Eaton Roofing helped us with an inspection and a roof leak this year (on a roof they did not originally install). When I first submitted my online inquiry form for help, Ilene wrote me back right away, the same day, and quickly had someone out within 24 hours. Corrigan helped me by taking a look at everything. Corrigan was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The estimate for the leak repair was exactly what the final cost ended up being, with no surprises. The gentlemen who did the repairs were on time, friendly, and did not leave trace of being there. The entire Eaton team communicated very well.

The thing that actually stood out to me the most, was that when the work was first done, we noticed the shingle color didn't quite match. They immediately sent people out to replace shingles with a better match. Any company can come out and do the work. But not every company will come out to fix something or correct something and stand behind their work. Eaton did that, and they were very kind about it. Corrigan specifically was incredibly helpful to me.

Travis Roberts at Eaton Roofing was awesome to work with! When the severe rain storms hit Wichita on 6/3/25 my wife noticed a few leaks in our ceiling which caused her great concern. I called Travis through a referral - he returned my phone call promptly and was at my house to inspect in literally 25 minutes (driving through the inclement weather)! He immediately identified the problem and solution (bad rubber boots around vents on top of the roof). He settled our nerves, assured us it would be an easy fix, and would be out the next day. He proactively called mid-morning 6/4/25 to meet us at the house and had everything replaced and sealed immediately. I've had many contractors over the years and have yet to have one who was so prompt and responsive. Definitely recommend!

I wouldn’t use any other roofer in Kansas. These guys know how to diagnose and resolve any roofing issue. Corrigan Burks knew how to solve my problems as soon as he got down from my attic. His quote was fair, and he communicated well throughout the whole process. While I know small repairs don’t make them much money, it shows me how much they want to take care of those in their community.

Even though they don't do my type of projects (I'm a Federal GC), they were very helpful in referring me to other local contractors who could help me. Only an unselfish person would do something like that and it speaks highly of the kind of company they're running. I will definitely use them when I have a residential job in the area.

Roger at Eaton Roofing was a godsend this week. My roof was patched by another company during the sale, but the flashing was left open enough to let rain in and my kitchen ceiling started leaking. Roger came out on his lunch break and patched it up quick and I haven't had a single drop come in from the storms since! I will use them every time!

Tanner was our estimator and contact person and he couldn't have been more professional and solicitous. The crew arrived early each day and worked late to try to complete work before a rain. Amazing Job!!! I am a first time homeowner and had to get roof work done due to a storm. I was told that Eaton Roofing was easy to work with and they will be the go between with you and the insurance agent. I recently had 2 roofers tell me different things about my roof after I found part of a single shingle on the ground. One said I had a lot of hail damage and needed a new roof. The other said he saw the lost shingle area but that I also had some damage to the bath vent pipe from squirrels chewing on it. Then Adam Gerstner came out to inspect my roof. He said I had no hail damage and yes a squirrel had chewed part of the vent pipe. But that the pipe integrity was still there. He did replace the single shingle with another and repositioned another 2 shingles with items he had in his truck. He did not charge me a thing! If you want an honest company and man to do your roof, he is THE ONE to do it!

We had a great experience with Eaton Roofing and specifically Dave Keating. From the start of this project Dave explained the process and answered questions and concerns that I had along the way.
He stayed in contact with me, made several personal inspections after hours and made it seemless. He scheduled the repairs and during the repair was on site numerous times and was back at completion. He inspected the roof replacement and said that he would be back the following day to check for debris and make sure that we were satisfied.

Got an estimate for roof replacement after a hail storm. Work was scheduled, and they did a great job. Picked up 99% of the nails, still find one randomly every now and then, no big deal.

I reached out to Eaton Roofing after noticing some missing shingles from my roof. I had a response from James Bracaw within 24 hours! We scheduled a time for him to come look at my roof and review what my insurance would cover. James did a great job of explaining my insurance coverage. Within a month I had my new roof! As soon as we heard the hail we knew a new roof was in our future. Honestly I dreaded the hassle of trying to work with insurance and a roofing company to try to get the job done. I placed the call to Eaton Roofing and from that very first call to the end product I was amazed by the professionalism and quality of work. Jerry worked with our insurance company and communicated with us every step of the way. Our home is 4000 square foot and from start to finish, including 4 skylights, the crew completed the job in one very long work day. They placed tarps and nets and ensured my home was protected and everything was kept clean. The crew worked hard, were respectful, and seemed to enjoy and take pride in their amazing work. The following day the manager followed up, inspected the amazing quality of work, and walked the perimeter of the house to ensure there were no nails or debris. What I thought was going to be a stressful and horrible task was made into a great experience. It is no wonder that Eaton Roofing came so highly recommended. I would recommend if you are needing any type of roofing work you call Eaton Roofing. On a five star rating they are definitely 5 shining stars.

Our roof was damaged by hail and Eaton did a fantastic job with the replacement of the entire roof. They do a good job of communicating with the insurance company and clearly describe the options you have when replacing your roof (shingle types, vent types, color choices). We had some damage to trim that was not caused by the hail and they made sure to take care of that as well. The clean up after the job was completed was excellent and Eaton took care of sending the bill and the Class 4 Shingle Certificate straight to my insurance company, which saved me some time. I would highly recommend Eaton for your next roofing job.

We engaged Eaton Roofing to replace our 20+ year old roof that was not holding up.
They showed up on Monday morning at about 7:45 and immediately began working. With a team of about 10, they were like a well oiled machine. Each person knew their part, and the work was efficient.
They were very respectful of our property, our plants, and made sure that the mess was both limited, AND cleaned up. They completed the roof by about 3pm on Tuesday and began an extensive sweep of our lawn, planting beds, and areas around the hours to ensure those pesky nails and such were picked up by using the rolling magnets………..
