The crew showed up on time (early morning) and was very polite in letting me know how the job would progress. The owner, Brad, was on site and they went to great lengths to protect our home. It was amazing how quickly and efficiently they worked. Before I knew it they were nailing shingles down and constantly cleaning up our yard. I couldn't be happier! Job well done guys and thanks for the help with the small trim work. If I ever need another roof I know how to call.

PFM did great job on my roof repair. Showed up on time, very professional, and did good job cleaning up everything.

Brad was very professional and gracious. He took time to explain what my problem was and how to correct it. That correction will involve filing a warranty claim with my builder. Going forward and under different circumstances, PFM will be my first and only call if I need a roofer.

Like many of the homes in the area, we had some shingles blow off after being hit hard by Wednesday evenings storm. There was not an excessive amount of damage, but enough that we needed some minor repairs.

I spoke with a couple of different companies on Thursday. While they were friendly, their main objective was to take a deposit to put a tarp on my roof and try to get my insurance company involved.

While considering the options I noticed PFM Roofing was completing a job just up the road, so I stopped off to talk with Rusty and his crew. They were happy to speak with me and look over some photos I had taken of the damage. After a short conversation he quoted me a reasonable amount to complete the repairs, and even better told me he could have it done the next day. Sure enough, today they showed up to replace the missing shingles and nail down any other shingles that had been raised by the storm.

Overall it was a great experience. If you are in the same boat and have some roof damage that needs worked on it is worth your time to give these guys a call!

Had a leak in my ceiling. They came out right away and diagnosed the issue with me. After we determined it was not the roof, Chance said not to worry and gave me advice on how to fix it. Will call these guys again if I ever need the roof looked at!

We called PFM to come repair the repair made by a less reputable company. I had some questions so the owner promptly reached out to me and took plenty of time to address them one by one. I could tell he takes great pride in his company's work and wants his customers to be 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of professional roofing services.

We've been in your house 20 years, had two patches done to the roof in the last 4 years. When I saw we were going to need possibly a new patch done we went ahead and started looking for a roofer to just put on a new roof. This is a father-son operation and both of them came out to do an estimate. We already had two estimates done and they were our last. When they gave us the estimate it was half of what the other two were, we had one for $14,000 one for $12,000, and their estimate was just under $8,000. We asked why they were so low compared to the other estimates we had gotten. They gave a very simple reason, since they were a small business they had all their equipment stored in one building on the dad's property their overhead was very low. Unlike other roofing companies that pretty much depend on the weather to get most of their business, they have sales people, office staff, the crews doing the work etc it gives them a very large overhead and need to charge such high prices just to pay the people who work for them. We chose them since they had such high reviews and such a great price when they came out they had everything they needed and more we had to have the decking on the front of the house replaced and about a third on the back of the house that needed replaced, we were nicely surprised that they brought enough decking to cover the entire house if necessary. The shingles we chose were great and to stand up to storms really well to hail since we got the new roof we seem to have gotten a lot lately. They covered all the windows with wood sheathing, covered all my plants, and use metal detectors to get every roofing nail that may have been in the yard. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a new roof.

So happy we decided to move forward on our roofing project with PFM. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable and communicate effectively. Our job was completed in a very timely manner and without a hitch! Very open and accommodating to personal preferences on materials or special details.

We obtained several quotes for the work before hiring PFM Roofing for a complete roof replacement. Even though a couple of the quotes were lower, Brad's expertise, positive attitude, and confidence won us over. We are thrilled with the work, the materials and especially their cleanliness. Even though we had poor weather the week the roof replacement was scheduled, the crew worked diligently to get the job done. PFM Roofing is a fantastic roofing company in Carmel.

I found two shingle tabs on the ground and noticed they came from my roof. Luckily there was no rain that day, but there might be a chance of thunderstorm the next day. I called a few companies but all replied with no availability, and I had to wait for a week or more. I called PFM the next morning, and their folks arrived at at 1:30pm. They installed identical shingles, repaired and sealed 4 gutter ends. They were very professional and friendly, not only did a great job but also answered all my questions with patience. The price was very reasonable.

Chance came out to do an inspection. He stated the roof was in good shape, 8-10 years old and the gutters could be tightened a little..also that we had adequate venting. Appreciated his honesty, not trying to make a quick buck. It can be hard to find a honest contractor, I am always leary as a female home-owner. A+ company in my book.
