Met with Ryan Gagnon about putting on a new roof .His presentation was very professional and explained everything without any pressure on his part. Because of him we signed up with I Roof. I cannot say enough about how great his team of workers were. Never heard anyone speak or holler. They all knew exactly what their job was. They were extremely efficient and excellent workers. Their pricing amongst many others we had called in was superior to theirs, but it was the manner in which Ryan presented his material and info that impressed us the most. Got to know his team of 8-10 workers who never took their mind off their job. What a pleasure it was to watch. Thank you to the entire team from IRoof for such a great job on our large home and completed it in one day. Next day they did the barn roof. We joked about how we were going to miss them! They have great products and great respect for the homeowner when they are on your property and leave your property as clean as they found it. Haven’t found 1 nail! Everything was spotless. I'd highly recommend iROOF for all your roofing needs. I met with a couple roofing companies before contacting iROOF. Immediately upon meeting Ryan I felt comfortable and I knew he was genuine and not your typical salesperson feeding me alot of false promises. Everything he told me from the start date to the finish work was true. The crew was fantastic and my yard was picked up and cleaner/neater than before they came.. you'd never know I just had the entire roof stripped of the old shingles. I couldn't even find a measly nail on the ground! I've included a before and after pic.

iRoof replaced a roof on our property in 2018. They did a GREAT JOB so we didn't hesitate to call them when we needed to replace the roof on our primary residence. The materials were dropped off the day before the project was going to start. the team was ready to move first thing in the morning. It took about 1/2 day. When they left the yard was so clean you would never know that they were there. GREAT JOB! Mark was great to work with. I highly recommend iRoof11!

We needed our original roof replaced plus a new gutter. I got three quotes from different local contractors. The iROOF quote was not the lowest, but very competitive. We chose them for the comprehensive estimate, broken down in great detail, and the warrantee information. The team got the job done in one day, about 12 hours in all. They removed the old shingles and installed all new materials. They replaced one gutter at our request and got it angled perfectly. Ryan, the estimator, was easy to get a hold of, and Marisa in the office returned emails and calls quickly. It was roughly seven weeks from estimate to job completion. The roof looks great, and the crew cleaned everything up. I highly recommend this contractor.

Steve, Ryan and Marisa were awesome. Phone calls were answered or returned promptly unlike 3 other companies I was negotiating with. Their team of "Roofing Ninja's" knocked out the roof in one day. The cleanup was ongoing from start to finish. The final cleanup was very thorough and they were gone by 530. The roof looks incredible - the skylights they replaced look awesome and the new rain gutters are a blessing! The next day Ryan showed up and did ANOTHER inspection and walked around the house to ensure a top notch job and cleanup. Very impressed with job, the team and the personal attention of all involved. A+ in my book. I will highly recommend to friends and family!

Living on top of a hill my roof prematurely was failing due to being constantly hit by wind, along with water damage from ice dams. A friend of mine used IRoof and couldn't say enough positive things. I got a hold of Steve and told him about the issues I was having. He gave me multiple options at different price points but guaranteed the result regardless of which I chose. when I finally chose which roof I wanted they took care of everything and accommodated my schedule. I think the flower beds are actually cleaner now than before they came. I have a large house and expected to be living in a construction site fore a week plus, a day and a half with 20 guys!! All workers were tied off and extremely respectful. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a safe, clean, professional contractor.

IROOF was great!! they had to put new plywood on the roof and then new roofing. Very professional, timely and great clean up. Lonnie was excellent as was the whole crew.
