I'd like to share my recent experience. On Sunday, my wife and I were planning to go out for dinner. However, our three-year-old vehicle broke down, requiring us to call for assistance. Although the dealership's initial response was unsatisfactory due to our distance, we eventually received support. We visited a new car dealer, where we received excellent service. We were informed that the necessary parts would take five weeks to arrive. While waiting, I found a new vehicle with an attractive price. Both my wife and I liked it, and after negotiating the trade-in value of our old car, we decided to purchase it. Interestingly, the new vehicle broke down as well, but the dealership, particularly Paul Todd, provided exceptional service, ensuring a prompt replacement. No pressure assistance, great selections, but the best part was our salesman! Listened to our needs and showed us those vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and walked us through all the features of our new purchase! We’ve purchased vehicles for fifty plus years and probably the best experience we’ve had!

I actually went with this place because of the majority of reviews online. My experience went generally well. My only two complaints would probably be my salesman was on the phone with my insurance carrier. And was getting annoyed with them because they wouldn't discuss my info with him. And actually got an attitude with the agent from my insurance agency. Which I didn't care for. In this day and age with identity theft. I was glad they wouldn't. The other thing was with the finance. I literally just left the dealership was about seven minutes up the road and the finance manager calls me tells me I needed to sign something else. Which I didn't have to go back to the dealership he just sent to me via email. But still. Then the next day after I'm home. The finance manager calls me at home and says the bank that originally took on my loan has now backed out. They were going to have to go with GM Financial. And that point I was willing to just let the vehicle go back. But, I talked to a friend of mine that works in financing and he said that does happen. So, I can't really blame that on the finance manager here. Neither instance would persuade me not to deal with this dealership again. I would definitely go here again.

Attention to detail is very important and instills confidence in the level of service received. I requested the replacement of the engine air filter, later I found the status of the filter (dash display) was not reset. I asked for a copy of the multi-point inspection checklist because it was missing from my service paperwork. I was told that the form is always completed and a copy is attached to the customers paperwork, later I reviewed my documentation from Adam's GMC and found other service paperwork missing the inspection checklist. My daughter took her car over couple of days ago over her radio and backup camera not working they told her it would cost 1500 to fix it so she called and told I told me and she took it somewhere else had fix for 30 dollars it was a loose wire she saved 1470 dollars

I have a newer GMC Sierra 3500.... I was unaware of this initially, but Onstar is switching from 4G to 5G and it is causing major problems with some of the media features of the vehicle which i rely on quite heavily.... nothing was working, and I was quite upset... When I called Greg in the service department was able to set up an appointment within a very short period of time. Between he, Ricky, and Brady they quickly got me up and running.... I am extremely grateful for their help and support.... Very Happy!!!

Salesman was NOT pushy at all. I went just looking and we talked about 30-45 minutes about everything but trucks. Lol. Then we started talking about trucks and pricing. He mentioned some rebates and so forth and now I have a new GMC truck. Thx

It was to time to service my truck. I called got in the next day. When I arrived Ricky Middleton was there to greet me (always the best customer service). As I was pulling in he heard a noise and told me he would take a look at it. He then came out and told me the problem and fixed it right then! No waiting on parts no make another appointment to fix it. He just fixed right then. I drive 75 miles from my home to Adam’s GMC because I trust Ricky and the Adam’s team with my truck and my safety.

Mr. Jay was AMAZINGGGGG! he went above and beyond. the process was smooth & it was seemless. I will be back to get my car serviced there.

I am very disappointed in Buick. I bought a new Enclave and it only has 3000 miles on it, and it wouldn't change gears, put itself in neutral, set the parking brake, wouldn't recognize key fob. I had to have it serviced but now it is making a noise when you shut it off that it did not make before having it serviced. We have asked about it but have not heard back from dealership. I am very aggravated. I feel the dealership could be more helpful with this problem.
