I have been going to Irwin’s Quick Lanes since they opened with all my cars. I always give Irwin Quick Lane a 5 star review. Bill Salta and his crew are very knowledgeably and thorough when working on my cars. I trust their decision and my cars last a long time being maintained on their schedule. I am very thankful of having Bill Salta and his team as my auto specialists.

What could be better...they picked up my truck at my house at 7:15 am, changed the oil, did a state inspection, did their multipoint inspection and had it delivered back to my house at 10:30 am. AND....they sent me texts at every step of the process. Customer service at it finest. Thanks Bill and team!

I've been going to them since I moved to the Lakes Region a year ago. In addition to regular maintenance I've had quite a bit of work done to keep up my Ford Transit Connect van build that I did myself. I've NEVER had a problem with them. Their service is excellent, professional & friendly every time. They offer a service to drive you back home & now they offer pick up & drop off your
vehicle service...both are excellent as well especially the latter! Special shout out to James & Bill who are always friendly & helpful.

I had a FREE multipoint inspection done (as part of the limited warranty (2 years/25,000 miles) that came with my new car) as well as a tire rotation and Brandon Furbush was the person explaining to/helping me. Overall everything went as well as it could have. I felt it took a little longer then it should have but then again I don't have a frame of reference.

It took about 80mins to do everything. Is that good/bad/average idk. I'd rather have it take longer for them to do everything right then cut corners and take chances to save some time. Other then that everything went well and, driving home, nothing felt/sounded out of the ordinary so I think that's a good thing. I feel its a great place to get the work done that needs to be done.

Great service!!! I was at medical appointments all day with my brother and I live out of town. Got a flat tire and went to these guys and were able to put on a new tire and this was late in the afternoon. These guys are the best!!! Wish I lived closer cuz I’d use them all the time!! Very friendly and professional staff. State inspection went very quickly. Easy to find location. Plus they gave me a coupon for a free basic car wash afterwards. Will definitely be returning for next year's inspection.

Me and my family have all been using Quicklane in Laconia for years for all of our car maintenance and work. Even when I wasn't living in the Lakes Region, I'd still choose to go all the way to Laconia because their prices and service are unbeatable. Mr. Salta has helped me with so many frustrating car issues and always gives me a more than fair price and excellent service. Now, his sons are working with him and doing the same. I won't take my cars anywhere else!

Bill Salta and his crew deliver the best service you will find. Bill's many years in the automotive field lends itself to receiving just the right service completed in a timely way at a great price. I'm always impressed at his friendly upbeat attitude. It's like having a friend in the business.

My experience with quick lane is I bought 4 tires from them. I asked for tires for towing. A year later I found out they put the wrong air pressure in the tires. They put 35 psi. In tires. I kept maintaining at 35psi. I found out the tires are supposed to be at 50-60psi. I brought my truck back to them because of the tires losing air pressure every 2 weeks. They said they fixed it. They didn’t. I have to air in them every 2 weeks.(10-15psi). I will never go back. Buyer beware.

I went to Quick Lane for a NH inspection. In order to pass, all I needed was a sway bar link replacement. After examining the failed link, I noticed it was fully intact but slightly loose when given a firm shake.
After bringing this to their attention, they said it failed under the clause of the NH inspection standards which state:
“A vehicle shall be rejected if a steering or suspension component or any connecting part does not at least meet the vehicle manufacturers specifications”
I agree that this is an incredibly vague clause, but to me it seems like a way to get more money out of an inspection. I doubt they are familiar with every car manufacturers specs, and it would be very easy to fail just about any worn component under that clause.

Long story short, get an inspection from someone you trust, otherwise you could end up paying for a part you don’t really need.
