JM Solutions have replace 3 roof for me over the last 3 years. Two rental and my own home. I’ve had a lot of roofers knock on my door to give me bids, but I wouldn’t use anyone but JM. I called him early in May about some wind damage. Justin met here with my Insurance adjuster. The adjusted gave the ok and one week later it was done!!!! I haven’t had any concerns with any of my 3roofs. Fast clean no hassel company to work with.

They were great at communication and were very thorough. They cleaned up the entire area and even returned to search the street and driveway for missed nails and staples. They really care about the quality of their work!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Justino is a man of integrity and this company does great work at a fair price. My husband and I just bought a house in Bountiful that needed a new roof, after living in Denver for over 10 years. The Denver part is important because while we were there, we had to replace our roof 3 different times because of hail storms. The roofers there knew how to work the insurance system and it was such a racket. I felt taken advantage of every single time. I came away from that experience leery of all roofing companies.
Reluctantly, I requested bids from several companies I found online and JM Roofing stood out from the beginning. We had an unusual and challenging roof and they came in with clear ideas, suggesting several approaches and a reasonable price. They were not the cheapest, but I felt they were the most transparent. Throughout the scope of the work, they gave me frequent updates and sent drone images to help me see the progress while we were still going back and forth between here and Denver. Jose and his crew had amazing work ethic AND the day we brought our moving truck in with a load, his crew shoveled my steep, 400 ft driveway so we could come in safely that evening!! Simply amazing. The people they used for the gutters and downspouts were also amazing. They worked so hard to make everything look perfect. Everyone who worked on our house was friendly, meticulous about clean up, and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of their work. Our roof looks great and would 100% recommend them. Their crew works fast and clean. They were able to get it done in one day!

Emergency leak occurred and they came out quickly to make sure the roof was not the cause. Did a thorough inspection, very well mannered, and in and out with no issues!

From quote to installation of roof they were very quick, maybe 2 weeks. The roof looks great better than original. Used Malarkey Vista shingles, midnight black love the color. They used thick ridge shingles makes it look very good. Left the premise clean. Complete install was quick at 2-3 days.

We have had a wonderful experience with JM Roofing from start to finish. Justino and crew replaced my roof a few years ago. I didn’t want to immediately leave a review because I wanted to wait and see how it held up over time. So far: zero issues. Their work was/is top notch. I watched them install my neighbors roof just a few weeks ago. Same as with mine, great work all around. Justino worked with us to meet our scheduling needs. The crew arrived on time and the project was completed on schedule. The work crews attention to detail over the entire project was notable, especially on skylights and chimney trim. Also, as the existing roof was uncovered a problem was discovered with the porch overhang and the appropriate repairs and corrections were made. The clean up was meticulous. Martha, in the office, answered our questions and provided all written material - bid, contracts, certificate of completion and warranty in a timely manner. All work was completed as promised and at a reasonable price. We are completely satisfied with JM Roofing's work.

JM managed a large project to remodel a section of my home. It included a deck build, a partition wall removal, and a total bathroom remodel. There was an issue with a bad subcontractor that did poor finish work in the bathroom, but Justino made it right and got someone else in to do the entire tile project over again properly. I appreciate that he made it right by us.

We had to have a full replacement after a windstorm. JM Building Solutions took off a double layer of shingles and replaced with tar paper, ice barrier and high quality shingles. They added ridge vents and painted pipes to match the roof. We were impressed with the details! They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything as they worked. Justino was also considerate to send pictures as the job progressed and was patient as we dealt with the insurance company for payment.

Our roof was damaged by our tree in the 2020 windstorm. Justino, the owner, worked with our insurance company when he found out that all of our decking had delaminated. Not only did he repair our roof, but he also gave us a roof vent and some other code upgrades, all for the price insurance offered to pay for the repair. He was also very timely and provided quality, personal, professional service.

Ok, so you probably see all my 5 star reviews and are like "that feels suspicious". The food critic in Ratatouille said it best. "I don't like food, I love it. If I don't love it I don't swallow." That's me for reviews. I've yet to have an experience so bad that it needed one star, and I won't waste my time on mediocre or acceptable. If you are thinking of a new roof, do yourself a favor and meet Justino. From start to finish my experience was great. The crew arrived at 7 on the dot on both days, and worked hard until the job was done. After cleanup I found no nails or debris in my yard, and everyone was so respectful. They even reset my satellite so perfectly that I didn't need anything recalibrated. I love my roof!

I had a good experience with JM Roofing. This company did a good job of finding the source of a leak in the roof of my house and fixing it. I appreciated the evaluation of the entire roof with photos so that I could see without having to get onto the roof myself. The repair is professionally done. Also, and at my request, this company resurfaced fireplace chimneys for a better aesthetic look on the home.

Justino and his crew replaced our roof with great skill and speed. Preparation was completed timely, the crew arrived on schedule and removed the old shingles an installed 2/3 of the new shingles in one day. The following day the job was complete. Gutters replaced on schedule. We also wanted some painting done it was done timely and professionally. Well done project.

JM Roofing does amazing work! Justino gave me photos and video of the shingle damage and leaking problems around all of my pipes and vents. He identified a ventilation problem over my garage that we were able to fix. He patiently answered all of my questions. The team covered all my plants and bushes before starting. They added ice and water barrier on the entire patio roof based on the recommendation from the City Inspector, because they got a permit and did everything right. They even emailed the completed warranty information. I feel safe and secure knowing that my roof is so much better than ever before!

Justino reroofed our house and fixed our leaky chimney. We have a rambler style home with several additions and roof pitches. Justino paid special attention to the area of the roof with a shallow pitch. He made sure that the right material was used in this area to minimize the risk of future problems. We are very happy with the look of the roof. Justino provided options for the color and style of the roof. He provided helpful suggestions to ensure a roof that looked good and would last a long time. Our leaky chimney needed new flashing and a cap. The chimney is quite large and is an architectural feature of the house. The new flashing looks so much better, and Justino had a special cap manufactured just for our chimney. The house never looked better.

JM Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof! If we could give them 6 stars, we would. They were able to come out quickly to give an estimate, they made sure to get all of the proper permits, the work was done professionally and quickly, and they cleaned up everything pristinely when they were done. They went above and beyond and we highly recommend them!

They worked very well with us and our insurance to get our damaged roof fixed. They took their job on our roof very seriously, throughout, and professionally. When they accidentally cut our TV cable, they owned it up and offered to pay for repairs. The owners and their crews are very friendly and welcoming, very respectful as well. We have been having water issues for a very long time and I'm a definitely a DIY kind of person, so I have done several things myself hoping to fix the problem, yet despite my best efforts, the dripping remained every time it rained or snowed. I finally threw in the towel and contacted Justino. Despite it being the middle of winter and the roof being covered in snow, and despite also having had this issue for a very long time, they came out to take a look at the roof. Noe was very friendly and he first spent a good amount of time on the roof cleaning all the snow off just to get a look at the problem. He identified the issue as being a poorly installed vent at the pitch of the roof and showed me where the water was getting in. They had supplies at my house that evening and he started on it the next morning -- in the middle of a snow storm -- and he kept working so as to minimize the damage already done to the house. Once the problem area was replaced, he came back the next day after the snow had stopped to replace the rest of the vent which may have become a problem in the future. A++ service and very reasonably priced. When my roof ultimately fails completely over the next decade or so, I know who I am going to call. Thanks again for everything!

Justino and his team went above and beyond to help get our roof done. They pushed for us to have Insurance cover some things which really saved us. They even put a tarp on the roof because we were worried about snowfall before the work began. I will recommend JM Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer.

I recently had my roof replaced by JM Roofing Solutions. This was a complex job, as it involved an insurance claim.
Martha at JM roofing coordinated with the insurance company, so I wouldn't have to, and secured the required payment. This was some major work upfront before the roofing even started.
When it was time to do the work, Justino coordinated it in a very hands-on and friendly manner. The crew showed up promptly, and worked quickly and efficiently. Due to the time of year, their daylight hours were limited, so they quickly added more roofers toward the end of the day to get the job done.
All the people I worked with at the company were highly professional and very quick to respond to my communications. The crew kept the worksite in good order, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The whole process went smoothly and the final quality of the work was excellent.

Before starting, he personally went around to all of our neighbors, gave them his contact card, and apologized for any inconvenience that might affect our neighbors(this meant the world to us as we hadn't yet moved in our met the neighbors ourselves). Exceptional customer service. Justino has been incredible to work with. He went above and beyond for us more than once, and I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his team's work. He was very communicative and transparent throughout the process. He would send us pictures of the roof as his crew worked on it which was helpful when deciding what to do about a few unexpected problems after the old roof came off. They were helpful in getting the job done the right way so that it will last as long as it should. It was a hassle free experience. There was one small area we were concerned about and he sent somebody out to check it out without giving us a hard time. We had a question a year later about a vent cap and he helped us out without hesitation. I will be using JM Roofing for any roofing needs I have in the future and will recommend him to everybody.
