Came into Irwin’s and had an overall good experience the 2nd visit. They turned around the first experience after some small hiccups and I’m leaving happy driving the vehicle I wanted. I do like the dealership, not going to write it off for one bad experience in service, made a appointment for intermittent oil light flicker at idle, and oil leak, was told oil pan leaking, 1200.00, looked at it myself found oil sender leaking above oil filter, replaced it and oil filter a lot cheaper than quote. Very disappointed, glad I caught it.

Many choices, Salesman (Zach) was great. Attentive, no pressure, great price. I Paid cash for the car but still had to meet with the finance guy. He really tried to get me to purchase the extended warranty. Seemed to get a bit perturbed when I refused it for the 4th time. I understand that it is their job to offer it and try to sell it but if you say no once, it should just be no.

I can't imagine bringing my Lincoln vehicle anywhere other than Irwins. I'm often recognized by face when I walk in, Dom the shuttle driver brings me to work, they text me if anything out of the ordinary is needed while the vehicle is there, and they arrange pick up when it's all set! Customer service doesn't get much better than that!

Brought my Lincoln Aviator in for an issue with the Sync system. Eddie Withrow and the IRWIN crew reprogrammed the Sync system and got me back under way in record time. I initially wanted a loner but ended up waiting at the shop at Ed’s recommendation, which saved me a return trip. My experience was second to none! Keep up the good work.
