I recently had to go out to the dealership for a service item. One of my mirrors was damaged on my right side of my pick up. I was so impressed with the service I was offered in fact instead of sending me over the body shop and charge me a couple hundred dollars to replace the mirror inside the casing the service department did it right there at the dealership in the service line and even brought over a couple people from the body shop to help and at the end of the day all I had to pay for was the Mirror itself over in the parts department great job. It was such a wonderful place to buy a truck or vehicle of your choice!

Bought a truck from them. Have been pretty disappointed since. Feels like they got there sale and that’s all they wanted. We got the truck and it only had one key. I asked them for the second key and the man that delivered it said it wouldn’t be a problem. I messaged the sales man he said it’s used not our problem. There was a rattling in the steering wheel that wasn’t there when I test drove. But was when the truck was delivered. Salesman would not respond to my calls or texts. I took the truck to our local dealer and there was a bunch of recalls that were not performed on this truck either. Was pretty disappointing since they are a GMC dealer would expect recalls to be checked and handled while they owned the truck.

If I could give a negative stars I would!!! Went to buy car told them had money to put down was told later that I had to double it and the deal would done. Said fine shook hand and told them I could do that. They said just got to sign papers give my down payment and it would be done. They came back in office minutes later told me they needed 4 times the amount for down well I didn't have that, these guys are crooked. Hope you go bankrupt doing business like this.

Nice and relaxing wait. The app would be nice if it gave more details about what % they are done with vehicle, especially if its going to be a 4-5 hour wait.

Salesperson was great! Patient and inviting. Enjoyed the experience. BUT... The finance lady was condescending, abrasive and impatient. I nearly grenade'd the entire deal because of her. Low brow comments like "Either buy it or don't" and "hurry, I have other clients". Really put a damper on what was a great day. We will absolutely look elsewhere for our next vehicle, after that experience.

I had an engine failure and took it to Dinsdale. They replaced the motor and everything was fine but the whole front of the pick up is all scratched up like they just set everything on the ground paint side down and didn’t protect it. When I asked them about it, they said they didn’t do it. I beg to differ. I bought the truck with none of that damage. It only happened after I took it to them and it sat there for 2 1/2 months while we waited for the motor from Chevy. It happened on their lot and now I have to pay out of pocket to fix it.

We dropped the truck off the night before to be worked on. We never got a phone call the next day saying it was done and could be picked up. We tried to call around lunch time and then again at 5 and it went to someone's voicemail. We finally showed up at the dealership at 5:30 when we hadn't heard anything because we had prior engagements at six. The truck had been worked on, but not completely. I was told I could leave it there to be worked on the next day or bring it back. I declined, and will not be taking the truck back for services of any kind.

My Hyundai Tucsons engine went out they had it for about 8 months going back and forth with Hyundai about fixing it I finally got it back and the engine light was still on and it wasn't driving right. I called and took it back in they they said maybe it was the belt or needing the oil changed after they just rebuilt the engine and charged me for looking at it. I got the belt and oil changed still isn't driving right and dies again.

This dealership is absolutely outstanding with A+ customer service. They will go above and beyond to take care of you. I don't live in Grand Island anymore, but after working with Dinsdale Chevrolet for 10 years, there are just no other dealerships like them. They have always treated my wife and I like VIP and made us feel welcomed special and appreciated.

Ps. Craig is the man. If you're going to get anything worked on, and you're able to request someone, he is definitely your guy!

Got stranded with vehicle issue on Sunday and left message hoping I could get in. Service team, Mauro called at 7:45am and said he will get me in right away. (That never happens). They quickly reviewed and unfortunately found out I had major engine issue that would require replacement. Decided to talk with sales department. Rick was fantastic and helped trade in my vehicle for a new vehicle. They easily could have taken advantage of the situation but did not. Trade in Value and pricing was fair and representative of every pricing board I looked at. The team at Tom Dinsdale was fantastic and helped turn a bad situation around for me quickly. Thanks.

Mario was very accommodating as I had requested to have the oil changed in time so that I could do my volunteer work at the NE State Fair at 10AM! He came in early just to make sure that it was done and I appreciated his help immensely!!

If I could give less than one star I sure would. My husband and I drove an hour only to be told the vehicle we wanted to look at was being used by a manager. The salesman called the next day so we could drive that hour again to look at it. We got there to find out that he sold it to another couple when he knew we were coming for it. He didn't even bother to call and tell us so we didn't drive the rest of the way. Terrible customer service.

Jim Bullock is currently my favorite person. Buying a car is really stressful these days, and I went to multiple dealerships trying to find the right car for my family. Jim went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted and to get it for me quickly. I appreciated that he treated me fairly and never once pulled the “well what does your husband think” card. He made sure to work with me to make the entire process as smooth and easy as possible. He was always happy to answer my questions and he clearly knows what he’s talking about. I can’t recommend Dinsdale Auto and Jim Bullock enough!

Dinsdale is the best dealership to work with. I have been buying my vehicles from them for a long time and everyone is always great to work with. I enjoy stopping in every now and then just to visit with the salesman. They always make time to just sit down and visit. I still do miss Dwayne after his passing a few years ago.

Oil cooler lines leaking from Factory Crimp... The dealership got me in in a timely manner and got it fixed before my trip... got back and noticed oil again... cleaned it up to make sure it's not just oil from when they changed them... had been clean... then noticed a little more... currently monitoring it to make sure it wasn't just oil that sprayed on engine block when Removing engine cooler lines...

I recently had a key fobs issue, was locked out of my vehicle with my coat and phone locked in my vehicle on a cold wintery day recently. I was extremely concerned, borrowed a phone, called Dinsdales, Spoke with Sam, he had the most calming voice I have ever hear, he gave me assurance everything was going to be okay. He told me I was half way there and walked me thru getting in my car. I drove straight to the dealership, Sam was watching for me and lead me in the garage. It took very little time to fix the fob battery problem, with only the cost of a battery! Sam was the Shining Star Employee this time! But every Employee each time I have been there is #1 in customer service! Thank you! Thank you!

I really love the waiting area. We stayed in the kids room with our grandkids and they really enjoyed the popcorn and hot chocolate.

The service department found a broken part on the front end and quickly fixed it. Your prices are very reasonable also.

I appreciate the way Shawn has been so helpful in keeping my aging truck on the road. Between Check Engine and Low Tire lights as well as messages about tires being low, repair tire sensors and service 4 wheel drive, my dashboard has been lit up like a Christmas tree for years. Fix one thing and another light or warning would appear. Now, finally, my 2008 2500HD Diesel is light free and running like a champ. Plus they took the time to locate and install REAL running boards vs those silly tube things that I would slip off of when getting out of the truck. I am very happy with the people and the dealership itself. I've been an ongoing customer since 1997 when I moved back to NE from CA.

Our initial visit was for an oil change. That's when my husband spotted the 2022 gmc canyon.
We met up with a very personable sales rep named Kaden Shada.
He answered all our questions & went the extra mile to make us comfortable about our trade. You can tell he definitely enjoys what he's doing. He gave us his number & said to be sure & call if any questions later on. Very easy & enjoyable transaction.

We made an appointment to have a new tire put on our truck. We arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. After waiting in the receiving bay for almost 20 minutes we were finally helped. Even though we had an appointment there was almost another hour of waiting before they even got our vehicle in. The two issues that I have are: 1 if we have an appointment why do we have to wait another hour after that appointment for our vehicle to get in. 2 The individuals at the service desk act like they are doing us a great service by waiting on us. If this was not the certified Chevy dealer we would not go there because of how the service department treats people.

Shawn Fletcher was the Advisor. He's always very helpful and answers any questions that I have. He took the time to help me with setting the bluetooth on my cell phone to the car system so that my new phone is connected and working. I always appreciate the advisor's willingness to make me feel comfortable asking a question. The Multi Point Vehicle Inspection report is most helpful and explains the status of the car. My Service Advisor, Craig Korte, took the time and effort to diagnose my issues with a non-operable sun-roof on my 2016 Tahoe and explained my options. Although the issue was not resolved unless I spend almost $300 for an issue that Chevrolet needs to take ownership of for their lack of concern with their quality problems unless of course, it's a Gov't mandated recall.

Purchase could not have gone any better. Called the dealership after a filtered search on autotrader found what I was after in my back yard. Salesman brought truck to my house that day. Drove it around the section, said I would take it. Paperwork was done the next day (Saturday) and salesman brought it and truck back to my house. Easier than buying groceries.

Great experience, need to find out at beginning of service if you want your vehicle washed and I could say yes due to the fact that my antenna will not come off so when I'm told my vehicle is done I go out to get it then have to ask them to wash it and we could avoid that, I'm probably the only one with a antenna that won't come off LOL Thanks for a job well done
