One can surely feel a great deal of unease when working with projects that are not a part of everyday life, like roofing and insurance companies, but DreamHome Restoration's project manager, Jennifer Gibson was a restoration of ease with my roofing project. She is so very professional and knowledgeable and was a guide throughout each stage of the installation of a new roof for house and garage, the installation of gutters and the needed painting to complete the project. She checked in with me in each stage of the project, and never failed to return any phone calls from me in a timely manner. She was on site with her ladder and all necessary information to make things run smoothly. She is the best person to run a project that I've ever experienced, and I so highly recommend Jennifer Gibson and DreamHome Restoration.

The process took nearly a year. David Wilson was the project manager, he stayed with the process from start to finish finish. My project included new siding, several new windows and many building code upgrades. Dreamhome was outstanding. This is the second time that I have used them.

After being told that we would not be receiving anything from the ins co regarding the hail damage claim, we reached out to Dream Home Restoration. Our project manager, Jennifer Gibson went to work. She provided what the insurance company and their adjuster needed to get the roofs and exterior of the house and the garage done. She and her team were a Godsend. We could not be more pleased with the end result.
She worked closely with the insurance adjuster. And now we have a new home.

I worked with Jennifer at this company and highly recommend working with her and have no reason to believe that the company backing her is not also stellar. Despite my insurance company being a pain in the butt and my work schedule making it difficult to schedule things with me she stuck it out till the end and and I ended up with a great roof, new gutters and beautiful paint on my home. Everything was delivered and done as promised. Whether or not you like the blue is up to you I picked it but of course you can pick whatever color you want lol

Jennifer was amazing, and Everything was delivered as promised despite the difficulty of dealing with my insurance company and the difficulty of dealing with my crazy travel schedule. Strongly recommend Jennifer and have no reason to believe the company that backs her isn’t great too.

My neighbor recommended DreamHome Restoration. I had the roof replaced, all the gutters replaced, and fence repainted. This is the best roofing work I have experienced . I was unsure if some of the claim would be covered. I was assured by Dream Home that it would be coved. They are very good with dealing with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them. After chicken-egg sized hail storm, DreamHome Restoration replaced the whole siding, my asphalt shingle roof, gutters, as well as damaged window.
I only paid the deductible, the rest was paid by insurance.
The work was done in time and at high quality level.
I actually did not believe all of that could be done that efficiently in terms of time, money and quality, but DreamHome Restoration convinced me to try, and I have no regrets.
I especially appreciate their guidance on insurance claim paperwork, setting up inspections and lab testing.

Dream Home Restoration did a great job on our roof and other repairs needed from a hail storm. The staff was courteous and respectful and cleaned up the job site upon completion. I highly recommend working with Jennifer, as she was easy to communicate with and always available to answer any questions. She was also very helpful in dealing with our insurance company.

That Utube video was not cool..Do not judge this company by someone else's problem. Leave that between them. Always two sides to a story. This is a reputable business that has done fantastic restoration. I will hire them again in the future.

DreamHome Restoration did an awesome job for us on our roof repair/replacement. This past August the roof on my mother's house had to be replaced after years of wear and tear. I used Dream Home Restoration as the roofing company, Jennifer, who oversaw the installation, was on top of everything from inspecting to ordering supplies to hiring the roofers. she kept in contract with me which was very good, because most people when having a roof installed wouldn't think of the small details when having a roof installed. I am very pleased with the work done, and if someone needs to have a new roof installed I'll recommend her, All in all I give the experience five stars

Updated Review: Firstly, the roof looks great! We did have some issues with this company originally (completing according to contract, damage that was caused that we had to hire someone else to fix, scheduling issues). However, once he heard about the issues, the president of the company stepped in to get to the bottom of it. Thanks to his follow through, we were reimbursed the costs of repairs and then some. While it was a rocky experience at times, I’m walking away satisfied and knowing that if issues do arise, they will follow through and take care of them.

The inspector said they did not complete the roofing job to code. They didn’t put a special boot where electrical wiring comes through the roof and they didn’t put a metal ring on the furnace vent. Their subcontracted electrician rewired the evaporative cooler where water could easily drench the electrical connections. They came back and installed the missing stuff but are charging $1500 more than the quoted price, which was part of the contract! I could have done that part for less than $100 They put new shingles on the roof but for some reason did not put any on the chimney area which is about 2ft by 3ft. They started the job in November and now we are still dealing with them in June.

After a recent hail event we were in need of a new roof and we were extremely fortunate to have been referred to DreamHome Restoration. Jennifer and her team of expert roofers did a fantastic job with the roof and also an entire gutter replacement. She took care of all the insurance paperwork, the necessary permits, and the scheduling of the repairs. The workers were very respectful and did a great job with cleanup after the job was done. I highly recommend DreamHome for any projects you have on or in your home. You will not be disappointed!!

Our home received a whole new exterior look thanks to DreamHome Restoration! The whole process was organized and well-coordinated. Jen takes all of the pain out of working with the insurance company and did a great job ensuring the contractors knew what their part in everything was. Overall, very satisfied.

I have nothing but praise for DreamHome... they replaced my roof and were very competent, professional, and met their commitments. Thony Isaac and Steve Adams were very helpful in working with me to complete the job very satisfactorily.

This company was originally spoken to in early august finaly started work nov 1 they left supplies blocking the garage for a week and would not move them first day of work they didnt show up till 4 p.m. tore off part of old roof very poorly covered with a tarp and it snowed that evening. They were not back for around a week and then were very trashy and left a big mess still finding nails. And now they are trying to change the price we were given. This is a very unprofessional company and have zero customer relation skills. I would never refer this company
