HW Roofing came out the same day that I called and repaired a small damaged area and saw a nail popping up on the other side of the roof and fixed that too. Herman is very nice and polite and I would recommend him to anyone and will call him again if needed.

Herman and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Herman was extremely professional from the date he came to give us a quote to replace our roof due to storm damage. He was accurate in how long it would take to get to our job and made everything super easy for us a customer. He completed the removal and installation in about a day and a half. He was very prompt with a list of materials and a price to put a new roof on. He explained about the quality of the singles he provides, plus the way his company installs the shingles. They were very efficient on timing to remove and replace them. In his estimate he didn’t charge us extra for the near 100 degree weather that these guys worked in. Herman is a kind, hardworking, friendly and professional man. Our church is located in Moulton, AL on Market Street and the roof developed several leaks in it. Herman and his crew were very responsive to our intial phone call and came out very quickly to inspect the roof and determine the damage causing the leak. He was thorough in explaining what was causing the leak and how he would fix it if given the job. Our members agreed to hire Herman for the repairs and he had the leaked fixed a couple of days later. Our experience as a whole with HW Roofing was top knotch but one of the most impressive things was that Herman asked us to wait until a good rain came so we could ensure that the roof was no longer leaking before we paid him for his services. We all found that to be a very honest approach by him. Of course, in Alabama during spring time, we didn't have to wait long for a good rain. The roof repairs were great and no leaks occured after the rain. Herman and his crew also showed up on time to all appointments and always returned our calls. Huge thanks to HW Roofing on the new roof, chimney flashing, and ridge vent!! They were very professional, thorough, highly skilled, and affordable!! They didn’t take any shortcuts and made sure everything was right! HW roofing done an excellent job of explaining what is needed, walking you around and explaining what they are doing, making sure everything is looking good to you! They cleaned up extremely well, not a single piece of trash anywhere in the yard or flowerbeds!! They are also very timely, called for a quote, was out the same day to give it to me. Herman has made two repairs for us due to wind several years apart. The first time he came out on a holiday weekend after wind caused damage and we were expecting cold, wet weather. The second repair was scheduled for a Monday, but due to rain, he came out Sunday morning to prevent water damage. He is a kind, hardworking man who takes pride in his work and helping people.
