Atlanta Re-Roof just did an outstanding job on my roof. The crew knew what they were doing & fast too. On the front & back end, Andrew was very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Nate and his team went above and beyond for me. He knew I was in a tight spot and a hurry to get my roof replace and he did everything to make it work. He is incredible, kind, knowledge and honest. The whole team has been wonderful to work with. They worked hard, fast and cleaned up everything. I love my new roof and I could not recommend them more.

We had our roof replaced about 6 months ago. Before the roof was replaced, we removed our gutter guards from the rear gutters and placed them on our porch, but did not remove them from the front of our house because the gutters are too high for us to reach. When they finished the roof, we found our gutter guards in the dumpster. We thought that they were just the guards that we had left on the porch that they accidentally threw away. They were responsible and replaced those gutter guards when we requested them to. My husband recently went up on the roof and found that all the guards on the front of the house were missing too. We asked them to replace those guards and they will not, saying that they don’t remember there being guards there. We have no way to prove it, but why would we have guards on the back but not the front and we have photo proof that they put gutter guards in the dumpster.

We are thankful to my friend who recommended Andrew to us. Andrew actually thought the roof could have gone a little longer but we wanted to go ahead and take care of it. Reasonable price, great crew, responsive contractor - would absolutely recommend them and use them again personally.

Andrew Dalby and his team put a new roof on our 95 year old home in Brookwood Hills in Atlanta. They also re-roofed the 150 year old hand-hewn log cabin behind the house. Both look perfect. Everything about working with Andrew was very businesslike and professional. The crew arrived on time, were amazingly efficient, did everything with great care and did everything the right way. We were charged exactly what we had been told we would be charged. The price was very fair.

I certainly hope never to need them again for either of these houses, but if we ever need to re-roof another house we would only want Andrew and Atlanta Re-Roof Specialists to do it.

Atlanta Reroof Specialists has done several repairs on my old roof that held for years. It was finally time for a new roof and Nathan and his team worked with me to add 5 skylights and a sun tunnel to my ranch home. The roof is beautiful and skylights have added ceiling height and the house feels more light and airy. The team was professional, timely, efficient, and reliable. I’m so happy with the service and product and I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Nice guys, but for repair I'd say NO! Had a leak at a sky light on a cedar roof. Nathan seemed knowledgeable, thought these were my guys. Paid $750 for shingle repair, still leaked, paid $1750 for more repair plus 2 new boots, still leaks. Guy that came out was sloppy, left shingles in the yard. I had to get on the roof to straighten shingles that didn't line up. Still looking for repair 1 year and $2500 later.

We’ve used them twice now for roof inspection in the 3 years that we’ve been in our new home. Andrew is very knowledgeable and won’t try to sell you on any work that you don’t need. We haven’t used them for any repairs yet but confident enough to give them our business in the future.

I have a big cedar-shake roof with some age on it. Several shingles starting to come loose, all across the top and here and there. Talked to several companies who wanted to sell me an entire new roof (only). Would have cost a fortune. Nate, on the other hand, shot straight with me and worked with me to figure out how we could approach the roof issues by addressing just the areas that needed work. He worked within my budget. It was terrific. His team was prompt and super friendly. They did a great job and left no mess behind. I will certainly use Atlanta Re-Roof again if I ever have needs in the future. Their personal touch and client-oriented service has certainly won my loyalty.

Overall working with Nathan and Atlanta Reroof was a pleasure. Not only was the quoting process simple, but the entire process was simple. During the time from accepting the quote to actual roof going on there was quite a bit of bad weather, Nathan continually kept us informed of changes to their schedule due to that and when we could expect to have our roof installed. Once installed he was prompt to respond to a few items and resolved them quickly.

I would definitely use them again in the future.

Roof still Leaks, nothing has changed from the date of the original quote (Dec 2018) There were no restrictions as to what repair was to entail during the quote process. Atlanta Re-roof said they repaired the chimney area in Mid Dec. 2018, but it is still leaking through January and February 2019. Nathan says (2/20/2019) the siding (Hardy Plank) is the problem now but that's not their problem even though they removed siding from the side of the chimney. They now say I should hire a handy man to fix their problem. Asked why they did not replace siding and why was it not addressed in original quote? Nathan states he cannot speak with me because I am making him mad and proceeded to hang up. I only was asking questions, at no time did I instigate or escalate was rude or raised voice. His raised angry voice was unwarranted and unprofessional.

We were very pleased that we chose Atlanta Re Roof. Nathan was very timely in his communication with us and the team did an excellent job with our roof. Our home looks amazing with the new roof and skylighs. Much appreciation to Atlanta Re Roof for the great work!
