From the day Devin stopped at my dad’s house until the very last speck of the mess was cleaned up Devin went out of his way to help navigate through the insurance claim to sweeping out the garage with kindness and patience and so much understanding it was amazing. The crew showed up at 630 this morning and all was said and done by 330. The roof looks great and would recommended this company highly!

Brock Schneider was our sales associate for CCX and he did a great job working with us on a new roof for our rental house. He was very good at explaining the product that he had suggested and all the material that would go on the roof. In checking out that product, it has one of the best warranties on the market. The process was very smooth and he kept us informed from beginning to end. The roofing crew arrived on site on the morning we were told they would, and they did a great job and they left our property very clean. We are very happy with this roofing job!

My husband and I decided to replace out siding and gutters, & after seeing CCX Roofing strong presence in the area and the look of their work, we chose to move forward with them. Nick was very helpful in getting us started in June 2023. Due to high demand, our project wasn't scheduled until aoctober, & while materials arrived promptly, there were delays in getting the work started. It became clear that the comwas experiencing growing pains from rapid expansion, which impacted scheduling and communication.

Our gutters were replaced first, but noticed overflow in an area. Initial follow-up was challenging, but once Thomas took over the project, things improved significantly. He ensured the gutters were properly fixed and kept us informed throughout the process. There was a minor mishap involving our outdoor faucet, which led to water in the basement, but Thomas had it resolved with 24 hrs -- his responsiveness was greatly appreciated.

Later we noticed some concerns with our trim work and siding. When I reached out again in October 2024, Thomas helped us navigate through warranty process. After evaluation by ProVia in January 2025, it was determined that both the siding material and installation were flawed. CCX re-sided and re-trimmed our entire home in March 2025, and the results were excellent. The new trim work is much improved, and we still love the color we originally chose.

While the journey wasn't without its bumps, we're happy with thr final outcome. Thomas was a key part of making things right, and it's reassuring to know CCX has addressed the challenges that came with their rapid growth. Ask for Thomas, he will take real good care of you.

Alex did a great job communicating and making sure everything was done correctly. The roofers, gutter guys and soffit guy all did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely.

We first saw CCX Roofing at the 2025 Spring Fair. From the start, the entire company has been approachable, fun, laughing, informative, personable, and lighthearted. Knowing we'd be replacing our roof this year, picking a company was so easy because all others at the fair appeared that they could be doing something better with their time. Not a great first impression. So we decided on scheduling an estimate with CCX and ONLY CCX.

Alex Odishoo is our project manager and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, integrity, communications, scheduling, keeping us informed, and his upfront and fun personality.

Alex has been great to work with. From scheduling a time to see the roof, hearing our concerns, and then preparing four estimates for my husband and I to review, we couldn't be more impressed with the amount of work, effort, and information we were presented. It was so easy to go through not only the estimates but the samples he brought as well. Alex is very knowledgeable and was quick to get answers, update information, or check on other options while presenting the initial estimates. The support of his office is just as beneficial as the work Alex has done for us.

The work:
For me, this is important. For those unaware of the process or wanting insights, here's what we experienced. Gutters were removed a few days before the reroofing, materials were brought also and left for the crew before their scheduled day. The crew began around 7:30 am and finished at 10 pm. For us, this was fine. The weather was cooperating, the pitch on our house is steep, and one day of work vs two or more is just fine. On day two, the focus was the garage. The crew was respectful of our property and worked hard to complete the project. Gutters were installed after the roof was completed and they did a great job removing trash and debris from the roof materials and the trash created from the install.

Issues during the process:
I think this is extremely important as I've read reviews of those who weren't happy with a portion of the project. I feel that's a choice you make. Alex is so personable to talk to that it was easy to call, text, or ask him questions when he was on site. When tearing off our roof, we discovered skip decking which meant a roof deck would need to be installed per building codes. CCX could have maintained the estimate and covered it up, but didn't. Alex was honest and heartfelt is sharing the discouraging news. But it didn't stop the work on the house. It's important that a professional is real and honest with homeowners, especially if you're not use to or understand the scope of work. We appreciate the integrity and even the disappointment we could hear in Alex's voice - as if it were is own home - when sharing with us. Secondly, we did have a wasp issue, the workers sprayed them, and learned spraying them would also stain our light-colored shingles. Who knew?! But Alex was on it the moment I sent a picture to him and they fixed the stained shingles without question. We did not need to advocate or suggest they fix it. Alex handled it quickly and efficiently! I have to say, it was such a seamless process even with the hiccups.

Needless to say, we recommend CCX Roofing and if you have the pleasure of working with Alex, we hope you will see the friendliness and professionalism we did. As we move forward updating our 1949 home, they will be, for sure, our first choice without the need to shop around. They are worth the money and time to see a job completed and done right.

For reference, we went with the Legacy designer shingle in Silverwood.

I had CCX install gutter screens. They did an excellent job. The cost was less than the national companies as well. I'll be using them in the future for some other projects.

We had a wonderful experience with CCX when it came to getting our old siding and stairs renovated. Nick was the first person to assist us when it came to figuring out the logistics and setting up the date for the project to get started/completed. He helped us pick out the perfect color for the siding and it was a seamless process. Thomas helped us afterward with all things related to the renovation. He was very helpful and responded to us in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. He also helped us with minor fixes we needed repaired after the job was completed - it was super helpful to have him help us I didn’t have to go back and forth with different people.. all I had to do was get in contact with him and he would help us from there which was great! Hallie helped us with any other questions we had related to financing.. I would call the office and speak with her and she was also very helpful and she was wonderful with following up. I’m overall very happy with the way things turned out and would recommend CCX to my friends and family!

They were there when Adam said they would be to start the job and the estimate was very thorough complete with the materials. The crew worked throughout the hot day to accomplish the project

This company was a pleasure to deal with. Alex walked is through the process from beginning to end. During construction he frequently checked with us to make sure things were going well and we were happy. When I mentioned protection of a plant in my yard, the crew was right on it putting up proctive measures around it.
The crew was friendly and a very hard working group, even my neighbors were impressed with them!

Alex was amazing to work with. We didn’t know much about roofing when this all started but he took the time to explain the whole process and kept us updated on everything. We did get several quotes but after meeting with others we just felt so comfortable talking & review things with Alex it was a no brainer. We were impressed how quickly they were able to get the project finished, we have a large roof and it was completely done and cleaned up in less then 3 days, we couldn’t be happier, looks amazing.

I recently had my gutters replaced and was very pleased with the experience. From start to finish the company was professional, efficient and delivered top notch workmanship. Alex and the office staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process seamless.

So I have been looking into siding our old outdated house for years. We even signed a contract with a company who could not come through on their promises, and ultimately ended up closing their doors. I have been through the process of going back and forth and what not with many companies. I called CCX for a bid, and an hour later I had Alex and Quinn standing at my door. Being the experienced consumer we are, I already knew what I wanted and the questions to ask. He bid, explained, and followed up about the project while listening to my wants and concerns. Being a numbers and logistics guy I can honestly say I put Alex through the ringer. It came down to a conversation of me boldly laying out my expectations and needs, and asking straight forth if he could/would be up to the challenge (due to being burned once before by the above mention siding company who ultimately closed their doors). Alex assured me that he was the man for MY job and that he was going to be front line and be there for me throughout the entire process, and that his team was up for the challenge. Looking back Alex was right. He was a phone call away if I needed anything, but most times he was aware and had already made plans to deal with it. I must mention his coworker Thomas who was also very professional and just as responsive. He was easy to contact and communicate any concerns. The crew was punctual and professional left my yard as they found it when they started. I can say we are happy with our experience with CCX , but more so their crew (Alex, Thomas, siding crew, Hailey, Quinn). More importantly I can say we love our new house, and so do the neighbors. Eric personally inspected every part of the installation. He even climbed up to check all six of our downspouts, ensuring everything was secure—especially important with the strong Idaho winds. His attention to detail really stood out.

CCX Roofing claimed to have installed a “new roof” on my client’s home five years ago. The invoice clearly stated “re-roof,” and over $5,000 was paid. Now the roof is leaking, and when contacted, the company refused to inspect the issue, claiming it wasn’t a new roof but some kind of temporary sealant — something they admit they don’t guarantee to last. They showed zero interest in resolving the problem and refused to acknowledge the discrepancy between the invoice and the actual work done. Now my client has to pay for a completely new roof. Who charges thousands of dollars for a product that might fail within a year and then walks away from it? Completely unacceptable business practices. We have reached out several time to try to get this resolved and the company make it right. They instead gave us a bid to replace the roof at an amount 3 times that of reputable roofing contractors.

All the employees were helpful, professional and polite. I wanted one thing changed a little bit and Adam came over the same day I called and made the change. I’d recommend ccx to anyone who needs that type of work done

Alex, the Project Manager of CCX, has been incredible. He works hard for you and goes beyond the call of duty to provide you with the information you need and to be sure that all your needs/requests are resolved. And he does this in an expedited fashion - the same day. Beyond this, he has a good heart and desire to do what is right.

My wife and I could not be anymore pleased with our new roof, the workers did a fantastic job, fast efficient and left the job super clean. Now as for the sales man Eric he was helpful explaining in detail from start to finish giving us peace mind the job went exactly as Eric told us, the same is for the girls in the office, communication between sales and office right on, I would give them more than 5 stars if I could I would absolutely recommend this company.

The gentlemen that knocked on my door seemed pretty unprofessional. They should be aware of ring cameras that pick up their jokes and comments about peoples’ homes. Didn’t understand why they looked embarrassed when I finally made it to the door until looking over what the ring camera picked up later. Having done similar door to door sales before, I know it’s the little things that impact a business’s trustworthiness.

Had a leak in our kitchen and Alex took the time to try different solutions before doing anything major. Ended up removing some shingles and installing new ones. So far, no leak!

Erik was very personable and professional. He was honest, knowledgeable, helpful and we didn’t feel pressured. He was a person doing a job but caring about the customer and not just a robot doing a job. Highly recommend.

Tried talking to a few different roofing companies to fix a damaged gutter. These guys were the only ones who were able to come out same day to give me a quote. Alex was quick and easy to talk to. He gave me some great information on my aging roof and gave me a great price on a new gutter. When it was time to do the service, the installers were quick about that too. It looks great! Can't tell there was ever any damage. Someday, when I replace my roof, these guys will be the first ones I call!

I couldn't be happier. These guys are the best. Quality work and they left the place clean. I got onto their schedule quickly and their communication policy is outstanding. They kept me informed as the date got closer, and they really did show up when they said they would. This is not what contractors normally do. Its my favorite thing about CCX, and I have more projects I'm going to use them for.
