iFOAM Insulation

iFOAM did a fiberglass top-off in our attic and sealed several air leaks. They showed up on time, explained everything, and left the place spotless - they even provided before & after pictures of the work which was helpful to ensure the work was completed to scope. Super happy with the quality of work.

iFoam just completed adding closed cell foam to our barn ceiling. They did a very good job from quoting the project, to reviewing the contract, to scheduling, and finally install. Because I'm a very hands-on individual, they didn't mind me reviewing all their spray work and filling in a couple shallow areas. They were more than happy to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I appreciated their great attitudes.

We recently finished our basement and hired iFOAM to handle the insulation. They used closed-cell spray foam on all the exterior walls and rock wool on the interior walls and the ceiling of our movie room to help with sound dampening. The team was professional, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was done right—our basement is now quieter and more comfortable!

We have an old home in Overland Park that the iFOAM team helped make more efficient by air sealing around some of the areas in the attic where we were losing conditioned air from our home before adding additional blown-in insulation and it made a big difference in the comfort of our second floor during the extreme cold weather we had recently! Kudos to them for going above and beyond as our attic is difficult to navigate but they did a great job.. and didn’t leave any mess!

Best Price, great warranty, clean, and timely. After booking an online free consultation, Scott gave us bids for spray foam, cellulose, and fiberglass blow-in insulation. They were able to bid our attic insulation, garage insulation, wall insulation, and rimjoist insulation. The education on the energy tax credit was helpful as well.

They installed baffles and air-sealed our attic. iFOAM had the lowest price of our quotes and did top notch work. Their team was polite, efficient, and very clean. We are excited for energy savings and more comfort this winter.

The guys showed up this morning to spray 18” of fiberglass insulation in the attic of my garage. They were very friendly and professional. They completed the job well within the estimated time frame and left no mess whatsoever. I was curious about the baffles so the actually showed me one and explained how they work. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. I will certainly refer iFoam to all friends, family and neighbors who are considering adding insulation in their homes.

I had a spray foam company not show up twice in a two week period I prepped the building each time, after the second time my friend recommended ifoam an the owner showed up the same day and he even came out at about 7:30 pm to look it over gave me the estimate for the footage and after chatting with him for a few minutes he explained that since it was pretty close to his standards of prep work he would be able to get his crew there in the morning to do their caliber of masking and prep done then get right to work.

It took them two days of work to get the 3,000 sqft building done with a divider wall as well, I’m impressed with how smooth the guy laying the foam down as each bay has minimal lumps and bumps. In our handshake agreement I was going to do all the cleanup however they did a great job of keeping it as clean of a messy job as possible, I’m very proud of their work an would have them insulate any project that i needed to have done.

The pictures I’m including are from a couple days after they had left as i painted the ceiling black and the walls white, if anyone is wondering i used 55 gallons of paint to cover that area.

They did this project September 27 at the time this review is getting approved November 2nd the weather is turning cooler an as you walk into the shop it’s refreshing the temperature it keeps still having no heat or air conditioning in the building, if you are interested in getting insulation I’d really recommend these guys as i feel like they make their customers a priority all the man power as well as the owner pitching in the first day in the morning to help get everything to their level of masking to get the project underway quickly and seamlessly. I really can’t say enough good things about the owner and the crew, their mindfulness, dedication made the fit and finish of the spray foam project outstanding.

My husband and I scheduled a free inspection and iFOAM sent out a knowledgeable staff member. He offered us spray foam and drill and fill fiberglass solutions for above our garage. This also included a dry wall tear down and replacement. They inspected our attic as well. The staff member was very transparent about pricing and even told us that it wasn’t necessary to replace our insulation at this time.

We had the IFOAM team remove the fiberglass insulation and spray closed cell foam in our basement this week. They put a tarp on the floor and stairs to protect everything and were done in just a couple of hours. I feel better about the insulation value of the walls and upper areas of the basement as we go into winter. Their quote was right in line with a couple of other estimates we got. They also gave us a form for a tax credit for increasing home efficiency. We recommend their services.

iFOAM Insulation removed the existing fiberglass insulation from my attic and replaced it with spray foam insulation in the attic which has had a big improvement on my home's ability to maintain a consistent temperature more easily. IFoam responded to our request for foam insulation very quickly. Scott made the process easy to understand. He addressed our concerns and questions before and after the project. Not only do we benefit from a higher R-value, but we also have conditioned attic space we can use for storage. The basement, where the house sits on the foundation, was also sealed. The project could not have gone better. The house feels tight.

The spray foam insulation that iFOAM put in our attic has drastically improved the temperature of our attic and upstairs bedroom. We were considering getting a whole separate heating and cooling system for that room alone but now we don't have to. The crew was kind and efficient. I bought a new (100 year old) house last year and immediately noticed that the basement was unreasonably cold in the winter. Our pipes froze multiple times and we had trouble keeping the main floor of our house warm.
