LIFE SAVERS. The #1 thing I look for in a company is transparency and communcation. JTech has been solid on all parts, from replacing of our roof, manaing the claims process and even taking care of the solar panels we have. Shout outs to Tyler, Eric, Nick, Gabe, Sue, and Kam for their assistance during my roof project. It has been a wonderful experience and recommend for all your roof, solar, construction needs. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. If you are like us and purchasing solar through ADT, with them going out of business, these are THE best local guys to help you with maintenance and making sure your system is running solid. I highly recommend JTech! Thank you all!

I highly recommend working with Gabe at J-tech. He made the process of replacing my roof from the big 2024 hail storm easy as possible! Gabe is also super nice and easy to work with. He recommended that I get Class 4 (impact resistant) shingles, so now my roof is okay after some hail in 2025.

I did a complete remodel of my home’s exterior. Dustin was excellent in setting up each step of the project and giving costs. Alex and all the crews were very competent, easy to work with, and did an awesome job. I am very pleased with the final product. I would definitely recommend J-tech anytime.

J-tech has been awesome since having a tree fall on our house like so many others did this last fall when the bad storm hit. Such great people work for them & 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

The J-Tech crew did an excellent job of removing the old window and installing the new one. I could tell they cared about the job done right. When done they cleaned up and left everything as it was. I will use them again. Quality products at a fair price.

J-Tech was our team for repairs from the April & June 2024 storms that did extensive damage to our home. From the time our advisor, Rez, began working with us, they helped us understand what was available, what insurance covered, what upgrades were available, what we would need to pay for ourselves (such as upgrades) and suggested products to lower our homeowners insurance. Our advisor was on hand whenever we had questions to be sure everything went smoothly between our insurance company and J-tech. A major concern was I am a shift worker and sleep days. The crew came and went with very little disruption and left NO mess. In years past we have had crews leave roofing nails and garbage. Other than the beautiful new roof, gutters, storms doors, and fascia, you wouldn't even know we'd just had a construction crew there. The billing team was wonderful and took care of all the insurance work. I didn't have to do a thing. We plan to have them back later this year to do some uncovered work! 10 out of 10- would recommend!!!

This company did an exemplary job of being on time, cleaning up every time they finished for the day, and communicating at each phase of the project. I also want to point out Sue at the business office. There was a mixup with my insurance company and she was able to resolve and clarify the problem for me because I was very confused. I highly recommend this company.

Dave and Team did a wonderful job working with me and repairing all the hail damage from the Spring 2024 Hail Storms. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their services in the future!

Bottom of the barrell right here. I wouldn't hire them if they paid me. 5 different times throughout the life roof repair job the crews have showed up unannounced, with absolutely no heads-up. The delivery for roofing materials showed up announced. The shingle replacement was completed on 10/12/24 or 10/13/24 .... The Chimney Cricket gas still yet to be finished as of today 12/06/24. The gutters also have her to be installed. On 11/04/24 we were informed it would be 4 weeks for gutters. Fast forward 4 weeks, we are told it will be another 4 weeks, without any update at all between 11/04 - 12/02.

This company is bush league, subpar, an absolute joke . When you attemp to contact the owner, you get am office Admin guy calling you back who knows Jack diddly about what's going on.

Hire someone else. This place is pathetic.

J-Tech replaced my roof and gutters after this year's hailstorm. Rob and Dave did a great job walking me through the whole process and I couldn't be any happier with the finished product.

Being a new homeowner and having repairs needed is scary but J tech made it quick and easy. Super happy with the quality, price, and efficiency J tech provides. I will be using them in the future.

JTech did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters in Anchor Pointe (northwest Omaha). The class 4 shingles saved us 35% on our home owners insurance. Gabe Fraher provided no pressure sales and followed up several times to make sure we were pleased with the progress. The roof was done in one day and the gutters the following week. Highly recommend them for people in the Omaha & Lincoln area.

Dustin was an awesome partner in allowing us to design our own solar system for our cabin. Our output needed to put electricity towards our cabin. It’s amazing how easy the whole process. It has dramatically decreased the amount of electricity that we use regularly so that we can focus on the true meaning of heaven retreat done by the lake.

J-Tech Construction replaced my roof in Omaha, recently. They were great and fast and did what they said they would do. They talked to the insurance company dealt directly with them and gave me options on materials. But there was a problem with a city ordinance and my roof that had to be addressed. They got me up to code and worked it out with the insurance company. Thank You J-Tech I really appreciate them and would recommend them to any and all my friends. They replaced my neighbor's roof too and he was happy to recommend them to me.

In todays world, it is hard to get contractors to show up on time and do the work in the timeframe they say. Working with Rob Wright and JTech was awesome. They showed up on time, got the work done when they said they would and the quality of work was amazing. Would highly recommend working with them.

If you're reading this, please be careful of this business and try to find a different business to work with. If you have other contractor options, I very highly suggest you go that route and stay away from jtech construction! I have dealt with a large amount of stress from their sales person, project managers, and billing department over the duration of about 9 months now. I was promised that the project would be complete within 4-6 weeks and that was last June. Without going into detail and making this too long, I will just mention that there have been more than 10 different lies from the sales person and his sales manager. It has been a very stressful process dealing with their deceitful business. I have asked over a dozen times for a detailed bill but still haven't gotten one. I have only been given a very vague bill with a total at the bottom. Roughly $6,000-$8,000 of agreed upon work was not complete. The sales person and the sales manager both lied to me. I have a full video with sound of the contract being signed with the salesperson and all project negotiations that we talked about. Today, that same sales manager contacted me threatening a lien on my property if I don't pay the full amount even though they never did complete the project that was put in the contract. On this call, the sales manager said, "I'm on speaker with the CEO here with me." But the CEO never even talked on the call at all so I'm sure that was another one of their sketchy lies! Unless you plan on months of stress and hiring an attorney to file a lawsuit against their lien, I suggest to just stay away!

I currently have this company contracted to replace my shingles and install new steel siding. It is over 5 months past when they originally said it would be done. They never contacted us to let us know it wouldn't be done on time. Every time we contact them, they "look into it" come up with an excuse. Unfraternally, they did get the roof done, and because they quoted it with the roof high and gave a discount to match our competing roofing quote, the only way out of the contract is to overpay for the roof by $4,000. On top of that they would charge us for a restocking fee for the steel siding material (that apparently, they couldn't bend into siding with the machine they have) for that they would charge us $2,000. So, they are basically holding my deposit indefinitely and they only way out is for us to lose $6,000.
The only option I have is to wait and pray that they eventually finish the job. Please if you are reading this don't give them a down payment!
On the off chance that the owner (or someone higher up than the regional manager, who hung up on me) is reading this, I would love to talk to you, this company has a big problem. I have never been so poorly treated by a company.

Great business all around, very professional and responsive, they were swamped with repairs after a storm but they made sure they took care of me, much credit to Gabe on taking care of all the organizing and explaining everything as well as dealing with my insurance.

Rob did a great job. He was on time, responsive, and got everything covered that was damaged. Would highly recommend.

Did excellent work re-roofing our commercial building. Very thorough and kept me informed during the entire process. Special shout out to David & Derek for doing such a great job. Would highly recommend!

We used JTech Construction for a new roof and a siding project and were happy with the quality of their work and their communication throughout the whole process.
