After working thru the sales details with Mark Faro online, we were turned over to Seamus Mcnally, "The Guy with the Bow Tie", to manage the sales process. Seamus was very professional, engaging, locked down from a process perspective....one really couldn't find a more accommodating, customer focused representative of Irwin Toyota. Work with Seamus, you won't find a better sales person in the car business.

Adel Mohammed is a gem. He LITERALLY spent the entire day working with me. Aside from their large inventory, Mr. Mohammed was attentive, listened, and focused on what I wanted.

Went in for an issue suspected to be the transmission. Was told that it was the rear differential and had to pay $2,400 to fix it. However, the exact same noise that the car was making before the fix still was happening. So they did not resolve my issue at all, made me spend $2400 on something that wasn't needed, and my car still has the same problem. Now I'm experiencing leaking from the rear differential axle seals and they will not resolve it as it is past their 12,000 mile/12 month warranty. So disappointed and let down by this company.

I live in Pennsylvania was talking to one on the internet people come to find out they sold the vehicle. We called the next day they said it’s sold and they had ran our credit already. We were gonna come from 8 hours to buy it and they sold it. Also their communication was bad

It was a very simple process. I ordered the car that my wife and I wanted and received it on the date promised. The sales woman “Grace” was very helpful and available throughout the process. When the car arrived she took the time to make sure all our questions were answered as well as pairing our phones to the car.

We were Original-owner of a 2019 Camry hybrid.Wanted to get the best Fair trade-in price. Contacted and went to other dealerships to see fair market trade-in value. Some other dealerships gave us the runaround, but Gary Henry at Irwin Toyota was by far the best at dealing with us in a fair and professional manner, giving us a fair price without any pressure. His straightforward and honest approach helped us make the decision in our trade-in search. Would highly recommend Gary if you’re looking for a fair trade-in value for your used car.

The opposite of other car dealers I've dealt with. Normally if you express interest you are bombarded with calls and emails. I simply clicked "get today's best price" and was given a deal on a Camry that was thousands below MSRP- a price that no one local to me would touch- and then no one bothered me. I actually started getting frustrated because I couldn't get them to take my money, and assumed the car wasn't mine without a deposit, but after speaking with one of the sales managers, I was assured my name was on the car and they weren't going to sell it to someone else even without a deposit. Around here if someone walked in and wanted the car it'd be sold without a contract signed, but in the end the internet department passed me off to Adel and he worked with me on scheduling a pickup and had the car ready for me with no games, at the price promised. Which was great because I drove 7 hours to save the thousands and if it didn't work it would have been bad! So if you want an honest dealer who stays true to their word and gives great prices, check out Irwin. The one thing I wish is that I had the info on the extended warranty ahead of time so I could have read it through more thoroughly, but I probably could have looked it up ahead of time if I had thought of it. Even that was offered, but it wasn't super high pressure and only the lowest price option was even presented- I just prefer to read things through all the way which isn't really possible sitting in a finance office.

We canceled our car at the Honda dealership because of the lies, manipulation, incompetence and many wasted hours/days of our time! We had presented them a list of optional documents that we would not sign then after days of negotiations as we were finalizing the car started presenting all 4 of the documents, they did waive some but insisted on others. We cancelled the sale. We went to Irwin Toyota and were greeted by Kevin MacRae who took the same list of optional documents that we will not sign, (just like Honda did), and actually lived up to our initial understanding/agreement. He was knowledgeable and where he was uncertain he put in the effort and got us honest answers. Adam in finance walked us through everything. I have some disabilities and the patience, honesty and kindness shown by Kevin and Adam was greatly appreciated. We went there angry and left happy and loving our new Rav-4. Thank you Kevin and thanks to all the hard working folks at Irwin Toyota....the Gods willing we will be back next year to get my vehicle now that the wife has hers!

Many, many, thanks to Destiny for going above and beyond to locate the missing lug nut. I went in for a typical service and mentioned I was missing a lug nut, if it worked that they had one that would be nice. Destiny took that and made sure that in under an hour, my truck had that lug nut and service. That is a level of service that keeps me driving the distance to Irwin.
