Just wanted to recommend an amazing gutter service that I recently worked with, Jet Stream Guttering & Home Services. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Jason was extremely proffesional and answered all of my questions without judging me lol. They were efficient, clean and respectful. Their communication was unmatched to all the other companies I received estimates from. Just a first time homeowner appreciating a trustworthy business.

Leonard, Joe, and Paul did a great job. Worked quickly and very professional. Answered all my questions and worked through a couple issues on our complete new gutter and gutter guards installation.

Just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful install of guttering on my home. The installers were courteous and explained how the gutters and Bulldog Gutter Guards would be installed. After the installation, Gabriel and Dustin showed me a picture of the install from the roofs view. All this just before the heavy rain event July 15 & 16, 2025. The 6" gutters contained the rain off the roof and re-routed the water away from the structure. I highly recommend this company and the service provided---from contacting for an appointment to installation of the product. Very professional and thorough.

We had 3 separate & relatively 'small' gutter jobs involving finding & fixing a gutter leak (different guttering company).... replacing a damaged downspout.... and installing about 40' of leaf guard on a section of gutter directly beneath some overhanging trees. Very impressed with Jet Stream from the quote process all the way through the on-site installation. The crew as on-time, thorough, professional, and very efficient! All problems fixed. Highly recommended.

We have several mature trees around our home and our gutters and downspouts get severely clogged. We have been through several other companies over the years and have been disappointed. I’m so glad I decided to try Jet Stream. Gabriel and Isaiah were professional and very thorough. I plan to request them the next time we need service.

Trevor is awesome. Came and figured out my no power problem in minutes and made the fix and got me back up and lighting.

Their communication is great. I put in a quote request on the web site. The next day I got a call to set up an appointment. Trevor came by within 2 days, I received a very competitive quote that I accepted. In two weeks from the time I contacted them, I had my new gutters. Company had an estimator(Trevor) out within a day. Trevor arrived and was very professional. measuring my manufactured home, explaining pros and cons of downspout placement, hardware upgrades, recommended sizes (5” width), and color. His quote was ready on the spot. It was ~$500 less than the competitors quote. Contract was clear and concise. I signed the following day and due to a cancellation my gutters were installed within a week. Prior to arrival the install crew sent a message with the crews names and arrival time. They were right on time, totally professional and had my gutters installed within two hours. I actually went to work and let them do their job without me. They did exactly what I’d expect them to. The gutters are solid, downspouts plumb, and the color is perfect for my manufactured home trim (black and black), and I didn’t see anything left on the ground so they picked up after themselves which is getting rare these days. I highly recommend this company. Now it just needs a good rain so I can see where my water goes! I am excited to not see it running down my exterior anymore which is exactly what I want! Thanks team. We've used Jet Stream a few times but with the option to get a discount by scheduling reoccurring gutter cleanings (which we always need) this was a no brainer. Gabe and Oscar are awesome and did a very thorough job but that's what you get with Jet Stream. We are very happy with their services and price!

horrible communication, now conveniently our ladder that was in the backyard is missing and saw them using it on our ring doorbell and they took off with it. now my children are upset because we can't hang the Christmas light up.

Update: This issue happened on a Saturday, I immediately got a call from their GM who addressed it first thing Monday morning and my ladder was back by noon & they compensated me with a $50 gift card. Thankful the crew member fixed his mistake, accident or not they handled it well!

Gutters were installed flawlessly. The crew arrived first thing, and had my gutters and leaf protection installed very quickly. All debris was cleaned up and walk ways lead blow. Would highly recommend.

The team at Jet Stream was great from start to finish and we are very happy with our new permanent lighting system! Super exciting to be able to change colors and patterns for all occasions and even just use for accent lighting. Highly recommend!

Great company to work with, extremely helpful and professional. They did an amazing job with my lighting request, my lights are amazing.

I am very pleased with Jet Stream. They installed replacement gutters on my house. When there was a minor problem, they quickly addressed the problem. I then had them install gutter covers to prevent leaves clogging the gutter. I am happy with all their work.

Severly lacking communication. They were quick to schedule an immediate estimate and had fair pricing, but the moment you approve the job for hire don't expect to hear from them again. It took me 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to them just to get my rental house on the actual schedule for the work. Then comes my 8:30am appt of which no one shows up. I call, they tell me they have it on the schedule for noon instead. No one comes at noon either so I call back and they tell me maybe tomorrow but not sure. The office lady apologized and said they'll call me back to let me know what time tomorrow. No call. The next day comes, *suprise* no call from them again. So when I don't hear from them again, I call later in the day and they tell me someone already came by that morning! The office lady gets annoyed with me that I didn't know they had come by!

So in total it took me 6 phone calls (that I made to them) for them to end up doing the work and I wasn't even present... I receive an invoice email at 3:30pm. Then, they have the nerve to send me a "reminder to pay" my invoice at midnight the same day!

Fast forward to the week after "completion". I have since gotten 3 other reminder to pay emails, and a technician is being rescheduled for Monday to finish replacing the downspouts that were not done during the original work last week. The following day another person without warning.

**update** We are 2 weeks later, invoice was already paid (my fault) and the gutters were not cleaned and the downspout installed in the wrong place- with holes in my siding now. The soffit repair was a shotty job with more caulking than you can imagine. Now requesting for the 8th phone call to still finish the job I paid for weeks ago.

The technician who gave me the estimate was great, which is what ultimately made me pick this company compared to the others that bid, but clearly the internal procedures are severly lacking.

Everyone was great, easy to work with. We had an unforeseen issue and they got right on finding a resolution and making adjustments!

I had a great visit with Logan who did a great job of explaining permanent lighting for my house. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Looking forward to the installation in a couple of weeks. Great value.

Jet Stream has been nothing short of IMPRESSIVE! We have leveraged them for several projects now and their entire team is fantastic. I am a licensed Realtor in KS and MO and will certainly send my clients to Jet Stream. I am also responsible for the home repair services via Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City. The care that the Jet Stream team shows the homeowners is second to none!

I highly recommend Jet Stream guttering. They were very prompt, and did the job on time as promised. The gentleman who installed was really a pro. And was very courteous. A good job at a reasonable price.

This company sent an angry supervisor to replace my old gutters & downspouts. He demolished the gutters, downspouts, & my damaged plywood underneath my roofing & my metal trim sidings. He told me I had to hire another contractor to repair roofing plywood despite he was the one torn it apart. My siding contractor had he repaired it. Then he installed leaking gutters & downspouts. Secured one side of gutter cover, left many one inch holes on the cover to collect leaves. Their manager Nikki replied “ the job is completed, no one looks up, will not send another person to fix it”
I called& spoke to Logan regarding the above. I was placed on holding & listening to their music……..
This is the poor quality of work & customer services this company provides. Please be aware not to be another senior victim!

They were quick to contact us back and come out to quote our gutter replacement, and had very reasonable prices. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. The new gutters turned out great

Very professional walked around the house let me know what they were going to do and where I wanted the down spouts.cleaned up after they finished the job. Have used them in the past and will use the again. Highly recommend.

What a great experience! The admin team rocks. They answered my calls, texts, questions- even presented a quote within 24 hours. The techs - Josh & Dustin showed up on time and were super knowledgeable and professional!! The team lead/supervisor even stopped by during install to make sure I was happy & loved my new gutters!

I think the real measure of a business is whether they stand behind their work. We had an issue with a gutter cleaning and JetStream got back to me in 24 hours and sent out someone the next day to make it right. It's unfortunately rare in the metro area to find folks who stand behind their work and go out of their way to make things right. You can trust these folks.

There price was a bit higher than my other bids but they really made that up with pushing my install ahead of schedule so I could sell my property. Prompt, clean and professional . I will use them again !

I had a gutter upgrade in the front of my house and leaf guards installed in the back yesterday. I would recommend this company. The estimator, Logan, was very friendly and professional. He got the bid to me immediately and I thought it was reasonably priced, detailed and easy to understand. The work was scheduled and I received reminder notifications. The crew came on time and did exactly what was on the bid, cleaned up and finished the job quickly. It’s hard to tell without getting on the roof personally to view the gutters but it did rain very hard last night and I didn’t have any issues.

Jet Stream Guttering did an exceptional job replacing our front gutters and also removed and replaced our gutter guards, and attachments to our downspouts. Brody and Jonathan have the experience and willingness, and the Jet Stream trailer is well equipped for seamless guttering. A++ for quality, performance and value too

This is the second time using their services. Gutters both times. They were reasonable, and did a great job. I would use them again.

Jet Stream installed my gutters years ago, and recently provided a timely repair when a downspout became disconnected. The company has consistently performed responsive and professional work.

Initial installation crew did a reasonable job except for a specific issue in which they did a sloppy, so so job that didn’t fix a critical standalone problem. Luckily, Leonard, the field supervisor, came out and corrected the issue. Thank you Leonard!

Installation of gutters seems to be top notch. Only issue I had was all the trash they left behind. Nails, screws and little pieces of sheet metal. This is the 3rd time we have used Het Stream, and if needed again I will use them. I will just stress that job site needs to be cleaned up before leaving.

The Jet Stream team was outstanding, from consultation to installation. I was not here when they installed, and I wouldn't have known they were here - they left everything in immaculate condition. Reasonable pricing, thoughtful analysis of drainage problems, timely installation.
