Erik Robart handled our church restroom project by installing grab bars in each of our five restrooms. The work was done professionally, quickly, and accurately. Everyone is delighted with the results.

Nate and Ben were amazing. I am honestly so surprised with how fast everything was done. I had a water leakage in my basement so I contacted Paul Davis. Within 30 minutes I had Nate and Ben contact me. They were out to my property within the hour. They gave me updates of everything that needed to be done and they quickly resolved my issue. I will be using there services in the future if ever needed!

Paul Davis crew was on site the next day for remediation of damage from a broken water connection. Randy led the restoration activities and was a pleasure working with through the process. He thought outside the box to overcome an issue with the insurance adjuster. Randy was also willing to allow me to self perform some of the estimated repairs. *****

Paul Davis was out a couple hours after insurance contacted them for water in our basement. Josiah was fantastic to work with. He explained the process and kept us updated on what they were doing each day. He was very professional, respected our home, and cleaned up after himself.

1st experience using Paul Davis for water damage from a plumber running a snake blade through our kitchen pvc drain twice.
The entire experience/process was stress free and professional completed from mitigation to oak floor refinishing and carpet cleaning. All of Paul Davis's sub contractors are of the highest caliber making your home repairs appear like no damage ever occurred.
Moses (estimater) and Randy (PM) are simple the BEST the industry has to offer. Never was missed informed and project stayed on schedule through completion. These two gentlemen are definitely 110% customer satisfaction driven and making you feel no call, question, or situation is bigger than yours.
I want to thank Paul Davis for returning our home to better condition than before damage. Hope we never have another incident where we'll need restoration work but if we do, 1 call and they'll do it all better than anyone else.....Paul Davis!

From the minute I called Paul Davis to request services for a water leak under insurance, the response was prompt with excellent communication! Anthony was wonderful in coordinating all the services needed and every worker was courteous and professional!

Excellent job. Had a fire at our house and from start to finish Paul Davis did excellent. Adam was our foreman. And did the rebuild very quickly. Very impressed with the quality of work. If you are concerned for the health of your home and family, do not call Paul Davis for any kind of water restoration service. On 11/27/2024 we had an unfortunate water event in our basement and I highly regret calling Paul Davis.
- When my husband began removing the LVP flooring from our basement, he uncovered a strong musty smell and visible mold under the flooring. He halted further removal because we wanted to ensure proper precautions were taken (containment) to protect the health of our family.
- I called Paul Davis because of their IICRC certification, this certification comes with the expectation and promise of following the proper industry standards.
- I explained the situation mentioned above.
- The crew failed to uphold the IICRC certification standards. This was after explaining the situation to them before entering my basement and expressing my concern for proper containment.
- There was no containment set up while the crew removed the moldy flooring. This negligence allowed mold spores to disperse throughout my home, causing a much bigger and more expensive problem.
- They moved my bookshelf and end tables on to wet/moldy concrete.
- They cross contaminated the basement bedroom carpet with contaminated shoes
- They missed wet baseboards which we discovered days later.
- They came unprepared without any type of air scrubber.
- Most of all, they stole our peace of mind in regard to the health of our home.
- Within days, I had another company out to swab the mold and discuss the situation in our home. We discovered that the mold is Chaetomium, which is not only allergenic but toxigenic with recent research showing it can lead to neurological damage of the myelin sheath, infections and autoimmune conditions.
- As a mother, I take the health of my children very seriously- this is why I hired professionals to do the job right. I’m willing to pay more than most for a company trained in the best industry practices- this ensures peace of mind for the health of my home and family. I didn’t even ask for an estimate, as I was certain I’m willing to pay the price for an IICRC certified crew. The service we received was negligent, it’s unfortunate that Paul Davis claims to uphold a standard in which they fail to follow.
- I exchanged emails with their adjuster who eventually stated that they were unaware there was a potential mold issue before sending a crew and therefore offered a $500 discount. Considering I had explained the situation to both the phone answering employee and the crew when they arrived, this is unacceptable. Also, IICRC certification standards state “If restorers encounter mold growth during the course of the restoration project, water damage restoration activities that may disturb the mold should stop until such time that the area of existing or suspected mold contamination is contained. Further drying and mold remediation in the potentially contaminated area should be performed by trained remediators following the current edition of the ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation.” Even if they had zero knowledge about the situation they were entering, their eyes and noses could detect the situation and the IICRC standards I quoted above should’ve led them to the proper steps to ensure the health of the home.
- I have since reached out to their General Manager and I have not received any response for how Paul Davis would like to take responsibility for the damages they’ve caused.
It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review, but it’s disheartening to know that others may have also received incompetent service and may not be aware that Paul Davis has potentially compromised the rest of your home while providing negligent service. I suggest reviewing the IICRC guidelines if they have provided previous service for you involving mold, therefore you can assess any potential cross-contamination they may have caused in your home as well.
If you are searching for water restoration services, save yourself the headache and avoid Paul Davis.

Doug, Jason, Rachel & Reggie at Paul David Restoration were wonderful to work with. Rachel is one of the hardest workers I've ever met. She has a friendly personality, she is very meticulous when cleaning, her work ethic is unmatched. Project manager Adam H Did an absolutly amazing job in communication and getting my house restored after a tree fell on it. I couldn't have asked for a better PM for my repairs. I would give him a million stars if I could Paul Davis hit the Jackpot when they hired Adam H. Kim also was amazing and I enjoyed working with her as well as the 2 young men that helped move contents. Dean/Louree were wonderful and did an amazing job with multiple aspects of repairs. I will be recommending Paul Davis Restoration (Adam H) to everyone I talk to.

The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The employees were very kind & helpful throughout a very stressful situation. We were given clear instructions of the process & an estimate of the cost within a few days of the initial contact. The work crew completed the mold removal quickly & under the original estimate. They were easy to get a hold of & responded quickly to our questions/concerns throughout the project. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an unfortunate incident where a pipe in our bedroom ceiling broke and resulted in damage to walls, ceiling, and carpet. We contacted Paul Davis on Monday morning and a representative was at our home in less than 5 hours. With the cooperation of our insurance company and Paul Davis, the repairs were discussed and a plan was made to replace, remove, and repair all damage. Our Project Manager, Jason was the very BEST! He explained the process and sought my approval on every aspect of the work that was done. Jason also moved everything in two bedrooms, two closets, and the family room without any work for me. My husband and I believe we were not only blessed by his work ethic but gifted a new friend. In the future, should we have another issue, we will reach out to Paul Davis Restoration and ask for Jason. Whatever he is being paid, he needs a raise as he is a Star in representing their business. Paul Davis has been wonderful with the restoration of our basement. They have been timely as well as everyone has been super polite ,and has done amazing work in the house. We had a time limit for everything that needed to be done and so far everything has been on time. We still have two more things that need to be done but everything is still going smooth. If I need to edit my review I will but so far. 5 stars.

They came within an hour at nighttime on a holiday weekend to save my basement ceiling and walls from damage after a main level laundry room flooding. I can’t sing enough praises… from start to finish they were a dream to work with and their prompt response saved my home from any further water damage. Heaven forbid I need to hire another restoration team again, I will look no further! Thank you for everything.

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Paul Davis Restoration and our guy Adam!!! We live next door to a home that exploded in January 2024. Our home took quite a bit of damage. Greg & Adam from Paul Davis Restoration showed up almost immediately to give us direction and get to work getting us back in our home. We were never left in the dark about what needed to be done and what was being done right away. We were in a hotel for 25 days. During the time in the hotel Adam and his team worked relentlessly to get us back in our home. There wasn’t a day that went by that he wasn’t working on some type of repair. Adam was in constant communication with us so that we didn’t have to wonder what was happening during each stage of the repairs. Everything is completed now and the list is long on what repairs were made but I will say that every single thing that needed to be done was done with quality replacements. Everything looks better than it did before. Adam really made my husband and I feel like friends more than just a number. It was exactly how we needed to be treated after such a traumatic event. Paul Davis Restoration made getting back into our home stress free and easy. Thank you so much to the whole Paul Davis team and a huge shoutout to Adam!!!

This is the second time my husband and me have had excellent service with Paul Davis Restoration of Lincoln. The first time, our sump pump overflowed and our basement was under water. They acted fast and installed high powered fans to dry everything. Their service employees made contact with the necessary people to remove our carpet and pad and set up dates to have these items installed.

In August of 2018, our foundation wall had a crack which leaked into our basement with all the rain we had in August. Thankfully, only part of the basement was affected. Paul Davis Restoration assessed the problem and once each phase of repairs were made, they supplied a cleanup crew to bring our house back to normal living.

Hopefully we won't have anymore issues with flooding or water in our basement. However, if we should, Paul Davis Restoration of Lincoln is the first and only place we will contact for their excellent service.
