Upon further investigation, we realized they cut corners and did not properly repair our roof, leading to damags of our ceiling, drywall, and floor following days of rain. We contacted J&J Roofing in April and they promised to "make right their mistake" the following week, as our roof is still under warranty. We are now into July and they have yet to make the necessary repairs. We have not heard from or seen them since our initial conversation in April despite several attempts by us to contact them with the phone number provided to us in April.
