I have used Bowling Roofing several times for my rental properties. My experience from working with Amber in the office has been excellent. Their crews show up as scheduled and do a great job. When I had an issue several months after a complete roof install, they were very quick to come out and fix the issue. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I have been very impressed with my experience with Bowling Roofing. They have been very easy to work with and responded to all my questions and concerns. They provided an estimate with a fair price. I had a significant leak that could not be resolved with a repair and there was a major rain storm predicted. They were able to move my house up on their schedule to get my new roof installed before that rain came. Their care to make that happen was so appreciated. Any follow up after the installation was promptly addressed. I would highly recommend.

There are two very large oak trees on our property. One of them dropped a thick branch which pierced a 7 inch hole completely through the roof of our detached garage. Because the roof was fairly old anyway, we decided on a total replacement, rather than a repair.

We called Bowling Roofing. Jon was out to do an estimate within two days. He was thorough, informative, and professional. We received an itemized estimate at a very reasonable price and accepted it.

Bowling worked to fit us in around their other projects as quickly as possible. On the scheduled day, their crew arrived on time, worked hard straight through, and actually finished earlier than expected.

Within an hour of completion, one of our neighbors had already texted to compliment us on how nice the new roof looked.

Bowling Roofing was easy to work with at every step of the process, and we always knew exactly where things stood. Communication was excellent.

We can recommend Bowling Roofing highly. Now that the detached garage is done, our home roof will probably need replacing within a few years. We know who we'll be talking to.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with Bowling Roofing! This is the first time I have written a review, but Bowling is so deserving. If you are needing a roof repair or replacement, look no further, give them a call. They are responsive and helpful in every way. The office manager, Amber, deserves special kudos. She helped us select a great roofing choice for the color scheme of our home, including doing a digital mock up of what the new roofing color options would look like, and neighbors stop by our house all the time now to complement our choice. Also, we did not have the cash on hand to pay in full for the new roof and initially we were going to seek a home equity loan, but we got all kind of run around from the bank, they ultimately did not want to give loan because our roof was in need of repair, which is the reason we sought the loan, to replace the roof, it was a bizarre and time consuming experience. We told Amber our difficulty and she suggested we seek financing from one of their partners, and within 60 seconds it was approved and at a rate that was not too much more than the bank rate, and you can pay it off early with no penalty. The install team was great too, everything about our experience with Bowling was 5 stars. Highly recommend! We could not be more satisfied. The entire process of getting our roof replaced was seamless. It was extremely valuable to me that Bowling Roofing had a dedicated office manager who stayed engaged with me throughout the entire project. She demonstrated expertise in working with my insurance company. Every question I had was responded to within 24 hours. The crew arrived first thing in the morning on both days and cleaned up thoroughly after both days.

I had Bowling Roofing recently replace my roof after a storm. Loved the shingles I chose. The crew was very nice. They did a great job of picking up after installing the roof, which is great (if you have ever had a roof replaced you know how many little nails and pieces are everywhere)! There were a few spots that needed some attention after and they promptly fixed those.

Bowling did a great job with our roof. They came out to inspect the roof after the windstorm and did some temporary repairs. They worked with us and the insurance company. They were helpful with picking out the new roof, giving us addresses of roofs They had installed with the shingles we were considering. The installation crew was on time, did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. We could not be more pleased with our new roof!

Bowling replaced the roofs on all the homes for our Homeowners Association in Louisville. Staff was very professional and courteous. At the end of each work day, they took particular care for clean-up and carried magnets around the property to assure all nails were picked up. They covered bushes and windows when they were working in close proximity to them. Carlos, their on-site supervisor, was very responsive to any questions or concerns that occurred during the work. I'm very picky about the contractors I select for our forever home that needed a new roof. I got 3 estimates for our 20+ year old home. Eric Bowling and John provided me with a very detailed contract using only qualified personnel and quality roofing products. The other roofing companies that had provided me estimates did not give me the same degree of commitment or assurance that the job was going to be done up to my expectations. As a former building contractor may I say their employee's commitment to having a great work ethic as well as provided such quality workmanship has literally blown us out of the water!!! Bowling Roofing has been without a doubt the best contractor that I have worked with. They did excellent work and they were efficient in doing so. Our new roof looks great. They were able to work around our gutter helmets when gutter helmet wanted to charge us almost $2,000 to remove and put back on around roof repair. They worked hard dusk til dawn and even through some rain. Kept our driveway free of nails. Awesome experience.
