I met Aaron while working through a replacement of a new sewer line. The job took a turn when it was discovered there had been a hole drilled through the sewer line under the crawl space! My definition of a disaster! I had Aaron come to give a secondary bid, and he scheduled to meet me that afternoon. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the job his company could provide. I was impressed by the fact that his attitude expressed sincerity throughout the entire process. Coltan Owens and his companion came on the day that was scheduled, tested the 2x6’s for moisture content and found them to be dry. They removed the dehumidifier and fan and were on their way in about 15 minutes. Silence again, great!

I contacted Idaho Fire & Flood when we became aware of a potential problem. They responded almost immediately and came to our site to do an assessment. The results were received in a timely manner. We started remediation shortly thereafter. Good company to work with.

Idaho Fire and Flood had a solution for our ongoing basement flooding. Our business has had flooding in the basement off and on for years with snow and rapid melt or lots of rain. Bret Jensen and team was right on top of our problem and knew exactly what to do. They discovered 2 cracks in the foundation and in the crawl space foundation. Finally we have a solution. During the restoration project Idaho Fire and Flood sent daily emails of the progress which was really appreciated. Thank you Idaho Fire and flood!

The water line to our refrigerator leaked and ruined our kitchen, bathroom, and living room floors as well as drywall and other fixtures throughout our house. The bathroom had to be completely gutted and remodeled. Start to finish, the process only took 2 months for Idaho Fire and Flood to finish. They were there for us every step of the way from the first meeting with the insurance adjuster, to coordination of many different trades and installation professionals, through final completion. All the work they did was exceptional quality. With the amount of damage, we took the opportunity to make our own upgrades while half the house was already in a state of demolition. These guys were so good at coordinating with the work we were doing and never got impatient with us. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing disaster cleanup.

Really appreciate the amount of time and especially the expertise in patching some holes and matching the texture. You seriously can’t even tell the difference it’s a nice gift to be able to see a pattern in duplicated great job Mike I highly recommend you.

Aaron came and helped us in the middle of the night when our dishwasher line broke and poured water into our kitchen and basement. He worked quickly to help us save everything so no floors or cabinets needed replaced. I felt like he was honest and straightforward with us, and we made a good plan I was comfortable with. Idaho Fire and Flood has been nothing but AMAZING to work with. Our project manager, Lance, was absolutely wonderful. He made sure that our 1930s home only had the best work done. When a problem would arise, he took it into his hands to make sure everything was done properly and efficiently. I appreciated his communication on any decision that was made, his check-ins on the work being done, and being overall beyond kind. He made our experience flawless! The workers were also incredible! “Griff” did excellent work on the walls. Cody, Brandon, and others made the process flow so smoothly. Our basement looks perfect now thanks to Idaho Fire and Flood! It provides comfort knowing that it was done well and that our foundation will protect our home from further damage due to water. They took care of the insurance claim process and the office ladies were incredible with any questions I had. 100% would be willing to work with them again. When our ceiling started leaking brownish water, I called Idaho, Fire and Flood. They were here in a flash and on a weekend no less. They contained things and set up a dehumidifier. They let us know they would be back on Monday when they weren’t on call, and were very prompt about coming on Monday. Bret Came in, was sensitive to The fact we have a special needs child and was super kind to her. He was also attentive to not wanting to make a big mess, trying to figure out the problem. He was OK with me asking questions and explaining things. Bret and his team were amazing and I highly recommend them in an emergency!

Idaho F&F Restoration have immense expertise combined with an incredible focus on customer service. Brett was responsive and quick to describe the process of restoration so we knew what to expect. They found things that needed repair others had missed. And they went out of their way to be helpful, including moving furniture, trash cans, and repairing small things here and there. They know how to deal with insurance. I truly have felt they Care about helping us manage this unexpected home destruction.

We worked with Aaron, Denver, Lance, and Rowan. Each of these guys were incredible! The communication and attention to detail was there every step of the way. We had some water damage in several parts of the house and they made sure to do the least amount of damage possible but were thorough in checking for mold. Everything was repaired to better condition than before and safeguarded to keep from similar issues arising in the future. We are so grateful for all the work they did and the efforts they went through to make it as affordable as possible for us.
