The different stages of this restoration went well.
I've heard a lot of bad experiences with different restoration companies. However tjat was not my experience at all. Over-all I'm very pleased. The end result is what anyone would want to see, like nothing ever happened.
Well done to all that worked in my home.

Adding another review of Serv Pro. Alas another failed sump pump left 4" of water in my utility room that spread into the family room carpet. I called Serv Pro and within an hour Jordan and Anthony came and took control of the situation. After leaving dryers and coming back daily to check progress they handled everything with care and efficiency. I will always call Serv Pro for all my cleaning, and flood repair. Thank you Jordan and Anthony for being so wonderful to work with.

I would give zero stars if I could.

Our basement flooded and we called Servpro to assist. The next day, a technician came out, my husband showed him the room that was flooding, went to check on our daughter, and then saw the technician driving away with no explanation.

My husband called the office and they sent out two other technicians and they came out the same day. They told us that they weren’t able to give us a quote but that they predicted that the cost would be around $500. They put two fans and a humidifier down and said they’d come back with our insurance adjuster.

Once the insurance adjuster came out, the technicians said they would come out everyday to check to see if the wall and floor were dried out. They said they would come out at certain days/times and my husband had to call multiple times to see if they were showing up or not. There were multiple times that they rescheduled but only after my husband called when they didn’t show up.

When they did show up, they’d just check on the fans and then leave. Once our insurance decided not to cover the damage, the technicians came and picked up their fans.

Nothing was resolved. They did not fix anything. Our basement will still flood if it rains heavily. They told us the water was coming in from the window but then didn’t fix it or tell us how to fix it. They just put down fans and a humidifier and then charged us $3,000. Felt like a huge scam.

I called Servpro shortly after discovering soaked carpet in our basement. After explaining the situation to Ashlee she dispatched a mitigation crew that arrived in less than 30 minutes. Trenton and Bear started immediately determining the scope of the ingress and trying to determine the source. They moved their blowers and dehumidifier in and got started with the drying process. They left them going 24/7, checking progress daily until everything was dried out. Throughout the process everyone involved was responsive, efficient and polite.
I will be working next with the restoration side and will update when that work is finished.

We called them at 2 am with water pouring through our basement windows. Carson and Jordan showed up within an hour. They were quick to assess the situation, and act to pump the water out of the window wells, set up fans under the carpet, and were back to pump more water out at 8:30 am. Same guys, no sleep and they were on it. Fast, friendly and professional. We can’t thank you enough for making a stressful situation feel a lot more handled.

Servpro fixed my neighbors house when the bathroom flooded and it was fast and looked great. They responded very quickly and did quality work.

Working with Tyler and Scott, Tristan and teresa at this office has been absolutely amazing. My mom actually told me it was a guy from the city who kept being rude to us not Servpro. and my ex friend stole from me and I apologize. My mom's name would be in the system. Honestly the guys who actually did work for Servpro were very nice and polite. I have a new basement bc of them and it is Gorgeous. I finally got my own bathroom enough space for a walk in closet and the carpet/paint job is beautiful

I want to be honest and fair in this update review. Servpro dropped the ball on the first attempt at fixing some water damage in our house. They completely rushed the first attempt and treated our home like it was garbage. I called and complained about there being drywall mud dumped down our sink and drywall mud dried on our carpet and bedroom furniture. Still, the next time they came to our home, they treated the house with disrespect by doing a rushed drywall and trim job. It seemed like they forgot about the job multiple times, and only made it right after some angry reviews and phone calls.
HOWEVER, after some promises to make it right, Servpro came back, covered our carpet and furniture, and did what took them 3 weeks before in about 3 days and finished a 4 star drywall, trim, and paint job. I can still see the drywall tape line where they replaced the Sheetrock, and I mentioned it to their drywall guy the day he did it, but it just is what it is at this point. Would be 4 stars if not for all of the trouble. They DID work hard to make it right, so just make sure they do!

Serve Pro was amazing. Preston and Rico came out in the middle of the night to help me with water damage that came from my neighbor leaving a hose on. They were kind, they listened and addressed my concerns and got to the root of the issue.

They have been amazing throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of water mitigation.

I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism we experienced. We had a small leak during our kitchen remodel and Preston and Trenton with Servpro came out quickly, assessed the damage and continued to monitor the water damage throughout the whole process until it was completely resolved. They were very thorough and made sure the job was done completely. I have complete confidence our home was well taken care of. I appreciate it so much!

Tyler and his crew are great! Had my living room flooded. Called the office and asked for Tyler and he called me back within 5 minutes. Had someone out to my house asap to check out the damage. Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. The crew that came to my house showed up two hours late with no equipment. When looking under the house, one of them broke the 70 year old window covering the crawlspace that was original to the house. Another person came a week later with more excuses for not getting the job started. I hired another company, but have been trying to get Servpro to pay for the damages they are responsible for. I have been given the runaround by the manager, Jade. She assured me that the check had been sent out a week ago, only to find out today that it still hasn’t been sent. The lack of communication in this process has been absurd. I’m still waiting and hoping that rodents don’t move in in the meantime. I do not recommend using this company unless you want further damage to your home. Hire literally anyone else

The crew at ServPro were great to work with on my restoration after having water damage. Cassie was good to communicate with as the work progressed and she worked with me on several changes. I had different crews to complete the work from asbestos abatement to drywall and more. Thanks for getting my house put back together. I am a happy customer.

They came right out and cleaned my dryer duct which goes straight up to the roof. They explained what they would do, cleaned it all up, and off they went. I was really pleased!

After our basement flooded, my husband and I were overwhelmed and unsure what to do. Our home insurance recommended contacting Servpro for mitigation and we are so glad they did. The guys who came to our house were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Their quick action helped us salvage nearly everything in the basement. They had to come check on the status every day for about a week—they always arrived when they said they would, which was much appreciated. I want to praise Servpro and their hard working staff, Preston, Bodee and Brayden. We had an incident where our ceiling came down in our basement from a water leak and they came after regular hours to get to it right away and set up the eqipment needed to get the repairs underway. They had to move some pretty heavy furniture and they did it with smiles and no complaints. They are there for any questions and concerns and Preston was so patient and kind as he helped us with paperwork and all the loop holes we needed to jump through to get this fixed in a timely manner. All right in the middle of the busy Holidays, that is five star service!! Thank you so much.

I don't write many reviews unless I come across a great company. Servpro is one! I had some flooding in my basement and Servpro responded within hours and sent out two technicians to assess the damage and the start clean-up. They set up their equipment and explained the procedure and my options. Unfortunately I only know the name of one, Julian. However both technicians sent out were courteous, professional and helpful. On day two and three two different technicians by the name of Treston Brewer and Brayden Hansen were sent out to monitor the progress of the cleanup and dry-out. They explained the steps they were taking including the costs up front, and what would be best to restore my home. They were on time, professional and very helpful answering my concerns. They put my worries to rest. It truly was a pleasure to work with them and the company. They did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Servpro. A shout out to Teresa from the office in Pocatello. She was very supportive and got the ball rolling to expedite an immediate response. Thank you!!

We called SERVPRO after a flood from a broken water supply line did extensive damage in a property of ours. They came out immediately and began pumping water on day one. Then they tested for lead and asbestos due to the age of the property. After finding asbestos, they then arranged for mitigation. What a mess. Treston at the SERVPRO Pocatello office was outstanding through the whole three month process. He made sure I was kept updated on the progress of the work and kept my needs and interests in the forefront of all work and negotiations with the insurance company and the mitigation company. Their work is now complete and we are ready for the rebuild. What a blessing to have such a competent representative through this unexpected disaster. Thank you SERVPRO.

AMAZING TEAM! I had a really nasty issue that I needed dealt with last minute. Justin and just crew were quick to respond and did an amazing clean up job. He was quick to respond and put in amazing work. I cannot recommend Servpro and Justin enough.

Horrible experience, had some insurance work done on my household, took 4 months to get the work completed. Did not work well with insurance company or us. Would not recommend. The whole process has been a hassle and the collection threats are ridiculous. Will never do business with this company again.

I have used Servpro on two separate occasions and both times I have been very satisfied. I had a flood in my bathroom and reached out to servpro and they came over right away and addressed the problem. From the tear down to the remodle of my bathroom they were so easy to work with. Austin, Luis, and Andres were so courteous and professional every time they came over. Austin kept me informed every step of the way. The entire servpro team was so excited to show me the remodle when it was complete!
I also had my ducts cleaned by servpro. Teresa was great to work with getting the cleaning scheduled. Treston, Brayden, Carson, Ramon, and Julian cleaned up after themselves so well, and treated my home with respect while they were there

Did a great job with repairs to the outside of my home. Austin, Andreas and Luke were a fantastic crew. Great communication, on time and very professional. Really went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Took less than 3 days for them to remove all fire damaged materials. Crew was extremely competent. Tyler & Luis were very knowledgeable, helpful. GREAT guys! (Luis even looks like my Grandson! )

Had Serv Pro come clean our ducts. They were super professional and had excellent communication all the way through the process. From having learned about the vast amount of services they provide from Lauren, to scheduling with Theresa, and the guys (sorry I can't remember your names!) who performed the service, everyone was great to work with! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

My job is still on going, so I'll have to update this later. So far it's going well. We had a massive water leak with a lot of water damage. We are at the phase to rebuild our basement. The teams have been awesome.

This was our first experience with SERVPRO and it was awesome. From the beginning experience working with Teresa Rowe to the onsite experience with Clay, the service was excellent, communication was great and frequent, and the job was done with excellence. Serve Pro did an amazing job repairing our water damaged basement. Tyler and Serve Pro we’re very easy to work with. They were able to do a great job working through the winter weather, while we were not even unable to be there. They are very trustworthy and dependable. We would highly recommend them for any repairs or damage your home might suffer!

I had a small leak in my utility room and called these guys to see what my options were. They responded quick which was great because as first time homeowners we weren’t sure what to do. They had to remove a small section of baseboard and run some fans and a dehumidifier. We fixed the baseboard ourselves and later found a small amount of mold left in the utility room that I hired someone else to take care of. About 6 months later I receive a voicemail saying I owe over $2000 and if I don’t pay within 2 days there will be a lien put on my house. I was not made aware of these charges before and wasn’t expecting the high price for the work done. I wouldn’t use them again based off of this experience.

Tyler at Servpro is the man! He showed up right on time and had my carpets and big sectional cleaned in 90 minutes. Both look brand new and we couldn’t be happier!

10/10 recommend using these guys! Our dogs got into a skunk and it ended up getting in our house We called ServePro and they came out the same day to spray our house with their skunk odor neutralizer. Other companies I called said it would be 5-7 days until they could come!
ServePro was organized, got us a bid, called with updates and came as soon as they could. And their spray really worked, we can barely smell skunk anymore, thank goodness!!!! Tyler and his team are awesome.

We suffered a ruptured hose bib during a deep freeze last fall. SERVPRO was called in immediately and responded with great alacrity. Tyler was on-site within a few hours and began the mitigation process to limit the damage. In the absence of SERVPRO's rapid response--our loss would have been much greater.

Tyler continued to work with us during the extensive repair work necessary to restore our home--helping with anything we required (moving furniture, covering delicate electronics with plastic, etc.).

Most impressive, his crew packed up the books in my extensive library and restored them in perfect order when the cabinetry was re-installed.

Tyler was always quick to respond regardless of the day of the week or the time of the day. He worked with the insurance adjuster and did yeoman's work in compiling the claim.

SERVPRO was terrific in mitigation and loss recovery.

One of the employees that handled my issue (i believe her name was stephanie) was great, very proffesional, worked hard to get the job done. Aside from her proffesionalism and work ethic, my experience with this company was poor. Not clear on whats being done, almost caused my insurance not to cover my claim, told me they'd be back the following Monday then never came or contacted me. Never even finished the job, I ended up having insurance just reimburse me for the vapor barrier replacement and doing it myself. Ill be doing my best not to use them in the future.

Tyler is so awesome!! He came to help us with our flooded basement and got it all dried out and even came back weeks later to help us put down our carpet with all was said and done! Thanks guys!! If you need theses services don’t hesitate call them!

This is my second go around with these guys(I live in an old house) They are truly professional and care about your house and doing it right. Trenton and his crew even stayed late a couple of times to get the job done and to answer any questions. Even dropped everything and he and his manager made a special point to be here when the insurance adjustor did his walkthrough. These guys are AMAZING!!!
