I had a great experience with Impact Roofing and Renovation! They replaced our roof on a Saturday and quickly discovered significant rotting plywood underneath. Despite this, they worked efficiently and thoroughly to replace the entire roof in a single day. All while handling some interior repairs during the process. I can't say enough how much I'm pleased with the way Felipe handled my proof. I was amazed that he picked up my panic phone call from hurricane Milton while I was away on that day. I watched in envy as new siding and a roof were installed on my neighbor's house following a hail storm in April. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail, especially the decorative trim work covering the original wooden fascia and gable.
Unfortunately, the company that I chose, based upon a different neighbor's recommendation, did not live up to these standards. After installation, they were unable to resolve an issue where water was overflowing the gutter guard and running down the outside of the gutter at the garage. Their fix was to install a piece of flashing and a lot of caulk as a "diverter," which resulted in a stream of water being redirected onto my driveway. I was told this was an acceptable remedy.
So, I contacted Impact Roofing for an inspection of the problem. Elie came out and identified the issue (improperly trimmed flashing and j channel and caulk which blocked the drainage holes in the gutter guard) and provided us with instructions on how the issue should be solved.
My roofer is now following his advice to repair the gutter. I regret not initially selecting Impact Roofing to do my house and strongly recommend you contact Impact if you are considering new roofing or siding

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Daniel at Impact Roofing. Daniel came and inspected a job that involved replacing a small number of wall shingles and gutter repair work. Clearly a small job for Impact Roofing. Daniel was courteous helpful and transparent about the work that needed to be done - much more so than other contractors that quoted on the job.

This roofing company really impressed me a lot with the knowledge that they have about roofs, and making sure your attic has the best insulation in your attic and great attic air circulation. Not only that, having those 3 things combined together helped me on my energy bill. I am paying less now and saving a lot!

With all the rain lately and the random hail storm a month ago, saw an Impact Roofing sign in my neighborhood and decided to call and check for damage that may have occurred. Left a message and had prompt call back from Kilee to get me on the schedule for an assessment. She was delightful and the team came by within the week. Thankfully I had no damage, but I appreciated the amazing customer service and integrity of the team.

Reached out to impact for a siding quote. The person who came out knowledgeable and not a pushy sales person. We ended up going with them for a full James Hardie replacement and are more than pleased with the results. I would recommend this company to my family and friends for sure.

The person who came to my house seemed enthusiastic and informative. He said that it was the small soffit job that would be no problem. He went out to his truck to get his measuring tape and take measurements. He did not come back for a long time, so I went out front; evidently he was talking to someone at Impact.
He advised me to go to a handy-man type place because my job was too small and Impact would have to charge me a lot more than the job was worth to make it worth their time. My small soffit repair (about a 600.00 quote from another vendor) would be around $1,200.00 if Impact did it.
The person who came to my house was good at his job, but clearly Impact Roofing and Renovations is not about service as much as it is about making money. Whenever a business can indiscriminately blow off jobs because they are not making the profit they want, you know they are inflating the rest of their estimates. Proceed with caution. Yes, there has to be profit in business, and I asked on the phone if they did SMALL soffit repair, and they stated that they did all soffit and roof work, but in reality Impact only does large soffit repairs or entire roofs. Waste of time.

Excellent from start to finish. We needed our roof completely replaced, including most of the existing deck. We were also looking to have insulation blown in under the deck prior to the new roof going on, as our 2nd floor was getting extremely hot in the summer. We requested quotes from several companies. Most came out, took a quick look at the roof, and then emailed us a quote without offering to explain any options or answer questions about the process.

The Impact rep, James Holly inspected our roof, then spent about an hour explaining the different options in roofing materials, the pros and cons of each, and what to expect during the process. He was extremely thorough. Once we decided on material and scope of work, James provided an very detailed quote and offered to beat any competitors quote should we receive a cheaper estimate. James probably spent another hour fielding my follow up questions over the next week. He went above and beyond answering questions and educating us on roofs. When one of their competitors did provide a lower estimate, he immediately lowered their quote to beat it. I really cant say enough about James...night and day difference between him and the other companies we talked to. He is definitely the reason we opted to go with Impact.

Once the work commenced on schedule and we had excellent communication throughout the duration of the job from the project managers Mason and Ben. The lead installer Christian and his crew were very professional and extremely pleasant. They showed up promptly at 8:30 am every morning and didn't leave until sunset. They cleaned up after themselves each day, and at were extremely thorough cleaning up upon completion of the job. Upon completion, Impact provided pictures of all the work they did including the removal of the old materials, carpentry, and each step of the installation.

We are extremely pleased with the end results. The added insulation, ISO board, and the highly reflective white TPO that replaced the black tar ModBit we had up there is now reflecting 97% of the suns rays rather than absorbing the heat. It has made a HUGE difference in the temps on our 2nd floor. I would definitely hire Impact again and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. We were thoroughly impressed.

On the day that Impact started to work, 3 construction vans and crews came and everyone was working so efficiently and professionally.
Each crew knew what they were doing and making sure all details are done properly so
I didn’t have to worry about detail.

He made sure that I feel comfortable with every step of the way.
Now, I have brand new look for the siding, deck, and fence.

Back in April, few big trees fall to the back of my townhouse and damaged, siding, roof, deck, and fence.
Insurance adjuster brought in one roofing company (didn’t have good review) that forced me to sign on the contingency to work directly with Insurance. Because I was suspicious and not comfortable with them I cancelled in 3 days.
Upon my cancellation on contingency, Insurance company was playing hard with siding and roof replacement cost and gave me very minimal to fix the part. Even though they could not find the matching siding.
Mason understood the situation and worked out with Insurance to convince them to approve to replace siding with very reasonable cost.
We are still waiting for the approval of roof replacement.
I am so glad that I decided to work with Impact Roofing and I couldn’t stress out how easy and stress free to work with this company.
They made a stressful task as easy as it could be and I am looking forward to work with them for any additional home improvement work in the future.

This is my second time using Impact roofing as a service and they never disappoint! A tree fell on my mother's house due to the recent heavy windstorm and was told by insurance it would take a few days to come out for an estimate. We contacted impact roofing to come out and check out the damages and they came as soon as the next morning. Insurance then came out a couple of days later they they completely scammed us with a third party contractor who completely vandalized our roof! Luckily we knew something was off when they tried to make us put a deposit and sign a contract before any work was done so we contacted impact roofing instead. They then checked the roof and sent us photo while doing the work. I can't thank them enough for their efficient work and they truly made a great impact in our lives taking the worry off our hands!

My roof was in need of repair/replace. I was recommended Impact roofing by a close family friend that had their roof replaced by Impact roofing. My estimator Alonzo Aleman was very professional and explained different options and recommendations. I got estimates from two other contractors and Impact roofings price was in between. I strictly believe in the saying you get what you pay for so I ultimately went with the median price. Impact roofing replaced my roof in a timely manner. They cleaned up all the scrap shingles and picked up all the nails that fell. I was very impressed from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Impact Roofing to anyone in need of repair/replacement.

Let me start of by saying that I had multiple roofing companies come out to take a look at my roof. Impact Roofing came out fairly quickly and was the only company that was on time. The sales rep James was very polite and knowledgeable but most importantly he didn’t pressure me or try to sell me a new roof. He educated me on my issues, showed me photos of my roof and walked me through what needs to be done. The day of the repairs the crew was efficient and cleaned up very nicely. We had such a great experience working with Impact Roofing. Our new house was in pretty bad shape, and our roof sprung a significant leak overnight. They came out and explained everything that needed to be done in great detail, with multiple options. In less than a week, we had a new roof. Due to the unique way our house was built, it's 70+ years old, unexpected debris/dust fell from our wood plank ceiling with all the movement on the roof. They paid to have a cleaner within a day to clean our home's entire interior.

They followed up a few weeks later to ensure everything was going great. We plan on using them again on our next project, residing in our house.
