Great experience with Joey and Kyle. Very communicative about the process. Answered ALL my questions and were patient while I had to get HOA approval. Day of crew were polite and moved our decor and furniture out of the way. They were done in a day. Overall very positive experience.

Side note - move all your cars into the street 2 days in advance. Not the roofers fault but the materials delivery company dropped the shingles off earlier than they were supposed to.

Kyle and team did a fantastic job in replacing my roof and i am very pleased with the work. Kyle is so informative, knowledgeable and follow up was also great. He patiently waited for my HOA approval and provided all the necessary information for approvals. We had to meet architectural requirements for our neighborhood covenants, and the shingle materials we chose met those standards and are beautiful. Kevin and Kyle, they knocked on the door and told me that it appears the shingles are damaged.
Shingles were damaged and also one of the outside weeping holes was dripping too.
They explained me the whole process and ensured that everything is tracked to closure.
Due to the insurance company merges/takeovers it took little longer but these guys did NOT* drop the ball !!
They worked 2 times with adjusters and got me the approval of full replacement against initial partial repair, this was fantastic.
I absolutley had to do nothing but sign contract papers and that's all !!
They took care of "everything" !!
Kevin and Kyle are very very easy to work with, they are honest, dedicated and professional too !!

PS: It was my mistake that I did not take out my 2nd car before they placed dumpster on drive way, however they arranged for moving the dumpster to take out my car.
This is going over and beyond, I believe.

Kevin with Proedge has been very professional in dealing with the roof inspection. They inspected and did a roof tuneup and reseal it. They did send me all the before and after pictures. Also, gave me a rough timeline on when I need to do a roof check up again.

They even fixed minor gutter warps that was causing rainwater to drop and erode my garden bed during rain. I very much appreciate Kyle's efforts to patiently follow up with the Insurance over a period of two months to get the approval. Kyle was great to work with. I loved the fact that Kyle offered to bring in shingle boards and climb on the roof to help me choose the shingle color.
