Fast, smooth transaction. No gimicky sales stuff. Deron knew I had a tight deadline, offered to help by closing the deal on his day off - way beyond the call of duty. Very relaxed atmosphere. I could have stayed and chatted for another hour- but I was in a hurry to get back on the road (3 hour drive). The whole team from top to bottom had a great vibe. From my first call into the service center, all those I spoke to went above and beyond to help me with a tricky repair situation. They were the only center within an hour of my home that had certified technicians able to work with my insurance and diagnose my vehicle’s issue within a tight timeline. Beyond my expected repair, they were able to find another issue that was needing attention which happened to be covered by my insurance as well. I am beyond happy and thankful with everyone’s efforts to get my car back on the road again, and highly recommend them!

Got told it’ll take a couple days ended up there a week doing a sunroof job never called me with updates or anything then when it still leaked water into my headliner they told me that it wasn’t their problem and that it wasn’t part of the warranty overpriced for a job not well done.

After never being comfortable enough to drive, I finally got the opportunity to purchase my first ever vehicle. The circumstances were not the best, but Deron, Rick (and another gentleman who’s name I cannot remember for the life of me) all made my experience easy, smooth and much less daunting than I could have expected! Our experience with Jansen and Sons Ford in Holdrege was wonderful! We started our morning with a drive to simply look at a couple vehicles as we just started our car shopping journey. Deron greeted us when we arrived and was very welcoming. He answered all of our questions and talked us through our options. We had our kids along for the trip and everyone was very patient and understanding. We found a really nice, low mileage used car we really wanted advertised on the internet as a local trade in at Janssen Ford in Holdredge, NE. We drove 5 hours one way to see it. It was just as described in beautiful condition. Deron was a great salesperson -- basically just gave us room to look it over carefully and test drive at our leisure. He even called the previous owner who came by to say hello and tell us about his time with the car (only in a small town). Once we were satisfied that we wanted to buy the car, Deron turned us over to Josh, and we signed the paperwork and wrote the check. The experience was quick, easy, and no hassles or pressure at all. It was about the best car-buying experience you could imagine. I highly recommend Janssen Ford in Holdredge, NE.

My experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing. I have owned over 20 vehicles over the years, each requiring various service work. Without a doubt, this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. The communication was consistently poor, leaving me uncertain about the status of my vehicle. The quality of work was subpar, resulting in additional issues rather than resolving the existing ones. Due to this combination of poor communication and unsatisfactory workmanship, I will NEVER return to this dealership for service. I strongly advise others to seek alternative service providers to avoid similar experiences.

We had a Bronco we bought new 7 months prior (not from here) that broke down out in western Nebraska. We had it towed it to the nearest Ford dealership, Janssen. I do not have enough room to list the missteps taken by this establishment. They rarely communicated anything with us, after repeated phone calls to them on our own, we were told many times they would find an answer to something and call us back, we even requested to be called many times in which they said oh yes, we will note that on your file. The engine ended up needing replaced, the Bronco was there for months. Now, I do understand that’s not all their fault, Ford has checklists that need to be done, but the lack of communication along the way was ridiculous. And I cannot tell you how many times they would say it will be ready by this date, then that date would roll around and there would be no follow up, we would call there would always be something, and a new date would be given. Most of this would have been fine and understood, if anyone took initiative to just communicate things with us along the way, but if we didn’t call no one would tell us anything. So finally after almost 2 months we were told it was finally done, we get it and it sounds weird and doesn’t feel right. We immediately took it to the dealership we bought it from to have it checked out, it had a massive exhaust leak, a gasket had to be changed, and some bolts that were used (which were questioned but used anyway by Janssen) needed replaced….their exact words were it should have never left the service center like this.
Oh, but there was an uncollected charge on our account at Janssen, and you can bet they called daily for that.

What a great car buying experience. This is now our 2nd vehicle from Janssen Ford. Found the car we wanted and never felt pressured to buy at any point.

We purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. Overall, the experience was pleasant. There's really nothing to complain about from our visit.

The trade-in value that we got on our vehicles was a little underwhelming. However, it was fair.

I personally worked with Jesse, and he was a very helpful and friendly individual. We were able to talk and chit-chat, and I will happily do business with him again. When purchasing my new pickup, I forgot a few things and made a few small mistakes on my end, and since then Jesse has been helping me out along the way, and he has worked with me to get certain personal belongings back to me and ensure that I am happy and satisfied with my experience. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and his communications with me and keeping me updated and in the loop.

When purchasing two new vehicles, the process took longer than expected. We were at the dealership for about 5 hours, signing paperwork and waiting on the finance companies, including Ford Financials, to get back to us. However, in everybody's defense, this was a Saturday afternoon.

So far, I have visited five different janssen's locations, and I have purchased vehicles from multiple of them. This location so far has given me the best experience from this company. I'm definitely going to buy future vehicles from this Holdrege location.
