Brian L went over and above to complete service call! He trimmed a rose bush to gain better access to outside unit! He even carried away debris to designated place! Brian was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions! Thank you Brian!

The tech that came out to my daughter’s house today was absolutely the rudest, unprofessional tech I’ve ever met. They repaired the same ac unit aprox 3 weeks ago and it quit again. Attempted to charge them again, when questioned as to exactly what was wrong and why it broke again since it had just been “fixed” for a hefty sum, he became volatile and yelled, slammed doors, and just absolutely couldn’t be bothered with explaining the problem or why it was going to be an ADDITIONAL $$$. Kept saying he had a long day today and either let him fix it or he was leaving….but again, couldn’t EXPLAIN what he was fixing. Maybe he thought he was being intimidating, but present were multiple people that know AC systems and just wanted him to explain the charge and repair! He literally ranted and paced around slamming doors and talking on the phone for over an hour. Ultimately, they paid the service call and are having someone else out. He should absolutely be ashamed of his behavior. Acted like a 2year old throwing a fit. While I was not the actual customer, I was witness to every second and can safely say, I’ll never use this service!

The team from McElroy including Office Staff, Managers, Installers, and Service Technicians have been exemplary. I asked for extra an additional return and vent be installed as well as upgraded filtering. Also asked for an upgraded thermostat. Each task was met with an attitude of gratitude and finished in a timely manner. Our thanks to each and every person who had a hand in completing the work.

Travis Tagel serviced our tankless water heater. He did a great job explaining what the issue could be and how he would remedy it. Very professional and courteous.

Brian is the absolute best serviceman I have ever had an experience with. Early this year he completely saved us when our furnace went out and it was fridged temperatures. Yesterday I am so grateful he was the on call service person. Our air conditioner was plugged and it flooded our basement. He was incredibly knowledgeable and he made me feel so comfortable. He spent extra time really figuring out the problem. He even cleaned up all the water for me. I highly recommend Brian and we will be requesting him personally to be our service person because he us an awesome person and exceptional hvac serviceman. He deserves a raise. Thanks Brian for coming out so late and helping me.

I called because my air conditioner had stopped working. Within 60 minutes Nicolas, the technician, arrived and only an hour later I had cool air again. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.

McElroy sent Cody to check my water heater almost immediately. He explained the options for replacement. He installed it yesterday and cleaned up in 4 hours. Cody was polite, efficient, and tidy. Completely satisfied.

They have been very helpful with our jeed of services. They let you know when they will be coming, they will let you know how much it will cost before services. They are very knowledgeable in their field of work. Very professional people an company. I would highly recommend them for your services an they also have a service you can join for monthly fee they will come out 2 times a year check your unit free of charge cuz you pay monthly services an its covered.

My AC went out last Summer and it took them longer to get to me than I liked but they arrived at the agreed upon time so that was good.Every tech I have gotten to work with has been a delight! Thank you!

Braedon & Tyler did an amazing job installing the new HVAC system. Very courteous and professional. They showed up on time and didn't stop until done. Went over the new system and how everything works. Very pleased! Thank you again guys!

Called in for no AC as our home is approaching 80+. I was give. An ETA of same day between 4-8pm. I decided not to call any other companies and about 30 minutes later, I was called by the company and told they would not be onsite tonight due to the tech having other priorities.

I could have had someone onsite this evening from a different company had this company been honest instead of a blatant lie. Do not trust their ETA communications or commitments

The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained things well. The prompt service was just what was needed especially on this warm weekend. Thank you again.

Travis Tagel did a very good job fixing issues on our 2 bathroom toilets and was very good at explaining why there were problems and what to look for in the future

Good morning I wanna thank Travis and Cody for doing a very professional job here with the plumbing. They were here on time did just a really really great job and caps off to them as normal Travis just does a great job and is good to meet Cody this morning so these guys are good give them a pay raise.

I had Travis the Plumbing Supervisor come out diagnose, and take care of my hot water heater that had multiple problems going on. He was very informative and professional. I would not hesitate to call McElroy Service or Travis again for any additional service in the future. Would recommend.

Cody did a very good job. It took longer to complete job because I had not flushed the water heater so drain valve didn't give full flow to pump out very fast.

Great experience. Tech Mike B. was very knowledgeable,friendly and professional. He was there for a tune up on my furnace and I had many questions for which he answered. A excellent employee.

Best of the best! So on time that they beat me to my own house. Kind and friendly! Explained how to better maintain my HVAC unit in a way that was easy to understand. Brian and Ryan were the ones that helped me out. Know you're in good hands if you ever have a problem!

They have always been honest and their work excellent. I recommend them to anyone if they want to be treated right. The prices for their work and parts are very reasonable. I trust them to take care of my elderly mother and sister. Get on their service plans also will save you time and money. I have also had their furnace and central air unit all replaced by them a year ago and they worked around picking a warmer day so my mother wouldn't be without heat for very long. Our 100 year old mother is still in her house and we are very thankfull for the help McElroy was able able to give during the cold snap when the temp in the house got down to 55! In 4 days she is going to have a new furnace. We absolutely depend on and trust in their service

Cody did a wonderful job unclogging the kitchen sink in my new house. He was polite, clean, and took the time to check other problem areas I may have in the future and how best to take care of them without pressuring me into anything. Quick service and maintenance with the service contract, so no surprises! They have a pleasant office staff that is very helpful and courteous. The technician (Brian Lange) was respectful and willing to explain when questions arise, even resolved an issue we had!
