We recently had an excellent experience with Eric Person for a new roof installation. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The new roof was completed in just one week (the actual work was done in one day). He addressed all our requests and concerns. Eric also acted as the point of contact with the painter and the solar panel company he routinely works with to fix our broken solar system, even reimbursing us for one panel that was unrepairable. His fairness with payments and exceptional! We highly recommend him!

Eric did an amazing on our roof replacement. He worked with my insurance company to get my claim processed quickly. He was quick to respond to any questions or issues that I had. The roof turned out perfect! I highly recommend Colorado Precision Roofing!

Outstanding service throughout all of the repairs from the May 30 hailstorm. Eric was very thorough with his communication, explained the process, and his teams were on time, courteous of our recent front yard flower/tree plantings, and really did a high quality job on the shingle & gutter replacement as well as wood fence re-staining. From the time he came out to do the initial inspection to working with the insurance adjuster to the work all the way to the completion of the job and payment was only 21 days! HIGHLY recommend. We are lucky to have come across Eric and are thankful for his work.

I highly recommend Eric with Colorado Precision Roofing! He performed a free inspection after a recent storm and took a lot of photos showing me the hail damage on my roof. He took time to explain the damaged areas and options for fixes. I opted to upgrade my shingles to storm resistant shingles and he only charged me the increase in price of the materials - nothing else. Additionally, I asked him about some other things around the house and he was incredibly helpful taking a look and quickly fixing items beyond just the roof (gutter downspout for example). He was also really quick to get the job done and super transparent about every step. Very trustworthy and highly recommended!

Erick is one of the most honest stand up business men I have ever met. I have been screwed by contractors and roofers in the past.

Ben, a co-owner of precise roofing, stopped by my house today to look at my leaking gutter. Ben is a great guy! He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. He will be returning within the week with proper tools to correct the issue. I have used Ben in the past to replace broken tiles on my roof. I highly recommend using precision roofing for any job you have whether it’s residential or commercial.

Colorado Precision Roofing was very prompt in completing the work and ensured that everything was done correctly and efficiently. I appreciated Eric's attention to detail and commitment to excellence, which really showed in the final product. They did not disappoint.

So Eric typically does a lot of big jobs and is very knowledgable when working with insurance companies for roof replacement. I had a small unorthodox job with very specific needs. I couldn't find one roofer to take on this little project. Even though Eric does mostly larger jobs he was happy to help me with my custom porch covering project. Through his contacts he was actually able to source me a smaller sized piece of EPDM so i didn't have to purchase a whole roll and had a skilled laborer do all my sheet metal and edge work that weekend. He ran down and actually picked up all the materials that day and dropped them off to be installed. Trust me, Ive worked with a lot of contractors in Denver and what you ask for is not always what you get! Eric did the job perfect and it was exactly what I wanted for a price that was probably not advantageous to him. I waited over a year to write this review and the roof is holding up perfect! Big thanks to Eric for helping out this homeowner. Much appreciated and I'll always highly recommend him.

Eric works great with insurance companies and the city inspectors. He had a crew out in just a couple days after we selected our roof shingles and the work is phenomenal. Also touched up a couple other things that weren’t covered by insurance just to make it look nice. Fully recommend. (We received his name from a home builder who also highly recommends his company)

We received several quotes to get a new roof on our home and not only was Eric's quote the most reasonable, he was extremely communicative and professional through out the process. Our roof was completed in a day, they even ran into some issues since we're in an older home and happened to have multiple unexpected layers of roofing to remove and they still finished the job that same day. I would highly recommend Eric and his team.

We sustained extensive hail damage to our home and property and I was dreading having to deal with it. Eric literally took care of everything for us. He made sure I got fair treatment from the insurance company, managed the contractors who all showed up on time, got the job done quickly, cleaned up when they were done and did the job right the first time. About all I had to do was be there from time to time.

If I ever have storm damage in the future, Eric's phone will be ringing. I would strongly recommend Colorado Precision Roofing to anyone.

Eric did a great job on my pretty new blue (my shingle choice) roof. I'm so pleased with the experience. He is personable as well as professional and very reasonable and fair priced. Highly recommend.

I call Eric to help me with a roof penetration for a new kitchen hood for a kitchen remodel. He was at the job site the day after I called him. He was at the job site, 1/2 Hr ahead of schedule, and finished the work quickly.
