I had gutters put on my house when it rained the first time after there was a waterfall over my steps. I contacted Joe and did not get a response. The other picture is a corner piece that was not done right and leaks. I reached out to him again with no response. Would not recommend.
I was told about ICRC by my neighbor, who was very satisfied with their work. About a year ago I had a representative come to my house to assess my roof. I felt it did not look to be in very good shape, but the inspector told me that, though older, it still had some life in it. Frankly, if he had told me I really needed a new roof, I probably would have paid for one. However, I appreciated his honesty and told him that when the time came for me to replace my roof, I would call them. Well, after a bad storm system came through a month or so ago, I found some pieces of shingles in my yard. I called ICRC and a fellow named Joe Lorch called and was VERY helpful. He told me what I should do (first off, call my insurance company) and even told me what my conversation with the company would be like... I.e., I could expect to be contacted by an adjuster within 24 hours (I was) and a date would be set up for him to check on my house. Joe told me to give him the date and time and he would come out. So, two things: my insurance company is Auto Owners and THEY were fantastic (the adjuster was actually employed by AO). The adjuster did a thorough inspection and told me and the ICRC rep that I did, in fact, need a new roof, and the company made payment THAT DAY.
I met a few days later with Joe and he helped brought shingle samples to help us pick out a new roof. He had a crew there the same week. My entire experience with Joe and Auto Owners was exceptional! Both were very helpful and professional and explained everything thoroughly. The ONLY reason I do not give ICRC 5 stars is really to some things that happened during the installation of the new roof... One, a gas powered generator for the nail guns was on my lawn and when they refilled it with gas it spilled and I have a large dead spot where that happened. Also, a few old shingles were tossed and one damaged an exterior light. However, those are easily fixed and Joe said he would pay whatever the cost to make things right. If I had an option to rate them 4.8 stars, I would - but it is either 4 or 5...no partial stars.
GREAT TEAM and made what can be a stressful experience a very easy and painless one!
A friend referred ICRC Roofing to me and I’m so happy they did! I had a very limited budget and was pretty clueless about roofing. I actually had a hole in the garage roof and a few interior ceiling leaks. Joe and ICRC made it work and all issues were addressed. I had received several high quotes which were well beyond my budget and only covered the roof. With ICRC and Joe - I able to get a new roof, repairs and much needed gutters. His crew was professional and cleaned up all trash and debris.
My new roof and gutters looks great. Will also use ICRC Roofing for my window project.
