Definitely a company I would highly recommend. Their communication throughout the process was amazing. They never made me feel like I was just another customer. During our initial meeting, I wasn’t rushed, was able to ask questions and was explained everything throughly. Don’t waste your time with other companies, just call them first!

We had a unfortunate event take place recently with our homes roof. We had replaced it a short 3 years ago, only to find this summer it the shingles were buckling and lifting. Surface to say in attempting to contact the Contractor We found the Business no longer existed. So we find ourselves at step 1 of our second roof in a short time. After contacting a few different Companies to get quotes we chose to go with Neil and J Carnes Roofing and couldn't be happier that we dud. Neil came to our home twice and took the time to explain the job, products and exactly how it would work, from arrival day of until the next days follow up. It all went seamlessly and I could not recommend using J Carnes for your next Roofing project. They truly are the best and should be very proud of all the offer.

We had them install gutters to our house, after we had a wonderful experience hiring them to replace our roof. Glenn Roberts (our project manager) and his team spent a ton of time with us and gave us a great deal on our gutter installation. On the day of the installation, the team came in, wasted no time, and did everything right. They even went above and beyond by helping us install rain barrels and rain chains to the gutters. This is our second amazing experience with J Carnes. I’m so happy that we found them. We are definitely customers for life at this point.

I would like to preface saying that we have used J. Carnes twice in the past year for roofs due to deciding to sell our previous home and purchasing a new one that required a new roof. Shopping for a new roof can be frustrating, one big name company quoted us over 3 times the price as J. Carnes and slowly dropped the price several times while being extremely pushy for us to sign a contract on the spot. I told said company we needed to do our research and shop around and the project manager was extremely rude to us after that point. Our experience was the complete opposite with J. Carnes. Our project manager Jade was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and came in with their best price up front which beat out most of the competition. The staff at J. Carnes was extremely responsive when it came to any questions we had. When roof day came the crew was on time and worked like a well oiled machine. Each job was completed same day and they did an excellent job cleaning up. Both roof jobs came out awesome. I would highly recommend you consider J. Carnes for your roofing needs.

I highly recommend J Carnes & Sons Roofing. I filled out the online form on a Sunday night. They called me by 8:30 the next morning and set up an appointment for Jade to come to my home. He was very informative regarding my project, My quotes were sent right out to me. This entire process was perfect, they stay in touch with you through the entire project. I even had a follow up call this morning to see if we were happy with the job. If you want to deal with a professional company that you can count on. Call J Carnes, you will not be disappointed.

J. Carnes & Son Roofing did our skylights, and then our roof, and we found them to be transparent, fast, fair, and efficient.

In the days leading up to the roof replacement, we received emails detailing what to expect in the days prior to the job, the day of the job, etc. and there was never any question of how things would go. On the day of our roof being replaced, I got a few quick calls throughout the day with status updates, and then one the following day.

We are very happy with J. Carnes' work! We had a few delays on our end due to some pre-roofing work that needed doing and they shifted gears only days ahead of the start date. They came, we had a loud, active 2 days, and then they left with the only evidence being a beautiful brand new roof. We had a few tick list items that they willingly addressed within a few days. Couldn't have been a better experience!

From start to finish the JCarnes team was attentive and professional with our roofing project. The communication was outstanding and they helped us make the right decisions to get the project set up right. The team did an incredible job getting the job done quickly and efficiently. The team that performed the roofing were on time, performed the job quickly and were meticulous and detail oriented. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend J. The whole experience with J.Carnes Roofing was wonderful. Jon Young the salesman,who came out to give estimate was great. He wasn't pushy and listened to what I had to say. The project manager Kris Thurlow was very polite, friendly and very attentive. The Roofing crew did a great job including clean up. I would definitely refer you guys to friends or neighbors.

Great service! They completed my large project in 1 day with no mess or disturbance! The roof looks great. Everything was exactly as promised. If I need another roof in 25 years, I know who to call. They also did my flat roof at my business with great results.

Very helpful company to work with. From the very beginning everything was explained so that we understood what needed to be done and why. They were always available to answer our questions promptly. I was most impressed when the crew showed up as expected, and offered to help move two of my larger flowerpots for me that I had been unable to get and then moved them back when the project was completed. They were also very respectful of our property in general and worked carefully around some of the plants around the perimeter of our home. Will for sure be recommending to any friends.
