Paris at Interstate is fantastic. Last year I was mixed up with a bad roofing company and he stepped in and repaired our roof within a few days. This year I had Paris replace our roof at our new home. He is very knowledgeable, always available to answer questions and follows up after the job is completed. Best roofing company in Colorado by far, is a bigger company that has many advantages over other roofers. They do an amazing job working with insurance to get the roof covered and replaced, ended up getting a whole roof and gutters done for less than $1000. Definitely recommended if home has had any wind or hail damage. Project managers are very respectful and knowledgeable!

Be wary, maybe do some research or just don't expect anything more than the roof repair. I experienced hail damage summer of 2024 and was more concerned with getting my siding replaced as it got damaged worse than my roof shingles. I initially went with Interstate because their rep assured me they can manage the roof and siding replacements. Now although the claims process for me took several months due to hiccups with my insurance company and my mortgage company handing off my housing loan to another company the roof was replaced expeditiously, which I appreciate. Fast forward to today, almost a full year later, and my house projects are still not finished. I have emailed and called the company rep multiple times in the last two months with no results or explanation as to when they will get a contractor out to finish my solar panel install and get my siding replaced. After my roof got replaced the communication pretty much died off. I gave them grace for the winter season, but now I'm getting really disappointed that I agreed to work with this company. I see all these great reviews from other customers and am wondering why I did not receive the same experience?

I ALWAYS leave a negative review for companies that come to my door despite a clearly posted No Soliciting sign. Today, it was Interstate Roofing's rep who came and LIED to me, as usual, when I pointed out my sign. "Oh, we're not selling anything" is the usual lie. I always ask, "So, you're going to put a roof on my house for free?" "Yes!" JFC, just please respect people. When I consider my next roof, I will never consider this place because of this. And as I close my door, the solicitor kept insulting me. Do you train your salespeople to be this rude?

Rob Ryan replaced our roof after the 2024 hailstorm in Thornton, CO. He handled correspondence with our insurance company, ensured we received the best material at the best prices and made the whole process so much easier. Rob Ryan was incredible from his introduction, to listening and addressing our needs, to the assistance with insurance to their impeccable execution. I’m usually skeptical about contractors, but Ryan is a solid guy. You can feel comfortable that he has your best interests in hand.

Rob Ryan worked with our insurance adjuster to get the most we could out of our hail claim. He worked diligently to get our roof, siding, windows and exterior paint all replaced. We never expected to get half of the items covered but he made sure it did. Our house looks like a new home now and we are so happy with how everything turned out.

Bronson Lillemon and Nathan Loyd were two angels sent to me from God. I had some roof damage, just a small area and they repaired it in about 30 min tops. We had a solid and complete positive experience! The communication from Joseph really made a difference. From start to finish, the job was on time and on point with our contract. I recently had a construction worker on the roof, who commented, "this is a really good roofing job!" Josh, the roofing contractor from the Interstate roofing was unbelievably helpful, punctual, and respectful. He helped us get our roof replaced which was damaged heavily due to the May’24 severe hailstorm in the area. He walked me through the process with patience and information as I asked him a lot of questions. This was my first time experience replacing a roof with my insurance company; i was worried but Josh made it easy for me to proceed. When the insurance inspector arrived, and I texted Josh if he is available. And he, without delay just flew by, arrived and represented me and identified issues mutually with the inspector which was very helpful. On the day of replacement, he probably brought 12+ member team and they finished a good job before 2pm including cleanup. During replacement, it was a breeze! Besides the obvious tear-down noise of the old roof and hammering down the new roof, we felt safe home. The team did not bother us with anything nor requests. Thanks team! And, I admire the extensive cleanup the team did and Josh stopped by next day with a big rolling magnet to find if any nails present around the perimeter. This tells how responsible he is. Last fall we were surprised by a sudden need to replace our roof due to changes in our insurance policy (our company of 25 years was quitting the home insurance business in our state and we needed a newer roof to procure coverage from a different company). We were not planning on this project and had very little time to find the funds and get it done. Complicating the matter was the fact that this was late November and the weather is unpredictable that time of year. I contacted a few roofing companies for quotes, but Benjamin Scott from Interstate Roofing, Inc. was the person who reached out to me directly. As the project manager, he not only gave us the best quote for getting the job done, but took his time to personally guide us through the whole process, answering our questions in a timely manner and with great patience. We received five quotes Joshua was professional and handed the quote over in a adequate time The whole process was easy he dealt with the insurance was here setting up ladders for Inspection he was even cleaning up trash around the yard that the construction crew had missed. It’s the small details that count overall experience I highly recommend Joshua and his team.

Josh parsons helped us get our family home approved after the insurance company had denied that hail had damaged the roof . Josh stepped in and had them come back out and just like that it was approved ! When my roof was wrecked by hail, I had to figure out how to get it replaced. Chris Naslund from Interstate roofing was really helpful during the entire process, he replaced my roof and gutters. My gutters now work better than before, and helped me navigate the insurance claim process too. Chris has your best interest in mind! I am really glad I went with interstate.

First of all, this is a real review, and I waited until both home roofs were complete to share my experience. After obtaining quotes and speaking with a few roofing companies, I decided on Interstate. They seemed most knowledgeable and answered all my questions timely. I wanted to go with a large roofing company as I figured they would have the resources to get the job done and done right. Next, they assign a Project Manager to the job. If you're going with Interstate, ask for Steve Dye. He was the PM and every time I had a question, he was available to chat and articulate the process. It's not every day you get a new roof, so I had lots of questions. I firmly believe if you have the right PM, the project will flow much more smoothly. Hope this review helps others.

I really dont know how this company has a 5 star review. I was working with Reid regarding our hail damage that happened on 5/30/2024 and have not heard anything back from him since. Then, I called the company twice and left a voicemail and no one bothered to call back. This is absurd for wasting that much time when you guys knew that you wernt doing the job or follow up with our insurance company. Reid stopped answering our emails and calls for no reason. Very unprofessional of you guys.

Having never navigated a roofing claim before, Rob Ryan made it seamless and easy. Truly, there wasn't any "navigating" for me, he worked directly with my insurance and kept me in the loop the whole way. His team came in and replaced the roof in one day and the gutters were done in a few hours on another day. It was painless and we're stoked to have a new roof!

After 2 inspections that determined we did not have enough damage, Ben with Interstate Roofing showed up to our house to propose a third inspection. In spite of the fact I already expected what he would say, I agreed. Unlike the previous inspectors, Ben found out our roof had suffered enough damage to be replaced. He advocated for us and guided us through the claim process, which was completed in a few minutes. Ben clearly described how the roof installation would work, cooperated with our insurance company and was able to give us a free upgrade by replacing the existing shingles with impact-resistant ones. We are very grateful to Ben and Interstate Roofing for getting us a new roof and being proactive enough to prevent serious issues that our damaged roof would cause sooner or later.

Our roof was quite hail-damaged, with rotten underlayment. The crew spent a lot of time inspecting & were very transparent with photos, details & costs. The job was done in one (long) day & looks fabulous! The team cleaned up impeccably, even going over the grounds with a magnet. Great people; we couldn’t be happier.

This company is the best when it comes to customer service. They kept me informed weekly about the status of my permit from the city and scheduling. The crew easily spent over an hour cleaning up afterwards. My own inspection found a few very small pieces of the old shingles that were hiding in the grass. They even stopped by afterwards to check in with me and my satisfaction.
Their project manager, Pete DiLeo, is the best. Not only giving guidance on my roof replacement but other insurance issues unrelated to the roof such as hail damage to my grill and patio heater, AC coil fin combing, and window screen replacement. I highly recommend this company!

I called this company because I saw the signs in my neighborhood after the hail storm of 2024. I thought I would be better served going with a local company. They sent Daniel Cardenas as my project manager. He came over and introduced himself and started taking to me and his vacation he just came off. He told I knew about prostitution be legal in Costa Rica. My ring door bell caught this conversation, which I later played for my wife. I should have heeded of what I was being presented with, we just wanted to get our home fixed. From the minute this started I had to check in with this person, I checked in with his boss Josh Bosley on with the status of our permit because I had not seen it. This was based off of comments made by Daniel on whether I wanted a permit for some of the work I was asking for-Of course we did! At the end I was tired of having to follow up with this company on the status of getting things done. Also these guys didn't want to give an estimate on what was to be done. I did check with my insurance and they said they couldn't see why that was an issue. I decided after the roof was finished, just based on their lack of transparency, I was not going to use them for anything else. In the middle of this I asked Josh, If I were to be done using them if I would just be into them for the 13. 500 I had given them plus my deductible. He said yes, when I said ok I am done here. They presented me a balance of over 10k. I told them I was not paying that-they than presented a balance of a little over 7k. I asked for an invoice and a breakdown of their work-they reverted back to the insurance estimate given by All State. I paid the 7k -I emailed Josh and called about a final receipt, with no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB-hoping for resolution on getting a final receipt for almost 21k given. Research the bad reviews, I would not recommend this company to anyone, completely unprofessional.

Benjamin Scott is a great person, he helped me with everything that I needed. Always someone willing to help, gave me all the information that I needed and executed a plan for me. I worked with Ben on getting my roof installed him and his crew did wonders, I wish the insurance company (progressive) would have done the same (I am changing insurance company wow the worse) Interstate roofing did everything they promised they would Ben even tried working with the progressive on my behalf but to no avail, all said and done I would hire Ben again without an issue, his word was always kept and he answered calls never ignored me.

I have solar, he found a company to take it off and put it back up when the roof was done, he handled getting new gutters and helped us find a paint company! He made this whole experience super easy! Would recommend Interstate Roofing to anyone needing a new roof! :)

We used Interstate Roofing recently to replace our roof after hail damaged it. They did an amazing job. Our contact was Benjamin Scott and he took such great care of us, helping us with the insurance claim, being there throughout the process, etc., and following through to the very end. Interstate Roofing just completed our roof yesterday and we could not be more pleased. Pete Dileo and Lucas did an outstanding job from start to finish from great communication, explanation of all the steps from scheduling to clean-up...they were there. The roofing crew was fantastic and thorough. It's unfortunate that we even needed them...but when hail hits, I'm glad they were there for help.

Pete and Luke were incredible. They stayed in touch thru the entire process and what to expect in the process. They informed me of arrival of supplies, when the crew would begin and when it would end. Everyone on the crew was very respectable of my belongs outside. Clean up was thorough. Pete was there supervising the entire time. They also helped me with all necessary paperwork for insurance purposes. Thank you so much!! Awesome job!!

Hail storm happened in May 2024 and I didn't pay attention much because I was out of town on a motorcycle trip to Ohio. Low and behold July comes and we get a little rain in Aurora. Roof starts leaking. Now in a bit of bind because I gotta try and get this fixed.

I look around the neighborhood because it seems like everyone is getting their roof fixed. Mind you, I haven't called the insurance company since we moved in 2002. in 20 years have never filed a claim. I see one of the baddest looking roof's I have ever seen. Not that I look at them much. I see the sign says Interstate Roofing and I call the guy Baba Newton.

Baba comes to my house looks at everything and says you have a messed up roof. It's jacked up but he thinks he can work with the insurance company to get it replaced. Queue the drama music (Duh duh duh) and it isn't. It's an ACV Policy not RCV and the Insurance company give me 1700 bucks. This is my fault for not reading.

I scrounge around and have about 20 grand out of an account that I put aside for the roof. Baba tells me that how he can work some numbers and maybe get me a deal. Hey it's end of September and I still have no new roof. I call the guy every two weeks to see but still no nothing. He didn't call me once. I gotta call him. I realize he is busy, but hell I am busy too. I just got tired of trying to beg someone to take my money. Oh well the search continues to try get someone to get my roof fixed before the snow flies. I don't think anyone reads these but if you do, can you help find someone for me so I don't have to beg to get a roof. I am tired of doing my James Brown.... "Take my money please, please please."

Everthing was on time. Fast replacement of roofing respectful of property and surrounding areas. Pete Dileo was very informative about everthing and communication to the insurance company took a lot off my mind. We love the work they have done. They did 2 of my houses in no time at all. Beautiful job on both.

‼️❌ATTENTION❌‼️GET A PRINTED QUOTE BEFORE YOU ALLOW WORK YOU MAY BE PAYING $21,000 n not get gutters for a single family house! We got burned..
So I previously deleted a review I made regarding this company, however I feel people should know what this company is up to. Not 1 person knows what the next person is doing. For instance they have a shady fast talking guy named Matt who came to my door n befriended my father in law and promised to get our deductible paid by bidding our gutters and not doing them! We didn’t even get the chance to say no to the company before they were tearing shingles off! We didn’t know how much they were charging or anything? Turns out a roof cost 23k without gutters! Which is strange since 4 of our neighbors got roof n gutters for 18k. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE INTERSTATE ROOFING! The price has changed 6 times and not in our favor! It’s like every week they add $300! This company is not on the up and up! Oh and I’m almost positive they solicit all there good reviews! Don’t get blind sided with a bill you’re not allowed to review before you make a decision! Use another company! And to make matters worse my wife and I asked them not to talk to my father in law as he is sick with cancer and to discuss this with us, which they agreed to do but haven’t held up 1 part of there contract-less shady deal. And they continue to harass my father in laws phone for every penny insurance sent us for even gutters they DID NOT DO!

Consulted with Project Manager Ryan Moore today. He handled my roofing needs and navigated my insurance claim issues which resulted in a full insurance replacement payment back in September 2024. Yay!!! While walking the doggie I noticed a “vent line” on the north side of my roof line that I totally forgot about and wonder what it was about so I reached out to Ryan. He immediately reached out and took the time to clearly explain the purpose of the vent line and how it will ventilate my roof during the very hot sunny days of Colorado which serves to release heat, extending the life of my shingles. It looks super cool from a far and is also an Arvada code requirement. Ryan and his boss stood by me and had and have my best interest at heart. Interstate Roofing and Ryan rocked it out of the park. Folks like these are hard to find!!!
