Tiff and Ali, co-owners of Radon Professionals, are an amazing team. They just recently completed the radon mitigation of our home and we are 100% satisfied. Upon our shocked test results at over 80 pCi/l radon reading in our basement we contacted Radon Professional Services. They came out immediately and gave us a quote for mitigation of radon. We did not do the mitigation for 2 years and they still honored the original quote. The professional job of adding vent pipes and sealing of our basement was excellent. They came as promised and did the job in a timely manner. After leaving a testing device to monitor radon exposure the readings came down to 24. Ali and Tiffani returned to follow up with additional piping to remove more radon from basement area. This reduced the radon to about 10. At no additional charges they returned and added another fan to remove additional radon exposure in our basement and sealed more areas found after removing flooring. This has reduced our radon to under 3. This is an acceptable reading for our area. We would highly recommend Radon Professionals for any one who has concerns of radon ratification. The work done by Radon Professionals was done as there name suggests professional. I contacted the company by phone. They were friendly and professional. I asked if they worked in Twin Falls and they assured me we were in their service area. Being some distance away, we waited for someone to come inspect the property. After the inspection we waited quite a while for a bid to be sent. After contacting them twice, I received a response they needed more information than what their employee gathered so I sent what was needed. Again we waited longer than expected. The bid arrived and it was shocking how expensive it was. I’ve now received two bids from other certified mitigation companies both of which are a similar distance away and both are much less than one half of the bid from Radon Professionals. Do your homework.

Im normally not one to take the time to review a business but Radon Professionals far exceeded my expectation's!! From coming to my house for the evaluation and bid to the end product. Tiffany and Ali were awesome. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and were happy to answer all my questions. Everything that they installed looked very clean and professional. We loved working with Radon Professionals. They answered our questions promptly, were prompt, and let us know about the 1 delay we had with plenty of time for us to work around the new schedule. They are also clean and the radon remediation process was much less messy than we anticipated.

Our radon levels were initially over 100. After the installation, we are now at 0.3 and well within the safe range. The communication was excellent at each stage. As this is a very visible exterior addition, we were somewhat concerned. They sent a color swatch image that allowed us to pick the color of the paint for the pipe/fan which was extremely helpful. Overall, we were very impressed with their professionalism and especially the clean install. It seems to be a rarity these days to find construction based services like this where the owners care so much about the cleanliness and final appearance of the service while still achieving the stated outcome. I highly recommend Radon Professionals.

Can’t say enough good things about the experience, professionalism, ease, and quality of work that Radon Pros does. Fun to work with, very knowledgeable, tidy, efficient, and all around rad[on]. Don’t hesitate on getting your radon levels checked, they are high all over Idaho/Wyoming. Ours spiked into the teens (6-8x the safer levels) before RPs installation. Now we’re below 1 pCi/L.

We used Radon Professionals to install a radon mitigation system in our 2013 - built house. Aly and Tiffany were consummate professionals -- knowledgeable, hard-working, and dependable. The system they installed reduced the measure of radon in the house from 4-5 pCi/l to 0.5 pCi/l. I highly recommend Radon Professionals.

I received a radon test kit from Radon Professionals. The test came back with low radon levels so mitigation was not necessary but the professionalism of the owners is unmatched. They explained how to use the test kit, what acceptable levels where, what the mitigation process looked like (if I needed it). Overall, they eased my worries about next steps if the results came back high. I knew, if needed, the work would be done in a effective, efficient, and economical manner.

Radon Professionals did a fantastic job mitigating our radon problems! They gave us an estimate on the day we contacted them, arranged to do the job so that it minimized inconvenience for our tenants, and did a superior job installing the radon mitigation barriers, piping, instrumentation and fan. We were not at the residence, so it was important that they understood our concerns and instructions. Our crawl spaces had some complications, but they were able to come up with excellent solutions for every potential problem. Absolutely perfect job and no problems. I was very appreciative of Tiffany's assessment of the crawl space we evaluated. She took time out of her vacation to review the details we sent to her, and her advice based on her experience in the area was extremely valuable.

I contacted 2 companies for a radon mitigation system, and Radon Professionals was the company that responded, was easy to schedule the initial evaluation, and their quote was within the normal ranges that I'd researched. They were very communicative throughout the process, and the system isn't a huge eyesore. Before installation, we tested at 8.1 (just more than twice the recommended radon limit), and after installation, we tested at just 1.0. The cost of installation is well worth reducing the harm of radon to my kids and other basement occupants.

Great company! Awesome communication, showed up when they said. We had a radon mitigation system put in our basement, they worked with me trying to find the best spot for placement as to not take up too much space in the basement but also keep it not noticeable from the road on the outside. The actual installation was quick and very neatly done, even having to core through some concrete. Answered our million questions with patience.

They installed a radon vapor barrier in our crawlspace connected to an outside fan. It lowered our radon levels from 15 pCi/L to 3.4 pCi/L in the worst place and 6.5 pCi/L to 1.8 pCi/L in the common areas. Would happily hire them again.
