I have not agreed to Business but what I can review is my experience with Lucas Dougherty. I met Lucas two days ago as he was walking another house and he took the time to answer a few questions, discussed options and has been a valuable resource in consideration of services. I find his approach consultative, looking at both short and long term ROI. He asked questions others have not and provides a handshake with a “if I can help, let me know”. If a decision to replace our roof is pursued, Interstate Roofing will get that call first.

We were very impressed with how detailed they were inspecting the roof and explaining the condition of our roof. We very much appreciated their honesty as to the need for roof replacement. In our case it was not recommended to file a claim.

Don’t know a thing about roofing, but the guy driving on Antioch road this morning? Give that king a raise. Elite driving. Probably elite roofing too :)

Erik Barr helped us with a complicated insurance situation and got us a new roof. He was easy to communicate with and provided a great experience.

These guys are great. They came in and gave me a fair shake. They checked out my roof and told me that it was ok. Like I said. A fair shake.

Our green tile roof (live in historic section of city-Hyde Park) sustained broken tiles following a bad storm that included thunder snow. Worked with Erik Barr, and would highly recommend him and his company, Interstate Roofing, for any work any roof might require, and particularly if you find yourself in need of historic restoration! Outstanding customer service and mastery of their field!

Interstate Roofing was referred to me by a neighbor who had just had their roof replaced. I reached out to Brent Maxwell with Interstate Roofing and he literally handled everything. Brent filed the insurance claim, met with my adjuster, went to bat for me with the insurance company on a few fine details and even covered the overnight mailing fees to my mortgage company. AMAZING customer service throughout the project. The roof was torn off and replaced in one day. They cleaned up everything! There was absolutely no damage to anything. The quality of their work is incredible. I have nothing but great things to say about Brent Maxwell and the team at Interstate Roofing.

Once Erik Barr was put in charge of my managing my roof replacement, it was a painless and seamless experience and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

They did a very good job. They were careful not to damage anything and did quality work. They did what they promised to do and were easy to work with. Would highly recommend them and Eric who I worked with.

I worked with Erik Barr on replacing my roof. HE WAS AWESOME! They began within days of our confirmation and completed the work in a day or two. I was thoroughly impressed with their process and communication. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Our roof and gutter quality and installation were done very well and extremely clean. The crew was efficient. We did have a couple of different project managers after a slow start, and a lapse in communication.
Angela stepped in and did a very good job of communicating and keeping us updated on what we should expect, and the timeline on when things would get done. She was really great to deal with. Her follow up was just as good.

Interstate Roofing first inspected my roof and identified hail damage, which was followed by the insurance company inspector confirming the same. Interstate presented the Performance shingle option, which was more hail resistant and would potentially lower the annual insurance premium. After choosing the shingle color and scheduling the replacement, the job was finished in one very hot day. The insurance company has advised the Performance shingle will reduce the annual premium. I'm happy as the job was very seamless between Interstate Roofing, the insurance company and myself. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Interstate replaced my roof, gutters and siding. The work was done timely and very well. They even did some extras such as figuring out why my driveway light didn't work and taking down an old satellite dish! Good cleanup and follow through. I highly recommend.

Erik Barr was our project manager and he worked his tail off for us. He went above and beyond to make sure our roof was taken care of. Interstate is lucky to have him.

After the storm in April of 2024 in Kansas City, my roof had been damaged by hail. Erik Barr had been helping neighbors in my area and came to speak to me too. He checked out my roof and found damage and walked me through the process of making the claim with my insurance. When all was ready, the Interstate crew came out and replaced the roof in a single day. I’m very appreciative of Interstate and Erik for making this as easy as it could have been and for being knowledgeable and available whenever needed.

Steve Dye assessed our roof for damage from the most recent storm. He was very honest and after his inspection determined we did not have any damage that would warrant a new roof. He even caulked an area for us (at no cost!) to prevent leaks. I would definitely give Steve a call in the future if roofing needs arise!

Excellent roofing company to work with and highly recommended. Erik and Jake who has been the two people I’ve been working with has been nothing but professionals at their job and help me and my family out at getting our roof put on. Don’t really want to go much into it but the roofing company we started with was dragging their feet and was not updating us on what was going on. We had to reach out to them every time to see what’s going and to get updates. Interstate got in and our roof was put on in a couple weeks and would have been sooner if the weather was better.
