Integrity Roofing - Topeka, KS

Caleb & Mark have been absolutely amazing to work with. The replacement roof has been exceptional, and looks great. The gutters will be replaced by them next week. Totally recommend you will not be disappointed!!

They showed up to do the work, everything was great, even after the work was done. Fast forward less than a year later - I have a persistent water leak every time it rains by the flue for my wood stove. I also had a shingle come off. I contacted Mark about an updated bid to do my garage roof, asked a few other questions, brought up those two issues with the shingle and the leak. He sent me the updated bid in a timely manner, ignored all my questions, and said nothing about the two issues I had. I replied to that email asking if those could be addressed. No response.

I come home to find that he stopped by my house and put a copy of the bid at my front door. He came all the way to my house, didn't fix the issues, but was sure to drop that bid off. 2 weeks pass, still nothing. I send another email asking if he can address those 2 issues. I'm not paying for another roofing job if they won't even stand behind their work. I understand people get busy, especially this time of year, but if you have time to work up a new bid and even drop one off at my house, it would have taken less time to fix the the leak and the shingle.

I'll attach screenshots of the email exchange and my roof if needed, but if you don't stand behind your previous work, especially less than a year later, your work and name don't mean anything to me. I won't recommend them going forward and I'll contact someone else to fix their work. It seems that the "Integrity" in roofing is being used ironically. I really didn't want to write a poor review and I gave them 2 chances to fix this, but I guess after-sale support isn't lucrative enough. I'm more the doubling my garage size and will need it roofed along with my existing garage re-roofed. This poor experience will cost them several thousand more in business they could have had from me. If you do a Google search on Tamko shingles, you'll see that they seem to be lacking in quality and in their warranty support as well. Do your own research, but something to be wary of.

Look at my other reviews and see that I'm more than fair. Hopefully after I fix these problems I won't have anymore issues or I'm probably out of luck on trying to get them fixed, both with Integrity and with Tamko.

Edit - 8/22/23 - Here we are years later, and I still have shingles being "shed' from my roof. Every storm, high-wind situation, or just business as usual, I have shingles coming off. They came out a couple times in the past and "repaired it" but what does that matter if i'm still continually having problems? If the entire purpose of your existence is to re-roof structures and you can't even do that, what's the point? I went into a serious amount of debt, around $7k to have my roof replaced. The portion that I did, the low-sloping roof hasn't had ANY issues, and that was my first time out doing it. It really makes me wonder who is on their crew and further managing the business.

We got a fair bid on the work we needed and the job was done in a professional way. Mark knew just what was needed to fix the problem and did a great job. They took the time to talk to my husband and made him comfortable with their work ethics. We would be proud to have them do work for us anytime.
