So, we we're selling our home in Jacksonville, FL, and the roof was the original about 12 years old, and the buyer needed us to replace in order for them to get home owners insurance for the closing. After getting several bids, our agent connected us with Jonathan Thiele from J&M Roofing. Jonathan was great, he walked us through everything and most importantly to us, we were able to pay them from the closing proceeds, which made the whole transaction so much easier. When our buyer had to move the closing date up some in order for her lease and rate buy in to work out, Jonathan was able to get that pushed through and we were able to make our closing date. The crew came out and had the roof installed in two days, cleaned up, and no issues, very professional. I would highly recommend J&M Roofing and if possible, work with Jonathan, the man is a miracle worker!

Called during a storm after a tree fell on my roof and Jameson answered and came right out to tarp roof and two days later repair was made and we are now working with insurance company for a replacement. Highly recommend
