We had our roof replaced by MGS today and couldn’t be happier. Their crew work like machines! Everything completed in two days as promised. Cleaned up quite tidily after the work was completed. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

Our project included roof, skylight, windows, siding, gutters, and chimney removal. MGS was the lowest bid by a wide margin. I was initially reluctant to select the low bid, but MGS walked through the entire estimate with me and made adjustments based on my feedback. That process, plus the stellar reviews and GAF certifications convinced me to select MGS.

Their crews were efficient, respectful, and easy to work with. There were a few add-on costs after work started, but MGS provided reasonable prices for the add-ons. They did a good job cleaning up the worksite when finished. There were a handful of items that needed to be fixed or finished after the crew left. I sent MGS a list of these items and they came back in about a week to finish everything - no pushback whatsoever. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of work and price. I would gladly hire MGS for any future work on our house.

Al cautioned me that my porch roof may need plywood (it did). The price he quoted me for the additional work was exactly in line with what he said the additional plywood would cost. this crew was fast and efficient and they were courteous and cleaned up every square inch of my yard and used big magnet rollers to ensure no roofing nails were left hidden in the driveway or lawn. excellent excellent job. Al Guevara came out to my home and spent considerable time looking over my property and listening to all my concerns. When he left, I knew this was the company I wanted to do the job. Next day I received an excellent quote. I have to admit I was a tough customer because I research all my projects with great care. Al answered all my questions and was able to complete the roof in two days. The crew was terrific and worked all day starting at 7 AM and working late. They were excellent! I really liked the crew that came to work on putting my new roof on! There were 7 people that kept busy the whole time! I loved the architectural shingle color and it matched my mobile home! They cleaned up and made sure there were no nails or debris anywhere! When Mike came he didn’t pressure me and explained everything in detail! I called four construction companies to get quotes on asphalt shingles for my house, garage and three sheds. My first company gave me a quote and was high pressure to get me to sign. I couldn't get rid of them even after four hours. The second company quoted an even higher price. My third company was MSG and Al and I walked around the buildings and he pointed out what needed to be addressed prior to installation and how they would handle them. His quote was one-half my two prior quotes. I called the fourth company to cancel after speaking to Al. Rick came with a crew of 10 men and women and completed all five buildings in one day. I will always remember how efficient that crew was and how highly motivated they were. I got tired just watching them. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Our project scope was more than originally planned after the core sample was taken, but Al followed up with us quickly to explain the change in scope. Invited MGS to field a bid for my roof replacement and of all the guys I dealt with, they were the most thorough on the first interview, even helping me find a good date for how old the roof currently was. Cost was easily the most reasonable that I experienced and the job was done in an empathetic and professional manner within 4 days (which is fantastic given the idiosyncracies of the roof i have). I couldn't be more satisfied!

Mike Manick from MGS responded immediately to my request on Angi for a quote on a new roof. He came for an estimate the following day. His price was half of another competitor - and included replacing a large skylight. The permit and dumpster were also included. He explained everything thouroughly and answered all our questions - and my wife and I didn't have to sit for a two-hour sales pitch like other companies do. All of the materials were top quality and installed above code or standard practice. This was an emergency job in December and we were concerned about weather and short daylight hours. Mike assured us the job would be done in a day, barring some unexpected repairs. Their crew and the dumpster came at 7 am and they stripped two layers of shingles off the house, garage and breezeway in just over two hours. The crew leader, Rick, was fantastic. He explained everything and showed me the progress throughout. The whole job was done by 2 pm. They did a thourough cleanup and were gone by 3. Amazing! The dumpster was picked up two days later. Except for the new roof, it looks like they were never there. I haven't seen even a nail anywhere.

We have been experiencing a leak through our living room roof for a couple of years and have gone through several roof "repair" specialists. None have been successful, so we decided to replace the whole front roof. MGS was been attentive, listened to your concerns, was responsive to questions, kept us posted on weather delays and schedules, made good improvement suggestions, and has provided us with what we expect will be a weather-tight, lasting solution to our problem. And they are neat, careful working around plantings, and very quick!
