When we found our leak I was horrified to have to find a mitigation company to help. My daughter and a friend had to use one recently and had the worst experiences! My fiancé found Service Master and called them in the evening. They answered and had someone out the next morning and handled it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. It’s refreshing to find a company like this.

We have been very pleased with the service we have and are receiving from Farmers Insurance. The adjuster, Jim, is so nice and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and responsive to all our concerns. Home accidents happen and we feel lucky we chose Farmers insurance. Also, our agent Max Outsen is so helpful and great with any concerns we have.

We were very happy with the service we received from Service Masters. They were quick to respond to our problem. In under 3 hours they were at our house, ready to find the water leak. Jaxon the team lead and his crew started the process of looking for a water leak. He kept is informed of everything they were doing. Easily the best mitigation experience I have had. Ethan and R.J. Went above and beyond to mitigate quickly and answer all my questions. We had a sprinkler leak into our basement awhile back. We thought we got it cleaned up, but recently took a closer look and found mold had started growing. We were referred by a friend. The team did a great job cleaning up the mold and making sure everything was dry and ready to restore.

The technicians were responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. RJ and (I think his name was) Brady should be commended for their work. Everyone on the crew were excellent.

I can be a lot and flooding is a very stressful situation, these guys handled my emotions with elegance. I was very impressed, I also thought I had an emergency and they made time for me when I wasn't even in their schedule to stop by and calm me down. 10/10 they walked me through a process I never thought I would be in and when I didn't understand they were so kind and explained it again.

Ethan and RJ got to work quickly, opened up the walls and floor, and dropped in 10 dehumidifiers and fans to prevent any mold. Their work was precise, neat, and they left no mess. Service Master, crew leader RJ, and his crew were lifesavers after our hot water heater (on the second floor!) ruptured, causing significant water damage. They responded quickly and in force, getting State Farm and their wonderful team of Dave Brewer & Danielle, here in Ogden to approve our claim and start work. Within just a few hours of contacting ServiceMasters regarding the flooding of our basement, their crew arrived for assessment and they were also immediately ready to begin work. Ethan and his crew were efficient and courteous. They were respectful of our property and always left things clean and organized. I had clear updates and instructions and always knew what was going on. Giving them a key to our home so they could work while we were gone was never a concern for us. Working with ServiceMaster to clean up after my basement flooded made the process much less stressful. No one wants to have to go through something like that, but if it happens, it's good to know that there are wonderful people to work with. Service Master did the cleanup on my basement when it got flooded from a broken main sewer line. They responded quick after I called them and did a great job in cleaning up all the damaged areas. After being in the insurance industry for 30+ years and always referring our clients to Service Master for claim mitigation, I finally had my very own personal experience with them on 01/22/2024.
After flooding my laundry room, I reached out to Service Masters by Smith, just to see if I could rent a couple of fans. Brad and his team were amazing! Val brought two fans with him and arrived quickly and did an assessment. He recommended I pull the base boards and drill a few holes beneath that line.
He left and then returned, letting me know they would send out a crew in the morning to take a look. What an amazing team! RJ and his crew, removed kick plates on my cabinetry, added another two fans and also a humidifier. They treated all wet areas with anti-microbial and said they'd be back to retrieve fans in a day or so.
They were quick, they were efficient, they were personable and they will ALWAYS be, who I send our clients to.

ServiceMaster did an awesome job cleaning up some water damage we noticed on New Year's Day. We woke up on Jan 1 to our kitchen flooding because of a failed hot-water pipe. It had been running for hours in our kitched and into our basement. The crew arrived on New Year's Day by 10am and started the clean up. They explained their process, set expectations, and communicated well. It took about three days to dry the water and each day they called before they came over. They kept me in the loop the entire time. Thanks very much for your awesome work. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I do, I will call ServiceMaster by Smith immediately.

Ethan and Ryan were both absolutely amazing so helpful,kind and understanding! Ethan helped me alot and went above and beyond he offered assistance when he saw me struggling with replacing my water heater alone and he helped me to get that done without asking and seemed happy to help with it. Ryan also helped move stuff out of the way and clear a path for me while i brought in the water heater.i couldnt recommend these guys more thank you again for not only helping do the demo and water cleanup but going above and beyond also.

The guys at service master were amazing! We had some water damage but weren’t sure if we should file a claim or just tear up a little carpet and pad and let it dry out. The technicians came over for a free evaluation and found way more moisture than we knew about. Unfortunately we had to do quite a bit of work (tear out floors and cut out drywall, etc. ) but the Service Master guys handled everything and made the whole process seamless for us. If we hadn’t called them in the first place I’m sure we would have majorly regretted it down the line with the mold and mildew problems that certainly would have followed.

Also want to add how well the guys cleaned up everything. They ripped up a bunch of floor, but cleaned it up so nicely that it’s not too bad to live with while we wait to get everything repaired.

We had a water leak in our main water line. Everything in the room was soaked!! So grateful fo Servicemasters by Smith for coming to our rescue!! The guys were so nice and professional. Even made friends with our little pug!! I highly recommend them!!

These folks helped us out of a big problem when our laundry flooded less than a week before new owners were to move in. They came in after hours and had everything drying within 24 hours. What a great experience! RJ and his team came in and started work cleaning up the water damage. They were extremely professional and kept me informed on how things were going.
When they finished the first day they explained how they would place the fans to make sure the room would dry evenly.
It took only two days and RJ came back to double check the job.

Calder and Landon provided excellent customer service with their removal of flooring, baseboards and clean up from water damage in the basement. OMG, I am so glad my insurance company referred Service Master By Smith for our roof leaking problems from the storms in January '23! If you use them, request to work with RJ. He was so very good, but on top of that, he was kind, understanding, accommodating, and went the extra mile every single time I talked with him. Service master came to our home after it flooded on December 31st 2022. Ethan and is crew did an awesome job cleaning up the mess. A couple of days later our home flooded again and Ethan’s crew from service master responded to extracted water a second time. Ethan’s and service master took the time to address all of our concerns. Service master made the clean up look so easy. Our family appreciates the work service master did and would recommend them to other.

This company is great. I had a pipe in the ceiling of my basement break. They came in and were professional and respectful of my home and family. They were quick and clean. I have daughters therefore I have clogged sinks. A moment of innocent carelessness turned into a 3 floor flood. There are nightmares you can't wake up from. The team from ServiceMaster showed up on time, communicated really well, worked really hard, and did an very thorough job. Ethan, Chandler, Jackson, Parker, and Will ripped apart my house safely, efficiently and with a smile. My kids do this too, but they don't clean up like the ServiceMaster professionals do. We are on the path to recovery. Thanks to this team, this nightmare is quickly becoming a happy memory.

They were extremely professional and Candler was very responsive t ok the loss and needs to get things dry and corrected. They said they would be there at certain times and stuck to those times. I have a high expectation for professionalism and quality. They didn’t disappoint me at all.

I have had two foods in our basement the past 4 months. The first was due to a sewer backup. Jay with ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration came by promptly upon the recommendation from my home owner's insurance. They performed a thorough inspection and found the extent of the damage was much greater than originally thought. Their demolition crew was quick, and cleaned up well. When the second flood occurred, Jay came over again and inspected our basement. The damage was not as bad, thankfully. Jay went out of his way and helped me position fans, move furniture and provided advice on drying our the drywall. If I ever need a cleaning or restoration company again (I hope not), I will not use any other company.

ServiceMasters did a phenomenal job on our water damage. They provide a clear and understandable quote and lived up to it. Their service folks were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and communicated clearly what they were doing and our options.
