We had to have a full replacement after a windstorm. JM Building Solutions took off a double layer of shingles and replaced with tar paper, ice barrier and high quality shingles. They added ridge vents and painted pipes to match the roof. We were impressed with the details! They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything as they worked. Justino was also considerate to send pictures as the job progressed and was patient as we dealt with the insurance company for payment.

Our roof was damaged by our tree in the last windstorm. Justino, the owner, worked with our insurance company when he found out that all of our decking had delaminated. Not only did he repair our roof, but he also gave us a roof vent and some other code upgrades, all for the price insurance offered to pay for the repair. He was also very timely and provided quality, personal, professional service.
