I had a pipe leak in my walls. Within 20 minutes, we had a full team here. They were so quick to access the situation and were very professional. We had Amber, Chris and Kyle here and all 3 were very helpful. They were completely fair and explained all the costs upfront. From the beginning it was unprofessional. Continually bad mouthing my insurance and the adjuster that will be coming out, practically were begging me to not let my insurance talk me out of using them. Sure the people came and were nice.

It was an awkward experience having them in my home with all the things they were saying.

Then comes after the job I worked tirelessly to get my insurance to cover the work they did. State Farm does not like elite and I now see why they’ve never been able to become a preferred vendor. But after about 2 months of me personally dealing with my insurance I finally receive the money to cover the invoice from elite. I had overtime’s and my normal work schedule keeping me from being unable to get a check sent to them as I did not want to pay $200 extra to use their online portal.

About 10 days from the time I receive the money before they got paid and Jessica at elite threatening to lien my home. Decided to eat the $200 and pay online.

Very unprofessional, awkward, and not a good experience. Would recommend you go elsewhere.

The job they do can be done by ANY other company and you will receive better service.

Elite Restoration did a great job repairing our house after we had a pipe break and flood our family room, 2 bath rooms and kitchen. Dave and Ryan worked endlessly replacing and repairing everything from insulation, sheet rocks painting walls etc. They called and let us know when they were coming. Cleaned up after theirselves were very polite and concerned that everything they worked on was ok with us. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.

The crew was very good at covering all of the artifacts and safely secured them. The work was more than originally thought and took alittle longer than expected. They explained everything that they were doing every step of the way. When the job was done, you would not have known there was any damage.

I wouldn’t chose any other restoration company in Southeast Idaho! After being quoted a very high price by other companies for some mold remediation, Elite restoration came and inspected the area and charged me less than a quarter of what I was being quoted by not one, but two other companies. Tim went above and beyond when he came back to seal up some nail holes and vents on my roof! Heather wasn’t only professional during the job, but she was also extremely nice! Kyle was who refused to give me a quote based strictly off of looking at photos and I can’t thank him enough for being so stubborn about that! I couldn’t possibly thank you enough Elite Restoration!!

I would never work with Elite again. I have had nothing but problems with them from the beginning. They never take responsibility they make excuses and say it always someone’s fault. like employees they let go which seems to be many. they keep increasing the prices. they say they are coming and never show up. they don’t like to text or call back to let you know when they are coming. then will just show up randomly. Truly it has been an awful experience working with them. my job is still not done . who know when it will get done. It’s been 3 months so far . Run away would be my suggestion.

BEWARE. If I could leave a NO star rating I would. I've had an unfortunate experience with this company, and I feel confident that many others have as well but didn't do the leg work to find out their billing practices are unethical. My final and complete bill presented to me Invoice number 12409 was $372.13 however it was elevated erroneously and submitted to the insurance adjuster for $930.26. I contacted Elite to discuss why the amount submitted to the insurance was so much higher, at first the office staff agreed something was wrong and stated they would look into the error. I have called repeatedly and no one will call me back. I've never heard from the management/owner as promised. I was sent to collections because I refused to allow the untruthful amount into the claim. If you're submitting your invoices to your insurance company, make sure the amounts are justified and accurate. Its these types of practices that are driving insurance premiums up. I would rather pay $2000 to an attorney to settle this issue vs pay this company for services they didn't provide. For me, it's the principle of the matter, any company or person who, with the intent to injure, defraud or deceive an insurance company, submits a statement of claim or application containing false, incomplete or misleading information, may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties.

Great customer service. Got the jobs done in a fast and timely manner. Always kept in contact to let me know any updates. Answered any questions that I had. I’d recommend again and to friends!

Devastatingly disappointed with Elite Restoration. Stuck 7 weeks into a promised 3-week job with only 25% completed, and now facing the prospect of redoing the subpar work done so far. The service has been nothing short of horrible, and the project manager? A total joke. An utterly disheartening and frustrating experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

After a different restoration company failed to return my call about a mold issue in the attic of a home I was trying to sell in Pocatello, I called Elite Restoration and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work they performed. They were always quick to respond and explained everything to me in detail. Everyone that I interacted with from beginning to end was professional and personable and they really saved me alot of time and grief. Id strongly recommend to call Elite Restoration to anyone in the Pocatello area needing restoration services.

I have an issue with some windows leaking, I didn't know what to do?? I was told to call a restoration company, I chose Elite because a friend had worked here, in the past. They were not able to come help me, because it was the window company's issue. And it's still raining.. But Kyle told me what I could do and he gave me his phone number so I could call him again, if I needed anything. I called before 8am on Sunday morning and he was so, super nice and helpful.. Huge shout out and appreciation for Elite and Kyle. They are at the top of my list, if I ever need this type of service again.

I had the pleasure of Having James, Ramon, and Kyle all assisting in this water damage clean up effort.
They are great at communicating with setting up times for appointments, being on time when the appointment is set and letting me know every stage of the mitigation. Kyle was also great in helping me with my adjuster that was trying to make me crazy he took on a great deal of that burden. These guys have been great! Quality workmanship, professional attidudes and just all around fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done.

Kyle, James, and the Elite team were very helpful in answering questions and did an excellent job responding quickly to our plumbing issue gone wrong. Water was cleaned up quickly and even over the weekend they were there to check on things and make sure we were taken care of. They will definitely be our first call if ever needed again and highly recommend.

James was very helpful when my room and laundry room flooded in my apartment. He was great at communicating with me and would always give me a time frame of when he was planning on coming over to work for the day. He was also very great about answering questions and was always sure to let me know I could reach out to him if I needed anything. Elite Restoration is a top notch business. They came to the rescue quickly and efficiently. All staff was kind and caring and made sure to communicate every step of the way during demolition. They made this terrible experience easier by making sure we were happy and satisfied with the work.

Our basement had a small water problem that led to some black mold crawling up the walls. Kyle and James were able to come out during the holidays, soon after I found it, to inspect and begin the remediation process. Their office has been coordinating everything with my insurance, so I've had very little to worry about. They'll start putting the basement back together as soon as the insurance comes through on the claim.

Highly recommended to family and friends. Elite would be my first call. Jeremy's communication was daily, and his work was fantastic. Richie took the stress away by dealing directly with my insurance company. I wouldn't look anywhere else.

They did mold remediation work, then provided moving and storage of our furniture so we could have the carpeting removed and replaced. Everyone was courteous, hardworking, thoughtful and they communicated really well.

Thanks a million to Kyle and Mikey with Elite Restoration in Pocatello. The basement unit in my duplex flooded Sunday night, just two days after I purchased the property. After reading multiple consumer reviews and BBB ratings I called Elite and Kyle and Mikey showed up bright and early Monday morning. I'm certain I was noticeably stressed and panicked about the flooding and damage to my new place. Kyle broke down the water remediation and repair process so I could easily understand the scope of work and how long the entire process would take. He was calm, knowlegeable, and answered all of my questions (and there were several) There was no doubt in my mind Kyle and Mikey were professionals and I had called the right company. Kyle kept me informed of all progress and unforeseen items and he honestly made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. A huge thanks to Mikey as well for being a perfectionist and checking and double checking every piece of repair work until it was perfect. The new drywall, trim, and paint appear absolutely seamless. I'm so thankful for the many Google reviews wirtten by former customers of all the restoration companies in town. After reading them through, calling Elite for my home reapirs was an obvious choice. Thanks again to Richie, Kyle, Mikey and Donny who each had a hand in the repairs, communication, and coordination on my home. You guys all did a truly amazing job. I'd put my faith in Kyle and Mikey again for any job in a heartbeat, as I've seen there work ethic and professional expertise first hand.

We are just finishing up working with Elite Restoration after a flood in our basement. I can’t say enough great things about them. They came out immediately and got to work on making sure everything was handled and taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with their project manager Tyrel and he was so awesome to work with. He kept me informed of what was going on throughout the entire process and was extremely professional and helpful. He has an eye for detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the renovations required and the end result. I am definitely referring everyone I know to Elite Restoration!

Edit: it's been a few months now and we have even more water damage! This "repair" has caused more damage than it fixed. The surround was installed poorly with large gaps and at a slight angle so the water collects after a shower and drips right into the drywall! The drywall is now flaky and falling apart. (This is after the water damage they caused downstairs during the job). No idea how much it's going to cost us to fix this but I imagine we are going to at least have to tear out and replace the surround. This is truly the job that keeps on taking.

It took them two months to do a 2 week job (their own words). They caused more water damage on top of what they were fixing. They had to do replace my sub floor twice because the first time it had giant gaps and was uneven. It took them 72 man hours to take out a tub and 20 square feet of sub floor. After the job I had to deal with them another two months before they finally cashed my check. For this terrible job I payed them almost 1000$ more then the next highest estimate that I got.

They have a ton of 5 star reviews with no comments. It seemed fishy to me. I should have gone with my gut feeling.

This review has been a long time coming, but I had to make sure that Richie and Matt got the credit they deserve. We had a pipe from the sump pump in our basement come uncoupled and everything flooded. It was disgusting. I didn’t think the smell and mess would ever go away. So we called Elite Restoration because they were highly recommended. And for good reason!! Within literally minutes of arriving Matt had dryers going and the cleaning began. By the time he was done with the anti microbial treatment, my storage room looked and smelled like a surgical parlor. Matt had removed all the damaged drywall and literally hand scrubbed the floor. I couldn’t believe the transformation! Richie personally met with my insurance adjuster to make sure every detail was covered and worked hard to remove any hassle from me. We learned two things from our little disaster. 1- never buy a house with a sump pump. 2- ALWAYS CALL ELITE RESTORATION!

We called Elite for work in our basement. Water was leaking through our foundation wall in our storage room and causing mold. Elite Restoration was very prompt and friendly. They called me and kept me updated on the progress. Our best restoration experience!

Elite restoration have been extremely helpful in finding cost effective ways to remediate mold problem in attic space. Ritchie was extremely helpful!

I got to experience the fun of a burst drain pipe in my basement bedroom. The stress was lessened because Richie was able to come the same day as my plumber and insurance agent to get the ball rolling. Matt came later that day for mitigation. Then came Sam to perfectly restore the room over the next several days. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Elite restoration without reservation. Great job crew!
