I needed two box vents installed on a roof ASAP for the sale of a rental property, and they were communicative and prompt the whole process. I no longer shop around. I just call Compass!

We recently bought a new house and were selling our old one. We had an inspection done and found that we had hail damage on the roofs of our house, garage, and shed. After talking to our insurance company, we called Compass Roofing and Kati Green came out to our house the same day to discuss everything with us. She went through the insurance paperwork and figured out all we needed. Kati walked us through everything, was very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. All of the work was done very quickly on all three roofs and was very clean and looks great. Kati worked directly with our insurance company to get everything squared away and done quickly before our closing date to sell the house.

We had great service from Kati! My husband and I were selling our home and had an inspection done on it and found we had some hail damage from a previous storm. We had our insurance company come out and they found that we did and would pay for our house, garage, and shed to all to have the roofs replaced. I called up Compass roofing because it was a name I knew and our realtor also suggested them. Kati came out to our house that same day and went through everything with us and knew exactly what the insurance would cover. She even picked out the best color for our shingles! Kati did all of the interacting with our insurance company for us, even when there was a change in what needed to be done after the old roof had been removed. The roofs were done quickly and all of the old shingles and debris was cleaned up and taken away. Everything was done in time to close on the house on the day we had decided and didn't have to push it back. We had a great experience for something nobody really wants to have to do!

We had the best experience! Kati was very communicative and even went back to our insurance twice to get more of our project reimbursed! We had a small roof leak after they replaced it and Kati had the crew back within a day to solve the problem. Always very positive and easy to connect with. Highly recommend.

Our lake cabin sustained roof damage from high winds, so we called several different companies trying to find someone to make repairs even though we live in a different state. While other companies told us it would be several days before they could even provide an estimate, Compass Roofing inspected the damage and provided an estimate later that same day. We were very pleasantly surprised when we received a text the very next day telling us the repairs had already been completed. Great working with Compass and Dalton. We had defective shingles from the house original build and Dalton helped us work with the shingle manufacturer to get the rood replaced. His crew did the job in about a half day, and the clean up was 100%. Great experience for us.

In May Franklin Ne. sustained a devastating hail storm. I own a self storage facility that sustained terrible damage, all the buildings are metal. Compass roofing was hired to do the repairs. Along the way there where some various issues with the repairs that were made, thats why the 4 rating. Mike did an outstanding job of organizing quality crews that did a great job from start to cleanup. Roof, siding, gutters, and window wraps replaced from storm damage.

Took care of all our repairs. Roof, gutters, siding, broken storm door. They dealt with all the paperwork with the insurance company. My house, my parents house and a good friends property. Angel kept in touch throughout the process. Everyone was nice and friendly. After six new roofs in 40 years from storm damage, I wish I would have found them sooner. 5 star service and work.

After hail storm last June, Mike worked with us on MY timetable. Very professional work. Roof, gutters, shutters, and siding all replaced. Every step was explained. Friendly crew, good quality products. Not one complaint from me! Excellent service.

Sean Sabin was GREAT to work with. After the hail storm last June the crew was excellent that replaced our roof. This spring we again contacted Sean about vinyl siding. We live in a large old farmhouse and it needed the old damaged wood siding removed and new vinyl and insulation installed. The crew he contracted with did an amazing job!! We are so pleased with the results. We will definitely be using Compass again if the need ever arises.

Eric Steele with Compass was amazing to work with. My mom was super overwhelmed with her roof needing work and was worried about finding the right person to take care of it that wasn't going to take advantage of her. Please let me share my thoughts on the services that Compass Roofing provided in the replacement of my vinyl siding, roof and gutters and downspouts.
These repairs were in response to the storms of December 2021 and June of 2022. While it took a fairly long time for them to get to my repairs; much of that was out of their control (supply chain issue, personnel changes, etc.) .
The vinyl siding replacement was the first to take place and while I am satisfied now with the result, it would not have been that way without the diligence of Mike (the rep that had my case). There were a couple of issues that once I pointed them out to Mike, he did have the sub-contractor come back (three times) and make it right. That is not something that you find in every contractor.
The second task was the roof; and it was done without any issues, as well as the gutters and downspout replacement.
All throughout this process which started in January 2023 and finished up early May 2023; I was kept informed of every step along the way. I knew when it would be another week before the next Team would be able to start, etc.
I don't think that I could have chosen a better contractor.
Right down to the color matching skillset; something that I am not good with and do not like to tackle. I passed off three color choices for the roofing material to Mike and he chose the perfect match. The siding that I had previously was obsolete but Mike found a great match!
In the future, if needed, I would choose Compass Roofing again.

We had hail damage to our roof, siding, gutters, and screen door. Compass Roofing took care of everything. The greatest convenience is having one contractor to handle everything needed in the project instead of having different people for different repairs. Communication with Compass was great. All questions answered. They worked with my insurance which minimized the time I had to deal with the adjuster. Overall pleased, and would work with them again on a similar project.

I will recommend this company to all my friends, family and aquatences.
They were very efficient. Cleanup was superb. Followup was great.They needed to secure some shingles that the strong winds raised and they
came out the next day.
Can not say enough on how well they did. My roofs have never looked better.

Hired them about 10 months ago to replace my roof, gutters, and siding. Roof and gutters weren’t completed until august and there was a ton of issues with them. They waited until March 2023 to “fix” the gutter issues but after I checked, they didn’t fix anything. Mid April 2023 they finally contracted a new gutter crew who came and fixed them PLUS found drainage issues I didn’t even know about. Still waiting for the siding to get completed and won’t be surprised if it takes another 10 months. Don’t bother calling or texting them as they won’t answer. They even billed me $360 for things that they didn’t install. This company is a joke. Save yourself a massive headache and find a different company.

Compass Roofing made the process of a new roof, siding and gutters after a hail storm effortless on my end. Compass Roofing has been out to do some roof work for us on two separate jobs. We reached out to Levi both times and he has gone above and beyond in making sure we were completely satisfied with the work/jobs. They are currently residing our home and installing gutters/casing and while we know they are a very busy company, Levi takes the call from us when questions/concerns arise. The people they have working for them are very hard workers. The guys do a great job at cleaning up after each day of work. Because of some glitches with the supply company the repair job took longer than expected but Sean kept us informed and returned to our property many times to make sure the work was done professionally. I would NOT recommend this company! After first getting in contact with them in the middle of July and having Tim Cole come out and look at the storm damage everything went South. Communication is little to none. You can call or text him and it will be 3-5 days before he gets back to you. If it wasnt fir me keeping in contact with him he wouldnt have made the time to stop by to go over shingles. I also feel that since they were to do roof, siding, gutters, and windows why not go over the whole project at once! He just made it more difficult than needed to be! Also it took till the September 2nd to finally get the roof replaced. Messaged him the following Tuesday and nothing! Didn't hear back till September 28th when I messaged him again! I then never heard back! At this point I called and talked to a guy that over looks the Sales people and he said "I'll figure out what's happening and get back to you!" A week passed by and nothing! I finally got tired of it and dropped them and went elsewhere! Check out Built Wright Homes you won't be sorry!!

Excellent company with very hard working and trustworthy crews and sales people. They are very busy people but they go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction.

My trailer was borrowed by one of their clients in Wood River. Compass Roofing's shingling crew ended up leaving paint on a portion of the fender and deck of my trailer. All I asked of them was to clean it off. After Noah with Compass Roofing denied it at first despite witnesses seeing someone doing the deed, he still has not shown up after agreeing to clean it off. That was over 4 weeks ago and still nothing has been done.

A very professional company. They came and did temporary repairs until they could get the replacement shingles. Then in one day they did the complete roof repair. They do fast quality work with quality materials. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

Our contractor Tim was cool and on top of things when it came to getting us to go through them but when it came down to communication after we hired them to do our roof and gutters it was like we were dealing with a different person because he took forever to respond, if he did, and a month after our roof was done to tell us they can’t do our gutters. First they were waiting on the contractor to respond, then they got the work order in and we’re waiting on when they could do it, but now our insurance won’t cover the type they are going to put on. I feel like we are getting jerked around and it’s definitely not been a great experience. Will definitely just pay the people who actually do the job directly versus going through a company who just hires others to do the job!

Tim Cole and his crew (Victor Navas) did a great job installing four windows on a second story. I really appreciate the clean up from the crew and the beautiful new working windows.

They put on a damaged roof vent and left it hoping i wouldn't notice it. They did come come back a few months later and replaced it. i have little pieces of siding and nails all over my yard my cable tv lines were not reattached to the house. they did not clean up inside after installing windows.

Awesome fast service, great roof, and they had It off and on in no time.

Prices where way lower then I was expecting, TBH I called to get it apprased so I could just do it but they did it for less then I would have paid in materials.

Mike Henson, a representative from their company, is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. The roofing crew performed a high quality installation and with high efficiency, and perfect cleanup. And they are competitive.

They got the roof done quickly durring the day, and it looks real good. A struggle for them to get me on their schedule and they would randomly call and say the roof will be delivered tomorrow (which didn't work for us a couple days) with only that days notice. Otherwise no complaints, they did a good job.

Been looking for a roofer and an estimate. I watched him knock on each and every door from the North end of the to the South end, my roof obviously in need unlike the others, he skipped my house completely. I even put my dog out in my fenced in yard so no problems at the door. Nope he drove right by twice now. I'm taking that as sign to find someone else.

Mike came out and inspected my roof for damage after the recent storm. He didn't find anything hail related, but he helped me out with a leaky skylight. Great customer service. Will definitely keep his card handy for when my roof does need fixed!

We just moved into a two year old house and during the inspection it was found that the original shingles had a manufacturing defect in them and they were ruined. Compass was recommended to us and they helped us through the entire process of working to get the warranty on the roof, taking off the old roof, and putting on the new one. They done such an inadequate job no craftsman to them my roof leaked after they put a new roof on. No service after sale. They got no building permit to put on my roof. They didn't come out when they said they would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!
