The crew was safe, courteous, and professional. After the shingle installation had started, we had concerns about our chosen color. The owner stopped the installation, gave us time to reconsider our initial choice, provided us with the address of a nearby home to view our chosen shingles, and offered to change colors if we so desired. We stuck with our original choice, and they completed the installation promptly. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and we still haven't found a single stray nail. A trusted contractor recommended VIP Roofing, and it paid off; they did excellent work.

We had such a smooth experience with VIP roofing! They stripped the roof down to the rafters and a did a a full reroof. I have been using VIP roofing for the last 7 years, both professionally and personally. I am a Real Estate Agent and anytime I have a client that is need of a new roof or repairs, I call Travis. Travis is always right on it and getting things done. I recently had a roof leak on my own roof and Travis had his guy out there working on it for me during a drabby, cold and wintery day. I will be using VIP roofing always! I highly recommend that they are the first call you make when you need a new roof or repair.

Travis was very responsive to all of my questions and always provided very complete information. The install crew was efficient and completed the project in a very timely manner, even though they had an interruption due to some cold, snowy weather. I spent a lot of time talking to quite a few other roofers and never felt that I had all of the answers I was looking for. It was hard to tell exactly what ice and water shield and what underlayment they were going to use, vs what was required for the shingle supplier's warranty, etc. And when I pressed them, their price always increased when I specified I wanted the better underlying materials that were required to support the shingle supplier's warranty.
With Travis and VIP their initial proposal included the required ice and water shield and underlayment materials to support the shingle supplier's warranty, and VIP's proposal also included the shingle supplier's warranty, an upgraded shingle and high profile ridge caps, all at a price that was significantly better than any of the other estimates I received.

Five star review start to finish. Travis showed up at my property the next day after calling for a bid, sent me the estimate and arranged to have some shingle samples dropped off the day after I had set my appointment for later in the month but circumstances changed and we actually arranged for an earlier date. Travis was always responsive, got back to me in record time. My roofers, Julio and Miguel, were polite, professional, and did beautiful work. I appreciated their attention to detail. Despite having challenges with the rain, my roof was delivered when promised, and when my invoice came, it was the same as my estimate. No surcharges, no fees, no funny stuff, just straightforward business. Colleen the office manager was friendly and easy to work with. The entire staff was just great to work with. VIP is the real deal. I would recommend them to my friends. Great job!!

The place we rent got the roof done by this company. The workers who tore the old shingles off were horrible! Left a HUGE mess! My husband stepped on a nail had to go to the doctor and get a bunch of shots, nails and shingles flying off our roof hitting our windows and grill. It was impossible to take our dogs out or let the kids play. They would show up to work at 6 am when city ordinance says 7am is the earliest. Growing up with a dad in construction to say I’m disappointed in this company is an understatement.

I needed to have my roof replaced and Travis was very responsive in providing a full and honest roof inspection and quote. VIP Roofing's work was outstanding! They provided a very competitive price and exceptional quality. The workers were professional, efficient and finished on time with no issues. We haven’t had any issues with the roof they installed on our house, but they sent us a gift card to use for future use and I’ve tried calling twice now to inquire about our pergola being done and haven’t heard back. If they don’t intend on following through with the gift cards they shouldn’t send them out. I’m super bummed out I’ve been ghosted both times I’ve reached out.

They have done 2 roofs for me. One for a commercial property I manage and then my own roof. I was very pleased with their work, professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to communicate about things along the way. I would highly recommend them and will continue using them myself.

Very good price and they answered all of my questions. They did what they said they would do which is very important in my book. They started on Wednesday and finished on Friday to include having the dumpster hauled away. It has been a couple of weeks and I have only found a couple of nails, great clean up!

Travis is knowledgeable and friendly: he walked around my house, talked with me about my roof needs, and how VIP could meet them; he promptly emailed an estimate and answered my questions about it; and he even came to the house to ensure I understood the proposal and the choices I could make before signing the contract. VIP's installation was near perfect: deliveries and work were were done on time; the workmen absolutely knew how to remove my three old roofs, install plywood, etc. and finally shingles. Most impressive was how the roofers were able to connect the various pitches of the 7 different roofs (the original two--1865--and additions) and 3 chimneys to assure no water comes in (Only well-trained roofers could do that!) They worked non-stop--except for a short lunch--cleaned-up debris the end of each day, and put all tools in the van to drive away. VIP has followed-up with texts/call /email to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. I am. . .a very satisfied customer!

VIP was an excellent choice for replacing our 70 year old cabin roof with a new standing seam metal roof. This old cabin had a lot of quirky aspects to the roof. Jose and his 3 fellow workers were highly skilled and assured that every detail was addressed in the the best possible way. They came on time and worked hard throughout the day - took 3 days. They spent time to assure a good post job clean up.

VIP was really exceptional for our roofing replacement. Travis was very responsive and came out to provide a bid right away. The bid was extremely competitive. He was very communicative about job start. The crew was fantastic and worked the tails off from 8am to 8pm (when it got dark), to get the job done on time. The work they did was excellent. They were super accommodating too. I would highly recommend.

We got a lot of bids for our redo of our deck/balcony. VIP had the best options and the best price. They came out to do the work and installed a 1/2 inch board instead of a 3/4 inch board. Their lumber yard gave them the wrong size. They even showed me the receipt. They paid for the right size, but the wrong size was given to them. They not only took the old out, but they paid for an extra layer at no cost to us. The workmanship is so professional. The warranty is incredible. The detail work is high grade. Their workers are very respectful (they checked with us each day they came out). The end product is exactly what we had hoped for and expected. They took the time to do it right. Before I called VIP Roofing I got a bid from another company. The two men they sent out were high pressure salesmen with a one time offer that expired when they left my property. I found that very offensive.
VIP was referred to me by a friend. I called and talked to Travis. He came out, gave me a bid with a few options. His bid is good until July 31st. And far less than my 1st bid.
I gave him the job. All the work was done very fast. They cleaned up fantastically afterwards.
The roof looks great.
I was always treated with respect and never pressured.

A glossy door hanger was left at our house by VIP roofing. The hanger proclaimed that someone on our street was having work done by them. We have been needing our 7’x20’ shed roof redone. It is attached toour house and is a low pitch roof about 7’ off the ground.
I am over 70 years old and figured that my neighbor (that I personally don’t know) had checked out the company. I had one of the company employees named Travis come out and quoted me $1,850.00 to reroof, take the old roofing materials off and also replace a 2’ strip of plywood the length of the roof. I had them do it.
A couple of my friends said that I was ripped off because that was way too much money. It took one of their guys less than a day to do it. I called the sales person and explained that I was told that I was overcharged and the guy said that he was offended that I was questioning his integrity. He said that twice. I said I wanted to be treated fairly and not be taken advantage of with me being a senior citizen. He finally said that he would have someone at the company review it and get back to me.
When a sales person says they are offended by a customer questioning treatment and charges, that raised a red flag with me. I then researched and called a well reviewed roofing company and without explaining what I went through, I asked for a ball park quote for what we needed. I was shocked to be told a price of $600 to $850 less. I then explained my situation to him. He had empathy for me but suggested that I review VIP Roofing in a number of places to warn other people.
UPDATE.
There was no company review and Travis sent me this text about a week later…”Good morning Ed. I ran a job cost for your job. With a couple of less hours for Enrique and some materials he had from another job, the new total cost is $1700. I’ll have my office manager send a new invoice.”
I certainly feel taken advantage of and will post this sad tale in a few places. If you are reading this Caveat Emptor-buyer beware.

When it was time to have my low-angle, roof membrane replaced, I wanted to stay “local”. My Google search led me VIP roofing in Centerville. The reviews, and comment responds from the company sold me on selecting VIP to replace my roof. The return response, in-person visit and scheduling was immediate and very professional ( thanks Travis). VIP roofing was very flexible with their scheduling, as I need to have a defunct solar system removed before the re-roofing. A couple of days after the solar system was removed, VIP was at my house working to replace the roofing membrane. Noe and his crew were efficient and professional. The work was done in a day. The roof is clean and modern in its new look. The crew did a great job on the clean up as well. Within a couple of days, after the finish, VIP sent their supplier to collect bulk material that was not used or left over. There was nothing for me to do, but enjoy the security of a new roof.

We had wind damage from the September storm. Part of that damage was a hole in the roof of our garage. Max was quick to give an estimate. When the project started they removed two layers of shingles and replaced the sub roofing and shingles in one day. They left the job site very clean. I will use them again.

Good people to work with. We visited their office several times and were always greeted kindly and respectfully. There was a bit of a backlog due to all the wind damage, but once they started on our roof, they were done in no time. They cleaned up very well every day. We will definitely use them again.

After getting a bid from Travis and finalizing a start date for the installation of a new roof after wind damage, Noe and Anibel showed up on a Monday morning and worked all week installing the new roof. They were hard working, polite and meticulous in their work. The roof looks great! Travis and Max answered all my questions and concerns, and the entire experience, given why they were there in the first place, was great. They met all my expectations and I would certainly use them again, although I am hoping I don't need to! I recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I had a couple of roof leaks I was having a hard time finding someone to fix as its a small job and every roofer in town is jammed. Two roofers didn't even return my calls. VIP was very responsive, they came out quickly and got the job done fast. I also had a minor skylight leak and I asked them what product to use as I was planning to fix it myself. Instead they got up and sealed the skylight on the spot. I would definitely use again.

We had severe damage to our roof during the recent wind storm. VIP provided a competitive bid, and came to me highly recommended by a neighbor. We ended up replacing the entire roof and it looks great. Travis was great to work with, and Jose and the install crew did a great job. They said they use 6 nails per shingle, and they have been working in wind prone Centerville for a long time so I am optimistic the roof will stand the test of time.

Put s new roof on our house in 2005. Beautiful job, cleaned up, shingles have lasted through several bad windstorms. Nice people to work with. I previously showed a 2 start review here, but I have no idea where that came from. I probably put my phone in my pocket while VIP was on Google maps b/c the review was gibberish--so it was a "pocket-dialed" version of a review. My apologies.

After getting 5 different bids to get a new roof we decided to go with VIP Roofing and we are SO glad that we did! Travis was so great to work with. He was very quick to come by to give us a bid, he checked in on the project multiple times and he was very quick to answer any questions through text messages and phone calls. The roofing team was AMAZING! They took 2 layers of shingles off our roof, re-sheeted it, and then put the new shingles on in 5 days. This was all done in 100 degree weather. I was amazed at how hard and how quickly they worked. We definitely be referring our families and friends to VIP roofing. We needed to replace our garage roof and had a lot of trouble with getting bids. Travis called me the morning of the bid to ask if he could come by early, which we were happy about. I don't understand how anyone could give this company anything less that five stars. I asked five companies for bids and VIP was the only one to respond. I had a complete roof replacement, including decking. The job was completed on time, under budget, and they even raked my flower beds to get all the trash. I would and will recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof. Don't use the rest, when you can have the best, and for less. Two years later and one of the hardest winds in Utah history, perfect roof, no damage.
