13 months ago, another company replaced the roof on my house. A few tiles cracked, and the contractor refused to fix them without charging a hefty cost. The tiles were damaged by animals or a person, thus apparently the guarantee didn't cover it (nonsense). For a quick fix and gutter cleaning, Alpharetta gave me an AMAZING deal. The guys were competent, and the tiles were expertly replaced. For my upcoming project, I will make a first call to Alpharetta Roofing Co.
