due to be picked up that it was in schedule to be picked up. The day before it was to be picked up they added another 8 days as it was not ready yet. They are Disorganized and my car needs rework as my fender is sticking out about two inches. Would not recommend Joe Hudson.

They did a great job; were very nice, and I liked that they gave me a detailed expense list. But they first told me I would get the car back in 3 weeks, and, not until the 3 weeks was over did they inform me it would actually be 2 months! So watch out for that.

94 days. This is the amount of time they had my car. The original plan was to drop it off for a day or so to confirm the estimate, order parts, and then schedule work time. This didn't happen. After a couple month delays - and I get it, lots of people had damage but 4 months is quite a while. After numerous calls from my side they would give various responses. Waiting on parts. Waiting on paint. Waiting on glass. While I don't deny that the hail damage was significant - the customer service was lacking to say the least. When I finally got my car back no one offered to give a discount, remove my deductible, or any other proof of their apology. They didn't call me for updates. They get the check from the ins company to make them whole again. Meanwhile, I had to borrow a vehicle, rent one or pursue other methods. It is also true that Renfro's got bought out by Joe Hudson - that happened in February. I got my car back at the end of April. They blamed this on a recently retired employee after 20+ years in the business. Regardless of turnover, customers need to be treated with respect and should expect timely updates and repairs. I finally had to resort to asking for tracking numbers for the parts we were waiting on from the district manager - and then, suddenly, my car was finished. What a coincidence. Poor customer service, lack of updates, extremely long wait times. The car does look great - but I'm wondering if that is because I haven't had a car in 3 months.

I was in an accident back in October of 2023, and let me just say it was a nightmare from the beginning. It was my first ever accident and, if that wasn't horrible enough, the process was terrifying from the word, go. THANK GOODNESS, so many people suggested that I have my vehicle taken to Renfro's Collision. From day one, Darren, Tyson, and the entire team were nothing but amazing. Every single time I called (and I called A LOT) they answered every question I had with understanding and grace. They were always so helpful, and exceled at customer service, communication, and care. Even though my vehicle ended up being totaled in the end, Renfro's made the whole process so seamless. I don't know what I would have done without them throughout this tireless, almost three month, ordeal. Thank you to the whole team at Renfro's! You all had my back when no one else did, and I will be forever grateful.

Communication every step of the way to be informative w/parts ordered, deliverey time & then the repair steps. F250 here & worth the wait for excellent service & repairs. Did an amazing job on my truck & I never once felt like I was taken advantage of no matter how small or big the job was. I didn’t feel like I was a paycheck to them. I took my car to Renfro's for damage from road debris that flew up and hit the roof of my car. They did everything by the book, delivered in the exact time frame they promised, and they stand by their work. They handled every detail with my insurance so I never had to lift a finger. They stayed in constant communication through each phase of repair, so I knew my job was handled with care, they made me feel like I was a priority. Highly recommend this business!!

Was recommended to use Renfro's by our insurance company. Wait time was 3 months, I immediately agreed and set up the date because not many places repair audi vehicles. Just received a call, a week from scheduled repair, telling me that they are moving me back months. It pushed me to cancel. Months wasted waiting to repair my car.

Renfro’s did such a great job helping bring my car back to it’s natural beauty after the hail damage many experienced in Richmond in March. They were supposed to have my vehicle up to two weeks and had all damage fixed within a week and my car back to me looking like it was brand new.
Not only was the body work a 10/10, I’d recommend their car washing abilities to anyone! Thanks for your help with my Kia!

Renfros did a wonderful job replacing my front bumper and splitter, and a few more things due to me hitting a raccoon that ran out in front of me on my way to work one morning. The paint matches perfectly, they did the job super fast, and they even cleaned the entire exterior of my car before I came and picked it up! They were very friendly, answered all my questions, and called me to update several times. 11/10, this is the place to go if you need any work done! At the time I was looking for a Hyundai certified shop and all the local ones had no openings for two months out. Fortunately, Renfro's Collision had one only a month away. I called and set up a time to get an appraisal. It was a quick and easy process. I provided my insurance information and scheduled dropoff, that was it.

The customer service was very professional. They were straightforward and communicated with me throughout the process, sending pictures and calling.

Lastly, I called the week before and I was told it was likely a 6-7 day job by someone I spoke to on the phone with, but it ended up being two weeks. I had transportation arranged, thankfully, but it may be helpful for others who may not have transportation arranged for that length of time.

Had a small rear end collision and came in for an estimate. Dave was quick to grt an estimate, explain in detail what would be done and helped with any questions i had. Day of drop off,Dave contacted the car rental company and got me on my way. Day of pickup, I pull in the lot to see my vehicle cleaned and ready to go. Ricky made sure to explain what was done and asked if I had any questions and then we settled the payment. Top Notch start to finish!!

We had a moderate dent on the tailgate of our truck from towing a side by side, and we decided to bring it to Renfro's for a quote and repair. After a few bumps in the road, they were more than accommodating and did a fantastic job! Due to the metal being aluminum and the damage inside we had to get a whole new tailgate, painted, replaced, linex, the whole deal. You can't even tell it's a different tailgate and looks like it's the original before it got damaged with how well the paint matches. They were fair on pricing and kept us informed on when it would be ready. Looks great!

I was in an accident about 3 months ago where I was not at fault. That was my first time in a wreck and i wasnt quite sure how to deal with the insurance company. I went to renfros and they took care of everything. All I had to do was drop my car off. They explained everything to me in great detail and made sure I understood. I got my car back in about 3 weeks and it looked amazing. Everything was done perfectly. About 2 weeks ago, a deer hit me and after my amazing experience with Renfros, I went back to them. They handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. Once again, my car looks amazing, and drives amazing. I am very pleased with the outcome and I would recommend Renfos Collision to anybody. Very professional and very friendly people. Overall an amazing experience. Thank you so much!!
