We had a new roof installed this past week. I would recommend them and in particular Matthew Wright for any roofing needs you might have. Matthew was very informative during the entire process. The first time Matthew was at our home he was very helpful in terms of explaining various aspects of the roof. He asked me questions and provided feedback. He provided a quote for the repairs/shingles update to include details of the work to be completed, timeliness for the project and other things to expect. Matthew made sure we were comfortable with the process and everything he communicated was spot on. The team of workers were well organized. They did a great job protecting things in and around the house prior to removing the existing shingles and other materials. They were so well organized they completed the removal, re-installation and clean up in one day. Again, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Matthew, his team and Roof Experts.

Phenomenal Service! From my initial conversation with Matthew I was sold. Matthew shared his “why” for being in the business and I was able to detect and experience a man of integrity, which is hard to find in this roofing industry. I contacted Matthew of Roof Expert on a recommendation from a friend/Real Estate Agent who said he was her "go to roof expert." He came out, reviewed the damage, repaired the roof in a timely and professional manner and didn't charge an arm and a leg! He is now my "go to roof expert" as well.

I first contacted Matthew on a recommendation from my insurance agent. Even though this was not an insurance claim, he was spot on with this referral. Matthew came out to look at my roof the same day I called him. Matthew came out to inspect our roof and gave us the option to fix or replace it. He was not pushy and did not pry for my home insurance information (which every other company I spoke with did). He provided me with a detailed estimate within 24 hours. Ultimately, we decided to get a new roof. His team did a thorough job in just one day; our roof now looks beautiful!

Hi, back in the day I used to sell roofing for 10 years. It was in a different state. I saw the good and the bad and some were just a rip off. Matthew and his crew did a great job. The valley lines are straight and it is straight. I decided to use them was because his crew had been with them for long term. There are some roofers that pick up a crew in front of the big box stores on the day of the roofing job. Sometimes you get inexperienced people that just don’t know what they’re doing. I like to say an experienced crew is worth it’s weight in gold.

‘Wow!’ is all I can say about Matthew and Roof Experts! I reached out late last week with a leak in our roof. Matthew responded right away and even came out same day. Turns out, the previous fix we had in the same spot was done incorrectly- by another company. Within a few days, the leak was fixed right- and just in time because we had major storms the same night. Early in the morning, I had water dripping from my ceiling after a night of rain. I was able to call Roof Expert and had Matt out the next day to investigate. He found a damaged area causing the leak and pointed out other shoddy installation work from when the roof was initially installed. Squirrels chewed into my attic from the gutter.
We had to wait to see if any squirrels were still inside. Once it was determined that they had all left, the repairs were made in a day. Also I had a leak at the chimney noticeable when it rained hard. That was all repaired the same day too! They have my vote next time I have any other roof problems.

Roof Expert is a rarity in the roofing contractor world. They quote a reasonable price that includes the highest quality materials at a price that will be the lowest quote you will get. No quoting one price and then adding more to the price for upgrades. They keep you informed during the job and do a great job of clean-up after the job. Use another contractor at your own peril!

Mr. Matthew Wright was very educational regarding the A-to-Z aspects of roof replacement versus repairs; insurance considerations; aging; market values; aesthetics, etc. -- far more knowledgeable and helpful than your average roofing salesman. Arriving on the job promptly, Matthew and his team were proficient and efficient. He, as a Director on the job, was quick to respond to all of my calls, emails and texts. On the day of the installation, he was on the job either in person, or communicating, for an entire 12-hour period (since the job had been expanded to include a shed re-roofing also, as well as a gratis(!) doghouse re-roofing). He also provided
valuable referrals for some related peripheral work that we wanted.

I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Matthew and his team at Roof Expert.

From the very start I knew I had chosen the right team to replace my roof. There is usually a high amount of anxiety when I, as a woman, have to enlist a company for large repairs of which I have no real knowledge. This fear was totally laid to rest. Matthew proved to be a very honest and upfront gentleman who does exactly what he says he will do.

Matthew went above and beyond for me, treating me as though I was his family. He arranged his schedule so that he could be there when my insurance appraiser came. Matthew even helped me, by meeting me at my house after work, and charging my car battery, in the cold! He did this so tat I could move my car from the side of the house.

Matthew worked with my irregular schedule and fit me in as soon as possible. He wanted to make sure my little dog was not stressed out by me not being able to be there.

When the crew arrived I was amazed by the extremely efficient teamwork as they prepared the area, put down all the drop clothes and went to work. They went above and beyond! The architectural shingles look amazing. They even painted the vents after replacing the gaskets around them all. And put new flashing around my chimney.

The roof turned out beautifully, as did the gutters. I am so happy with it!!! The crew used magnets and combed every inch around my house to make sure there were no nails left on the ground.

I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. You don’t come across this level of professionalism in any business these days. Was in panic mode a couple weeks ago with a new water leak on my dining room ceiling on a day it was raining hard…called ‘ roof experts’, Matthew came out within a few hours, went up on the roof, repaired several areas he thought leak originated from…also checked entire roof for potential issues in the future..fixed those. A week later he contacted me and came back out in follow up…threw a moisture meter on dining room ceiling…zero moisture!!! Use these folks…the BEST!!!!

When we called Roof Expert after Hurricane Zeta downed trees that took out part of our roof and one side of our house, they came over as soon as we called them. They coordinated the rebuild, were always available when questions came up, and even helped us negotiate with the insurance company. They say that referrals and word of mouth are the best advertising for a company. I would like to say that my experience with Roof Expert was nothing short of excellent....from the initial consult to the end result ! Had my roof replaced by Roof Expert. Not only were they very professional and knowledgeable, but they were open and honest and offered advise and suggestions regarding my roof replacement that I didn't think of, nor was I even aware ! As I observed the roofers and assistants doing their jobs, I noticed that each one, individually and collectively, really cared about the results ! They worked great together as a team ! There were certain things that the previous roofers should have done but didn't and there were also some code violations by the previous roofers ! I highly recommend Matthew Wright and his company Roof Expert. I had a huge oak tree fall and damage our house while we were on vacation in Florida. Matthew went over right away and gave me a complete rundown of the damage over the phone and quickly boarded up a busted out window so that we wouldn't have any additional weather damage to the interior of the house. He took a ton of detailed pictures for me and sent them to me right away so that I could have a better understanding of the damage to the house, roof and chimney. He also helped work with the tree company to get things moving along while we were in FL. Matthew made sure to meet with me as soon as we got back to go over everything he found that was damaged.

He worked directly with my insurance company to make sure that everything would be repaired to original or better condition. He was super responsive to any of my inquiries and was always ready to give updates when needed.

What really set him apart was that he personally came over late one evening to help me install a motion sensor light on the corner eve of my house since I didn't have a ladder tall enough and I don't do well with heights. This didn't have anything to do with the tree falling and he took time out of his own personal life to lend a helping hand. He also made a second trip over to help mend a gutter that had started to fall off and that too had absolutely nothing to do with the tree damage.

We had weather damage due to Hurricane Zeta and Matt from The Roof Expert came out looked at it and gave us a great quote. He came out with one of his awesome guys and fixed it right up! Easy to work with and got things done. I do have to say scheduling is the difficult part of all home repairs but The Roof Expert is simply doing quality workin a timely manner! I would recommend these guys any day.

Update: Had my gutters replaced as well! His guys went above and beyond to make sure those got done right. Stayed late to tear down old gutters and replace the fascia then came back the next day and finished the job in a matter of a few hours! I really appreciate Matt working with us on these projects and hope to work with him in the future.

Matt with Roof Experts was sent out by our insurance company and they replaced our roof Jan. 4, 2021. We are very pleased with their work and his crew and communication. He kept us updated as to when the materials and dumpster would be delivered and came by several times while the roof was being done. Before the roof was replaced, Matt came by to patch a leak that we had, at least temporarily, as it was supposed to rain the following 2 days! Great customer service and roof install, we would highly recommend Roof Experts!

He inspected and told me what he found needing repair, which was much less than another roofer said, and did not warrant any repairs just yet. Communication is spot on. And best of all, they don’t do “estimates” the price he gives is the price you pay! Even if they find unforeseen issues. I will never recommend another roofing company to anyone other than the real Roof Expert.

As a real estate investor and owner of many homes over the last 20 years, I've worked with many roofing companies. Matthew and Roof Expert is by far the best I've ever used and the only company I will use moving forward. They are responsive, knowledgeable, high quality and extremely good value for the services and quality of materials they use. I wouldn't trust my roof or the roof of my loved ones to anyone else!! I couldn't recommend any company any more than I recommend Roof Expert!!

From the prompt communication all the way through to the finished product, I can say that I was extremely pleased. I found Roof Expert without a referral or reviews but I could tell this was a the right connection. I spoke no nonsense I wanted clarity in the agreement and that exactly what I got. Crew was at our project before we rolled out of bed and maybe 30-40 mins later it was done. One and done, and I’ll greatly recommend this company for future projects.

Matthew and his crew were amazing. Matthew worked with everyone in our community to explain the product and process and waited while we agreed on a date. The crew worked so hard in one day to replace 8 roofs and when they were done you wouldn’t have know they were here. Matthew stopped by a week later just to check on the work. After requesting recommendations and looking at reviews, I had lined up three roofing companies to come out and inspect our roof after a bad storm caused our roof to leak. It was the original roof so it was no surprise it sustained damage. The first person, was a slick and shady sales guy from another company. He was nice enough but wanted us to sign a commitment contract and seemed overly pushy. Matthew was the second roofer we met with. Now, as most people, we don't know anything about roofing. However, Matthew took the time to explain everything. He is just a down to earth and honest guy who sincerely wants to do right by his customers. Our claim was filed already, when the insurance adjuster came out Matthew was there with them and us. We scheduled a day, one day, and it got done. Start to finish was one day including clean up. Impressive. You can definitely tell the difference and see the quality of workmanship. The interior also needed to be done for two rooms. With working from home schedules, the crew Matthew uses frequently was able to complete two rooms in one day which included the ceiling, some drywall repair, and walls painted. They did a great job as well. Top to bottom, start to finish the whole process was very easy. If you're in need of a roofer, I highly recommend Matthew and his crews.

Just wanted to drop a line and share our wonderful experience we had with Roof Expert!! From the very beginning when the project manager arrived for the consult he was super friendly, made me feel comfortable right away and was very knowledgeable and informative about the industry and product. More so than that he genuinely really cares about the quality of work he produces and making sure we'd be happy with the results. His main concern is the customer and we really felt that. Furthermore after the initial consult whenever we had questions of any kind no matter time of day he would always answer and make himself available. So the day of installation he arrived with his crew who were equally as sweet and professional, they even moved our carport for us!! Roof Expert did a wonderful job replacing our roof. We’ve compared our roof work to our neighbors’ recently replaced roofs and we can see the care their crew put into our replacement. Matt was great as he answered all of our questions and had a crew out in less than a week. The crew finished our roof in one day and cleaned up all of the debris retuning our property the way they found it. Great customer service, follow up and follow through. Our small townhouse community had all of our roofs replaced. The team was terrific from providing competitive group pricing and doing an efficient and effective job on demo and install day. Clean up and communication on day of the project was fantastic.

Matthew and his crew replaced all 8 roofs at our townhouses yesterday, and we were SO impressed with him and his crew. He was easy to communicate with ahead of time, made sure to choose a date that was relatively convenient for us all, and his quotes were great. He came ahead of time to show us the product and answer any of our questions. The day of, his crew unbelievably replaced all 8 roofs in ONE DAY, and while it looked like a huge mess while they were in the middle of it, by the time they left, you couldn't even tell they were here except for the gorgeous new roofs. His staff was so hard-working and personable, too. Really great experience for something that could have been a HUGE pain.
