I highly recommend iFoam for any commercial or residential application. Scheduling and communication is outstanding, the product is exemplary, and ownership of site (including cleanup) is exceedingly better than my experience with several other contractors.

Damaged my building and have not offered full compensation while continuing to demand full payment. They got foam all over my concrete and did not clean it up before it cured. Now the only way to remove it, is to remove the smooth top layer of concrete and expose the aggregate below or epoxy paint it. The epoxy will not stand up to rocks stuck in our tires from our country 700’ rock driveway. In addition they voided my manufacture warranty on my metal building by getting foam spray all over the pain as the wind sucked it out of the building as they sprayed. Again, same issue! It was not removed with chemicals they had prior to curing. It’s a mess! I’ve offered a settlement and willingness to accept damages and they still want the full amount. I have 2 more buildings to foam and they are stuck in the wrong gear!

*dropped a star* - foam got all into my A/C line and had to have it cleared, also knocked out some low voltage wires that I had to rewire (not too bad), and several large cracks in ceiling but that's likely not their fault - otherwise fast and personable.

They did a good job topping up the insulation in my attic at a very reasonable price. Bryan also pointed out some other issues with my ductwork that needed attention which was very helpful.

I used iFoam of McKinney and am shocked by the dramatic drop in by electricity I am now using. Now, even on 110 degree days when my attic should be about 180-200 degrees the temp is never above 82 degrees. It's amazing how effective their product is.

It was a great experience working with Brian at iFOAM. His insulation install team showed up when promised, completed the job as planned, and cleaned up before leaving. They were friendly and answered all my questions during install. The results are great and already a noticeable difference reducing the TX heat. iFOAM Insulation, insulated my pool house. The workmanship was outstanding and the cost was surprisingly competitive with “roll in fiberglass insulation” that I would have installed myself. iFOAM was only a few hundred dollars more and I didn’t have to install it. The house is a new construction and I was amazed at much cooler it was once the insulation was installed as compared to the temperature prior to insulating it. The electricity savings will quickly make iFOAM the only sensible option. I highly recommend iFOAM Insulation.

Recently moved acquired my parents home, and did some renovations. Just recently did some research on spray foam insulation, and stumbled across IFoam. I scheduled to have a quote done and met with Bryan. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quote me on the spot. It was a two day process of having the old stuff removed and the following day spraying. My HVAC unit was staying on most of the day before any of this occurred and the day they removed the old insulation it pretty much stayed on all day and night. When they finished spraying my house temp was 89 and 4 hours later it was at 72. My HVAC system only comes on periodically and the entire house feels so much better. Night and day difference! The technicians Tony, Aaron, and Manual were very respectful and extremely knowledgeable on the product. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Showed up early ready to go, was in and out fast made little mess and where there was a mess cleaned up quickly while work continued.

Bryan from iFOAM came by and gave a fair estimate for adding attic insulation up to R38. The installers came out early (which I requested), acted efficiently and professionally, and did a good job blowing in insulation into my attic. I would recommend them to others looking for blown-in insulation or foam insulation.

iFOAM came out on time, put up protective film where the Open cell Spray foam was being blown in. They left the area where they worked in clean and asked if there everything was sprayed to my satisfaction prior to leaving. I would hire them again.
