Working with J&M Roofing has been excellent! Especially working with Lee McClung. He's always so professional and supportive. Always available to help and answer any questions. Lee made this whole thing seamless.

I could not be happier with my new roof, Lee was extremely helpful and gave the best advice for my roof needs, my home has never looked better, thank you Lee!!!

** Rip off company alert**. Short verison... Didn't follow their own contract, work schedule, or promisies. Didn't have any supervision on project or give the workers a ladder to do work, they entered our shed and altered our property without permission, stood on our furniture without permission and caused damage. Broke hvac drain and window ceil, Roofed over our kitchen vent, and didnt clean up after, etc, etc.... Had to have whole roof ripped off and redone to even pass inspection. Took them months to come back and fix and consent hounding. Then the owner Taylor over charged for their companies and employees errors. Tried to charge late fees and lien home when they were still on roof working!! Taylor, Cannon, Chris, Alec are rude and dishonorable men. Feel sorry for their mommas.

I felt like J and M really knew their business when they presented their proposal and answered my questions with experience behind the answers. Their quote was competitive but I was focused more on having this done right ... than on price. I couldn't believe the job was done in 1 day. Their crew was literally there at 6:30 and they did not mess around. We had a lot of wood to replace which worried me. However, their guys knew what they were doing and knocked it all out in the 1 day promised turnaround. You can see how wonderful it turned out in the before and after pics. My advice to anyone is choose the guys that know this business, so that you can relax and know that it gets done right. J&M are those guys. There's nothing worse than spending that much money and getting shoddy work. J&M was even very detailed in their cleanup, so I can't say enough. Lee was exceptional in keeping in touch before, during and after, so thank you Lee.

Lee was awesome to work with. Worked with us with issues concerning our adjuster. Very happy with our new roof and the service we received. Highly recommend.

Ideally I could give them zero stars because they never completed any service for me. I had them come out to inspect a possible leak in my roof. They were professional and prompt up until after the inspection. They identified the problem on-site, but after that, they never responded to me with a quote (or any correspondence for that matter). I gave them a few weeks before I called to check in, then another week, then a few days. After giving them 3 separate calls (3 separate chances to make the situation right), I gave up and tried another place. Took the new place all but 4 days to have an agent out to inspect the problem, send me a quote, and get the work scheduled.
As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter how good of a job you can do if you can't be bothered to communicate with potential customers and get out to actually do the job.
EDIT: This company has now spent more time and effort trying to mitigate my negative review than they did calling me back with a quote.

Andrew Poirier of the Clermont Florida area took complete charge of our re-roofing project from beginning to end. Dealt one on one with the insurance company so that we didn't have to and we couldn't be more happy. Andrew was courteous and professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Zach Martin is extremely professional and more than accommodating with my insurance company. He deals with every aspect of the job including the financial arrangements. The work crew is the best! Sean was great to work with. He was very responsive and managed our roof installation from beginning to end. He stayed in contact with my husband constantly. After installation, he came out and did a walk around to ensure that everything was done properly and that all nails were removed for safety reasons.

When I write reviews, I always talk about NOT RISKING MY MONEY!!! That's the most important thing for me. I can't afford to redo a project if it is not done right the first time. J&M Roofing came out on top, not only because of their ratings but also because they were able to offer the highest warranty that GAF offers--50 years. I am a Software Engineer and understand what it means to control the details of a project so that it goes smooth. That's EXACTLY what Sean and his crew did! My roof was damaged from a storm a few years ago, and I had been battling with the insurance company that wanted to replace only a number of shingles. After 4 attempts to have the replacement roof approved, I was referred to Sean Naylor with J&M Roofing. He contacted the insurance company on my behalf and met them to complete a physical inspection of the roof. The insurance company signed off on a complete roof replacement that day. Sean was engaged through the entire process and J&M Roofing did a fantastic job! Great experience and customer service all the way around. I would highly recommend them for any roofing replacement or repairs.

My grandmothers roof was in a bad shape after not having her roof replaced in many years. We called J&M roofing and Sean Naylor was over at the house within a day. J & M replaced my roof five years ago and they did a very good job. I called them today for some shingles that came off because of high winds over the weekend. Zach and Eddie came over same day and fixed my roof. My roof is just a few months out of warranty but they did not use that to charge me for the visit. I highly recommend J & M. Awesome company.

The whole team at JM Roofing was a pleasure to work with. We had hail damage in the Milton area and our neighbors across the street referred us to Lee.
I called up Lee to have a look at our roof and inspect for any damage. It turned out that we did have enough shingle and gutter metal damage to file a claim. The hail damage claim process was very smooth with Lee and I’d like to add that Farmers Ins was great to work with as well.

J&M roofing employee, Lee said I had hail damage, and he said he identified another issue that was causing water issues in my home. My insurer came out and said no hail damage. Lee was adamant that I did and suggested a second evaluation. Meanwhile, I asked if his company could fix the immediate problem. He said yes and asked a project manager to give an estimate.

I asked them to fix the issue. Two people came and supposedly fix the problem. Afterwards, I asked for pictures of the work and the hail damage multiple times, and from multiple people, the
the initial consultant, the project manager, and a VP. This is since April; it is now June.

Plus, I had to hired someone else to take pictures of the supposedly repaired area. I paid J&M $2000, and the repairs are not done .

Sean and his team did a fantastic job on my roof install. The staff kept us informed, the crew was on time, and left the project clean and they did a thorough job. Especially, Very professional customer service by Sean. Calls were promptly returned and process was handled very smoothly, outstanding job!. Workmanship was top notch and so pleased with the result. Best yet, any concerns were promptly and cordially handled. I recommend J & M Roofing Company highly.

I highly recommend this company. We discovered a roof leak right after a storm. I called them the next day and they repaired the leak within 3 hours of my calling them.

J&M Roofing provided excellent, professional service by initially evaluating our cedar shake roof following a storm when we found cedar planks on ground. They suspected wind damage, then worked with our insurance for evaluation and the claims process. Lee was very professional and communicative. Instead of replacing with same cedar shake, we upgraded to metal roof, increasing home value, decreasing roof maintenance. Highest of recommendations to J&M Roofing.

I have been a General Contractor for over 40 years and have dealt with many professional vendors and many not so professional vendors. I am on the board of directors for my office complex and we hired J&M Roofing to replace the roofs on 4 of our buildings. Each building is approx 100 squares and J&M replaced all the components of the buildings in one day per building. Lee McClung was on site every day and supervised his team as well as helped clean the site after the job was complete. I give Lee and J&M Roofing 5 stars for their professionalism and quality of work performed!

I had a great experience with Lee after my house had a few punctures from limbs coming down after hurricane Zeta came through Atlanta. J&M was able to patch the holes that next day to stop water and did a great job working with my insurance adjuster to get everything covered and fixed.

Lemuel provided an estimate the morning after Storm Zeta came through - repairs were completed in less than a week - crew was very professional and experienced, showed up early, completed the repairs in a timely manner, provided pictures of the damage so I could appreciate areas fixed and even cleaned the gutters while on the roof. Also picked up the debris and cleaned all areas after completing the work. Would definitely use them again.

We enjoyed working with Dave and Jackie on our new roof installation - they made the whole process very easy and painless when it came to dealing with the insurance company - everything went smooth - they are very professional and responsive to the customers requirements.

I had my roof replaced with the help of Alexander. He worked with the insurance company and fought for me to get a new roof. AllState tried to give me the run around but Alexander took charge and got me approved for a roof replacement. If Alexander didn’t come to my house the day after the storm I don’t think I would have ever been able to do this on my own.

J and M Roofing did a great job on my new home. The entire project was completed in one day. I cant say enough about Alexander, he was only one who was able to step in and fix my roof in the middle of all these rainy days. He was here within a few hours, was on the roof just before the rain and provided an emergency patch my roof. He returned multiple times with my insurance company and handled the entire claim through completion. He's the best.

Horrible sales experience. My wife worked with Lee (tried to anyway) and he just disappeared. She tried calling the office and was assured he'd call back and never did. I finally called and got a quote from him. He didn't even bother to follow up on the quote even though I told him I was making a decision that next day. They were also the most expensive quote we received. The only reason I gave them that many chances was due to neighbors recommending them. Very frustrating experience. Can't speak for their workmanship but the front end dealings were bad enough.
