Bartile does excellent work. Their materials are top tier and their labor force is second to none, Rod, who runs the maintenance division is a joy to work with. Never any surprises dealing with Bartile. I highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the whole process of fixing my roof with Bartile. They came out before we bought the place to give us an idea of what condition the roof was in, and what it would take to fix/replace the roof. They were professional from the start and I felt very confident in their expertise. We didn't get the roof fixed till a year and a half later (after a lot of leaks), and I'm glad we finally did! They were very professional and clean. My roof looks great, and no more leaks!

Bartile roofs has serviced our roof since we built our house in 1998. We have been very pleased with the quality of service they provide. Rod has done our inspections and made sure that any problems were noted so that they could be fixed. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. He also carefully supervises the work as it is done. All of guys that have worked on our roof have been very hardworking and skillful. They have also been very pleasant and conscientious. The folks in the office, Nick, Jenny, Rich, and Steve have also been good to work with. We highly recommend Bartile Roofs.

The Bartile folks installed a roof on our house about 10 years ago. This summer they came and replaced a couple of broken tiles and installed some thingies to keep the snow from sliding off onto our patio during the winter. I have been satisfied with their work, their products, and their responses to our inquiries.

Bartile responded very quickly to our request to repair some roof tiles that were damaged by the unusual heavy snow we experienced in Park City during the 2023 winter.

We had a leak in our 18 year old Bartile roof which wasn’t detected the first time by one of their technicians. They returned to find it and repair it but then deducted the original bill from the final repair bill. We then had them replace almost all the original underlayment everywhere and put the original tiles back. They did a beautiful job at a very reasonable cost.

Bartile is the most exquisite roofing material out there and the team which installed it did an amazing job. Clean tight workspace and fast.

I LOVE BAR TILE ROOFING CONTRACTORS. They completed a decorative tile roof on my primary residence 10 years ago. SInce that time I have had them do four other roofs. We purchased a home with a barclay tile roof. We had never experience this roof type so the Seller provided us with Bartile's contact information. They performed an "inspection" free of charge. We then made some additions and renovations and Rod was fantastic through the entire process! Delivered their portion of the work on time and on budget. He provided us with several options before we ever started and took the time to make certain we understood the material, the process, and the procedure. Then they delivered!

Choosing Bartile was a horrible idea. They failed to obtain building permits until after the job was complete. They didn’t show up for the failed the city inspection and have made no effort to get my roof to pass inspection. They damaged my property during the install and ruined my attic insulation during the tear off. They are taking no responsibility for the inspection or the damage they caused.
Bartile is a HUGE regret.

Super awesome service! We have enjoyed our strong, durable and beautiful Bartile roof for several years! We finally had a significant rainstorm and found we had a problem in one of the valleys on the roof. I called Bartile and they had Brandon come out and complete an inspection. He quickly found the problem and set up a follow up appointment with one of their repair crews. Keep in mind, many roofing companies are short handed and low on supplies and materials right now and we are moving into winter! A busy time for sure. Brandon and his crew hurried out and got the job done in one visit and faster than expected!
Just in time, because we had several other storms with significant rainfall and no other issues. Thanks for helping us out - great job!

I have been trying for over a year to get this company to come out to service my Bartile Roof, which they committed to do after I spent over $30,000, 6 years ago, for repairing my roof. They will not call me back. The one time they did, I set up an appointment, I waited ALL day, for them to show up which they NEVER did. They didn’t ever call me back. I’ve contacted them several times since and still no service. I have 2 large holes in my roof. I’ve begged them to come help me, but they DO NOT SERVICE THEIR CLIENTS. This company even got a job off my home 6 years ago, from my neighbor who replaced his roof with Bartile. I WOULD TELL EVERYONE, DO NOT PUT A BARTILE ROOF ON YOUR HOUSE, ESPECIALLY, in northern Utah. It doesn’t hold up. It’s not worth it. I do not believe the hype that it’s a 75 to 80 year roof. We had MAJOR repairs after only 24 years, and obviously now MORE REPAIRS!! I’d NEVER do Bartile, ever!!!

Our roof is so beautiful and the crew was very clean, kind, and respectful of our home, lawn, and driveway. We love our Bartile roof! As an interior designer, I'm very pleased with the overall aesthetic and my husband is thrilled with the functionality side of things (energy efficiency & savings, the warranty, the installation, and the attention to detail). We would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new roof or roof replacement.

Bartile has been awesome to work with! We had terrible damage to our roof from a recent wind storm and they have been so helpful during this process. The employees even helped with some of the insurance issues we ran into. I’ll definitely recommend Bartile to family and friends.

Absolutely fanatic experience, product, and people. Here’s the proof in the pudding....I had a small issue three years later and they show up within the week to solve. You can’t say that about most company’s out there. And BTW, my roof looks stunning!!

I have been super impressed with my experience with Bartile Roofs. Not only did they communicate with me through the whole process, but they completed the job as explained and it my new roof looks amazing! I would highly recommend.

After the hurricane like windstorm, I called to see if they could come and give me a bid. I was asked how big was the project and I explained that it was a smaller job but with me being a senior citizen, unable to do myself. I was told that it really wasnt worth their time and since I lived far away (10 miles), it would be best to find someone else. Oh they did say they would charge me $99 to come and give a bid which would not go towards roofing repairs. Unwilling to help. As it turned out, I have to have the whole roofing done.

We had very good and prompt service . All workers were courteous and respectful. Post work cleanup was ok but not top notch.

Bartile was great to work with. We worked with Nick and he helped us pick the perfect color for our house. We are so happy with the results. Our new roof looks amazing!

The tiles they put on my roof are already breaking and i haven't even moved in yet.
They refuse to fix them as they say it's my fault because they put the roof on too soon. Pretty sure that is just an excuse to justify their terrible product and terrible customer service.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! Is there an option for negative stars?
I was excited to have a tile roof on my new house but I should have found a reputable company to put it on.

First paid them 50% of the cost of the project in advance. Then the owner “lost “ my color selection but didn’t tell me until the project had been delayed for 6 months. During that time, my house was supposedly “weathered in”. But their work was so poorly done and leaked everywhere so much that most of the subfloor was ruined. They kept trying to blame the leaks on the plumber for vents in the roof and the chimney guys and everyone else but themselves. And this whole time my unfinished house is flooded with water. Finally one of their supervisors gets up there and finds out it is the roof and gets its fixed. But by this time my subfloor if warped and starting to disintegrate . Then we wait another 4 months for them to come and put on the tiles. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t call you back. Communication is ZERO once they have your money.

Now the tiles are just breaking. No one is on the roof and there is no logical reason for it except for poor workmanship. And if they tell you that your roof is guaranteed, well that’s just as good as their work... worthless.

Bartile was fantastic to work with on our remodle! We made and appointment to have some tile removed to switch out a remote blower and they where on time quick and very efficient! Great workmanship, very clean and great customer service!

Bartile has been great to me as a consumer. No matter the customer, it feels as if they are interested in educating and informing and letting the customer drive where they want to be. Based on that education, we spent a bit more and got a life time warranty on a tiled roof (as opposed to a traditional shingled roof). It's given our house a big improvement with curb appeal which is great! I would definitely recommend Bartile along with their service, education and ultimately their amazing product.

I installed a new roof about 10 years ago on my house and they did a great job for a reasonable price back then. This summer I build a new pavilion on my property and wanted it to look the same so I was happy the product used on my house was still being produced. They installed the new roof on the pavilion and did a great job on it also. Very pleased with Bartile and their products!

Great job. On time. Cleaned up amazing. Kind and fair w pricing. I had four quotes for our tile roof and I’m so happy we went with their work. Would highly recommend them!

Worst decision I ever made! We had a Bartile roof put on our old house 30 years ago and it has been a 30 year nightmare! It was exactly twice the price of any other roof and started leaking the first year it was put on. It was "supposedly" guaranteed as a lifetime investment, that's a laugh! They would come, eventually, when you called for service, claim they fixed it, but would leak again the next time it rained, this went on for the first 5 years! They we knew how little they cared to do good work, so we started trying to repair the leaks and falling off edge tiles ourselves. Finally we called again and complained about their poor product and installation and they said it was the underunderlayment, which they installed. We were shocked when they originally showed us the 1/4 inch styrofoam with aluminum foil on one side underlay material. They said it was "state if the art", light weight, perfect for the extremely heavy tiles. Now they say it's not code and has desolved, and tat even though they put it on under the roof, they don't guarantee that part!
Stay away from them, they talk the talk, but never walk their talk. They are conmen!

One of there truck drivers was driving 60mph in the left lane n a 70mph zone causing a traffic jam. I flashed my lights at him to move over. He didn’t budge. I passed him on the right and honked at him. He then speeds up and blocks me from passing.
I then slowed to get his truck number and the driver was smiling and laughing at me. I called his company and reported his harassment and the person I talked to called the driver and literally said “be safe” and that was it. The company and drivers obviously don’t care about public safety.
What’s funny is I am working on getting quotes and estimates to replace my roofing at my Bountiful home. Not now. Crossed Bartile off my list.

Your company did a half assed job of installing the roofing tiles on my grandfather's home and when they called for repairs, you told him that you didn't have time to come and do the repairs, thus requiring a 70 year old man to climb up on a steep sloped roof to repair it. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I ought to call Fox 13 News, I'm sure they would love to do a story about this.

Bartile Roofs provided a quality roof at a good price. They we're helpful in explaining their product and they stand behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

We recently had Barite Roofs replace our roof. Their salesman, Taylor, was fabulous. He explained everything, made recommendations, followed up, kept us in the loop, and even came back twice after the job to make sure we were pleased and that everything was done perfectly. The installers were so careful, real craftsmen, and always cleaned up each night.We love how it looks and would highly recommend anyone to use them--especially if you are lucky enough to get Taylor (don't know his last name). He was superb!

After a tree fell on our tile roof, we tried calling several roofing companies, including the one our insurance rep used for a bid. We never got calls back. Finally, someone recommended Bartile. Our calls were returned quickly! They had someone out to look at our roof the next day and the repair work was completed in less than a week. The roofers were professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.
