Jared was at my neighbors yesterday and he kindly took the time to check my roof for hail damage after he finished up with hers. I listened to him explain to her the process and how things would work as she had never had to file a claim on her home before. Thankfully neither of us needed to file a claim but coming from a female point of view where most companies want to take advantage of you, he makes everyone feel comfortable and explains it thoroughly and professionally. Jared is one guy I will always trust

He would explain why certain materials are necessary for the different styles of pitch on our roof. He answered any questions we had in great detail. His response time to calls or texts was great. Jared was quick to fit us in and take a look at our roof. He was able to resolve our issue on his visit and was very friendly.

Jared was very prompt in responding to my issue. What I thought was a leak in my roof during the super cold, snow packed days we experienced this past month, it turned out to be a humidifier issue. Within 2 minutes of Jared being inside the house he indicated he was certain it was not a roof leak. In checking out the attic, he confirmed it was indeed too much humidity in the house (he took photos to show & explain to me). I led him to the humidifier which he explained to me was set too high for the kind of weather & temps we were experiencing. After turning it off & following his instructions, the problem resolved itself on its own. I was to call him if it didn't. Upon not hearing back from me after 2 weeks Jared called to check to see if everything was back to normal. I appreciate Jared and the professionalism he displayed not just in doing his job but in representing his employer.

Jeff come out to look at an area where we had concerns for leaking. Instead of insisting on a new roof he wanted to run some tests. After the tests learned we needed to reglue some shingles by the valley and seal around the door. Thanks guys for the recommendation, after the last heavy rain 0 leaks! When we do need a new roof they will be the first and only call!!

The crew was great. They kept everything very clean and didn’t tear up my yard. They were quick and efficient.
