I’m going to start off by saying this place changed my mind. I had a bad experience a couple years ago with their Hyundai dealer, then one of their salesman today in the morning at Ford. However, later on that day there was a different vehicle I saw so Keith Osowski met us and went through the car with us. He was super friendly, open and most importantly honest. Then came Adam the finance guy. Super nice guy and again, honest and personable. I’m leaving here with my explorer and am very happy. Thanks Keith and Adam.

Great service today for oil change and tire rotation! Picked up my truck via valet service, completed the service and used my Ford Reward points to pay. Received the text they were bringing the truck back Dropped the vehicle off and never had to talk to a person once!

Quicklane at this location has always handled my issues with no problems. They work fairly fast are the best around fore tire service and sales; if there's a problem, they'll fix it or direct you to the proper options. Recommended for anyone new to the area or current resident.

I discovered that the battery in my 2017 Explorer was on its way out and had a family trip up into the White Mountains scheduled for the next day. I had no appointment but thought to give Irwin Ford/Lincoln's Quick Lane a try. (I have been a customer in the past). Bill Salta the Quicklane Manager greeted me and I explained my situation. He immediately checked the shops schedule and was able to get me right in for a battery test. Service Advisor Ricky N. took care of setting that up. Bill ordered an extensive battery test which discovered that the starting AMPS and normal function of the battery were bad. I decided too buy the higher AMP battery. Ricky saw to the replacement and I was on my way within 45 minutes. Thank you Bill The family safely enjoyed our trip to the Mountains. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Kudos to Bill and Ricky at Quicklane. 10 STARS !!! Tony:-)

Went to a number of dealerships before ending up here. First, the outreach was respectful and targeted the vehicle I was specifically interested. When we arrived we were quickly given the opportunity to drive the bronco I wanted, no tons of marketing stuff to sign, no sale pitch. I wavered and wanted to look at a few more, all respectfully accommodated (though I think our sales person had an appt and he still took time).

Once we decided , Adel worked on our price point. That did take a bit of time and we were ready to leave, only because it had already been a long day, not because of service. We did finally leave, getting a call within 5 minutes! We brought my new car home that afternoon! Thank you team for your quick and thoughtful work. I’m excited to take the top off this week!

The response from the owner is false. They are pure bait and switch. My husband worked as a Ford GM for many years. We were offered THOUSANDS more for our trade at another ford dealership. Also they fail to show on their pictures the rusted out tow hooks. The hood was missing the hood insulator, which clearly shows the hood has been painted. Buyer beware! 2022 Ford Super Duty F-350 SRW

Service for state inspection. Service dept always shows up to do their best for every customer. The technician clearly went over all services done to my car in the video inspection, also noting tire rotation not done. I requested the last minute tire rotation which they were able to accommodate even though they had already completed my svs need. Really needed a car wash, that was free. Nice to have someone looking out for me for a change.

I only gave 4 stars because they have driven it more miles than I have. They pick it up and drop it off for service which I’m super grateful for, but also it’s been in the shop like 5x and 1 of which didn’t solve the issue. They have communicated great. And once we fix all the stupid little issues I hope it will be smooth sailing

Bill at Quicklane never lets me down. My car is always squeezed in for service and completed in exceptional timing. The service is very professional! I know that every time I leave my car in their hands it will be thoroughly looked over and the services completed. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

My husband drove over 6 hours after an agreed trade in and purchase price. We had insurance set up to start and the loan with a cashiers check for the purchase. They tried to bait and switch. Changed all agreeed prices. Horrible customer service!!! How can you do this after the customer drove from out of state and took the day off from work! My husband was a general manager of a ford dealership previously. This is the worst and most unprofessional dealership we have ever dealt with. Do NOT do business here. We have never had a problem with any other purchase of a vehicle. He worked with James, Alexis and the Sales Manager Chase. They are clueless!!! Rude, lied to us and wasted our time and money. They are far from a good rated dealership!!! ZERO STARS

Super easy transaction! Rich, our salesman, was honest, upfront, and communicative. Everything about the process was smooth and straightforward. They had the best prices I could find anywhere in New England. We texted and talked by phone over two days while he patiently answered all my questions about the different trucks they had in stock.

Tip: I highly recommend visiting dealers near you first so you can get familiar with reading window stickers and comparing options on your chosen vehicle before buying online. All the local dealers “warned” me that prices like this were a bait and switch tactic. Turns out they were wrong. I gave them the option of matching Irwin’s prices and they couldn’t. One wouldn’t even talk numbers until I confirmed that Irwin’s wasn’t for real. Their loss!

We drove three hours each way with a check for the exact amount we’d agreed on. This was hands down the busiest dealership I’ve ever stepped into. We waited a little while for them to finish detailing the truck, then the paperwork took just 10 minutes.

We did find two small defects in the backseat area, a scratch and a small puncture hole on the door panels, but the manager immediately offered to either fix them later or provide something else of fair value. Since coming back would be a hassle, they agreed with a handshake to send us all-weather mats instead, which we wanted anyway, and we drove off.

We’re expecting the title and mats in the next few weeks and will update this review if anything goes sideways, but so far this has been an excellent experience. No games, no surprise fees. This is how every car purchase should be. Highly recommend. Thank you

Outstanding Experience with Rich Lucier!

We had a fantastic experience working with Rich Lucier. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was the first to greet us with a warm welcome. After learning the vehicle we came in for had been sold, Rich didn’t just send us on our way—he took the time to get our contact information and promised to keep in touch.

To our surprise, he followed up the very next day to let us know that the vehicle had become available after all. We quickly put down a deposit and came back the next day, where Rich took excellent care of us throughout the entire process. His honesty, communication, and follow-through made all the difference.

If you’re looking for someone who goes the extra mile and truly looks out for their customers, ask for Rich. Highly recommended!

Service is horrible they gave me a run-around trying to fix my car when I got my car back it had scratches dings was filthy, plus it was not put back together all the way.
Sales has always been excellent though. Service has always been horrible! Rental department is great.

I hope & prey moving forward Irwin Motors is more selective in who they hire 4 employees. Recently there was an employee who was questionable at best as to how he behaved and spoke inside the dealership where customers could hear him. This employee was obviously a fan of Harley Davidson and was a heavy cigarette smoker. I learned he no longer works 4 the dealership which I am thankful for and hope Irwin's can be a lil more selective as to whom they choose to hire.

I bought my first Ford from Irwin back in 2016 and had a wonderful experience. I've only heard of their quality and great customer experiences. My 2021 Ford Explorer was recently having some issues. I brought it to Irwin beginning of April where I had some concerns about my acceleration and hearing a noise coming from the right passenger side (turbo or transmission was my guess). The first time they dismissed me saying they didnt hear or feel anything wrong and tightend a loose screw in my heat shield. Picked it up and drove it home, just to have the same issue happen again. We checked my air and cabin filter, both were disgusting because a mouse camped out over winter, and NOONE DECIDED TO CHECK THAT AT IRWIN?! baffling. I called again and scheduled a time to drop it off after having a mechanic drive with me and he wrote what his concerns were. Suddenly, Irwin found all these issues with my car at the 2nd drop off and replaced recalls, found a leak in my transfer case, reset my PCM, etc. Thought ok, we are on a roll here. Pick it up and drive it home just to hear the sound AGAIN and acceleration issues a few days later. I bring it up for a THIRD time and test drive with a tech who was wonderful. He thought it was my turbo causing the sounds. They tell me they cant get me in for another week and a half. Fine. Just brought it up again this past Tuesday where I was told "we still hear the sounds on your turbo, and starting to think you're having a transmission issue, which is common with higher mileage fords and this model (70k miles), but ford wont replace under your warranty because your car isnt throwing a code". Disappointed is an understatement after back and forth issues for a month. They tell me my car is clearly having turbo and transmission issues, and could feel it when driving, but because a code wont populate they cant replace? So I have to risk my safety and family safety to keep driving it until a light comes on to justify a replacement? I will never be buying a ford again, and will not be returning here. I want to add that Steve from Service was phenomenal with me every time, and patient. I know he was just doing his job and relaying what he was told. But the back and forth of this situation that could have been resolved or told to me the first trip I made, had they taken the time and taken me seriously, would have saved me a lot of stress and time.

I had a very positive experience with Steve Hopkins of Irwin Ford in Laconia. I was told by another dealer in MA when I told them they had a good deal on a 2025 F350 as opposed to their 2024 that there will be a game when I go to look at it. That was not the case. Steve had truck ready to go for test drive. There were no games. Signed the deal, picked it up the week after. No high pressure sales tactics, just right to the point! Love the truck!
