Mason and his team not only helped my parents get their full roof replacement approved through their insurance carrier after a storm but completed the roof ahead of schedule. They were upfront, knowledgeable, and professional and I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs their roof done.

I worked with Impact Roofing over the course of a few months on a project on my home. I dealt with 3 different people from the company, all of whom were very patient and professional and who took time to go over options and costs for the project. Communication was very good. In my case, the project turned out to be something suited to a different solution and so I did not have work done. Therefore I can't comment on the quality of the work. However, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise, based on my many conversations with the staffy, and I have no doubt they would have performed good work. I will definitely go back to them for future projects.

They successfully got our insurance company to cover our roof from storm and wind damage when no other roofer was able to. They complete our roof in a day and did a great job!

We hired impact roofing and renovations to build a sunroom porch off the back of our home. We met with Mason and Ben from the design team initially. Out of all the quotes we received, we appreciated their educational approach. Ben was our foreman and he was responsive to our questions and concerns. The office staff and other crew members electrician, roofers were also professional and on time. But the best out of all were our two assigned workers Cristian and Arnoldo who basically removed and built the porch from the ground up. They came in the cold, wind, and rain and worked tirelessly on the job. We were amazed at how efficient they were. The porch itself is more beautiful than we expected. Hire this company; they do know what they are doing. The county inspector even commented more than once that they do high quality work. Definitely recommend!!

I had an issue with a neighbor’s faulty siding allowing a significant leak to traverse the party wall of my row house and extensively damage my property. Impact Roofing, in particular Mason and his team, went above and beyond in terms of resolving this issue for me, and also navigating a complicated relationship with the neighbor. They had to repair the neighbor’s siding from my roof, and they very rigorously protected my roof in fixing the leak. They also provided a transferable warranty to me for long-term peace of mind even though the work was done on the neighbor’s property. Cannot recommend them enough.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Impact Roofing, and our experience was outstanding. After purchasing a new home, we discovered it needed a complete roof replacement. Mason, our point of contact, was incredibly patient and thorough, explaining each step of the process and the reasons behind the material choices.

Our roof has a mansard design, which requires a different installation technique for the shingles compared to other roof types. Mason's expertise was evident as he ensured the shingles were properly installed on the steep slopes, combining both functionality and aesthetics.

Mason kept us updated regularly, ensuring we were comfortable with each phase of the project and informed of any schedule changes. His crew worked seamlessly around other contractors and even took photos of the damaged areas to keep us in the loop.

The job was completed swiftly and at a fair price. Our next-door neighbor even commented on the professionalism of the crew and the excellent final result. Since then, two more neighbors have praised our new roof!

The Impact Roofing team is incredible. They do excellent work, approach all of their projects with professionalism and deep industry knowledge, and their customer service in unmatched. Impact’s prices are extremely fair and they seem to go above and beyond for their customers. I purchased a unit in a three-condo structure that was built by JAZ Construction Company. Within a month of purchase, I had significant leaks throughout my home, and it became clear that the builder did not properly install our property’s roof or my unit’s flat roof deck. We spent months trying to work with the builder to address the leaks, but the builder offered no help and our home sustained more and more water damage. Then, Impact Roofing saved the day!! Impact Roofing handled three separate projects with our property to address different issues with the roof and the flat roof deck and since their work on our home, we have not had any further issues with leaks. Different from a lot of companies, the senior team at Impact (Mason, Ben, and James) were onsite for every project to ensure that the work was done correctly, and it’s clear that they spend a lot time training the rest of their team.

Beyond Impact’s quality work, I was so impressed by their commitment to meet with the homeowners and talk us through the issues with our roof and the steps to repair. It meant a lot to us.

Impact roofing did all the roofs in my development of townhouses. Even though I was just one of the unit home owners not paying them directly, they treated me great. They were there for a couple months doing all the roofs and all the guys were always friendly and respectful and cleaned up the entire neighborhood leaving it cleaner than they found it most days. They had to adjust a vent pipe that ran through my townhouse. They had to cut, patch, and paint a wall in my bedroom. They were extremely flexible and efficient getting it repaired and worked around my work schedule. I've worked with contractors in the past and know these types of issues are overlooked a lot because they inconvenient to the schedule and timing but impact roofing treated me better than any of my expectations I've had with any other contractor in the past. Mason and Ben the production managers and site supervisors may be some of the most knowledge young men in the industry and great to see such professional young people in the industry. Incredible company, if you need any roofing services this is without a doubt the company you are looking for!

The crew at Impact Roofing are awesome. Starting with my initial assessment, James came out on time and quickly got to looking over the roof. He took a ton of photos and walked me through everything. He was courteous and obviously knew what he was doing, plus he was friendly and treated me like a real person, not just a customer and possible sale. I had a few questions, some additional projects I wanted them to look at, and a bit of back-and-forth with James and my insurance, and he was super responsive the whole way through and helped me explain the estimate to my insurance so we got the full payout required because they missed a few things like freeze guard and drip edge. James even came to my house on two occasions to deliver samples of a few colors we were looking at and had a full 3D model of our house prepared so we could see all the different color choices on OUR house – it was amazing and definitely helped us pick the right color.

On the arranged day, the crew showed up on time and was ready to start work. Jaime, the crew leader, was awesome and clearly had this figured out. Mason was there to help with Quality Control and was a good guy to chat with as well, it’s clear he cares about his team and the guys that work for him. Jaime’s crew had the old roof off in no time and got right to fixing damaged plywood. They had the roof structure back to perfect and the new roof going on faster than I would have imagined. They tarped the area and did a great job keeping the site clean. In 2 days they knocked out the entire roof plus the modifications to the detached garage roof and the porch roof. They noticed a car port that I had recently re-roofed and asked if I wanted it done or if they could take it off the job and they gave me back a fair value for what I paid which was awesome.

At the end of the job they did a great clean up, only missing a few things here and there but that’s to be expected. Over the next few days I identified a few downspouts they missed and some areas that were damaged during work, and the Impact team came out right away to finalize things and fix anything that was damaged. I do wish we had done a thorough job-walk after the work was done to identify all these issues, instead of me having to find them on my own, but I will give them credit for making it right immediately.

Once everything was done and the final bill paid, James again helped me with filing things with my insurance to get the last money released, and the job was done.

All in all, I’m thrilled with the quality of work they did and the price I paid. I would recommend Impact Roofing to anyone looking to have roof work done or an exterior door replaced.
