Came on time and did great work! I would recommend this company for reliable, quality, in house workers and great office communication.

Fernando and the guys did an amazing job. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went right to work. They covered everything to protect the bushes and our sunroom roof. The main roof was completed rapidly and they cleaned up completely. I highly recommend CMS.

We didn’t even make it past the consultation. Michael called us in the am on our way into work to move meeting ahead 2 hours. I explained we were self employed and on a job an hour away. This meant us leaving our job at 1:00 in the afternoon. He then began to recite his 30 year qualifications and why he was better than anyone else. After a good 20 minutes I interrupted him and told him he needed to stop. He tried to continue but I told him we were at work and he was disrespectful of my time. We worked like crazy to accommodate him. Only to arrive home with his truck parked in our only parking space. It was 2:00 and he claimed that he had already inspected our roof. The last company spent a good amount of time not only inspecting all the different angles and peaks of our house, but also went in the attic spaces and took lots of photos. I asked Mike how he inspected our roof so fast and his response was he makes 800. An hour. Can you imagine someone announcing how big his operation was and how much he makes an hour blah blah blah. Someone has a bad case of napoleon syndrome.
Any how he told us we were not his fit and left. After this experience I can only imagine how the customer service would be.
So glad to be done with that waste of time.

On time . Excellent communications from day 1. They didn't try to get me to turn it into my insurance. If anyone does that to you, send them away. You'll get more headaches than you want

Brenda was a pleasure to talk with, and she made it very easy to set up the inspection and resultant work that was needed. The team was very prompt and professional. I would both recommend this company as well as use them personally again without hesitation.

I called Mike, the owner, directly on his mobile phone number, which he answered right away, and he came out to my house the next day to look at my lifetime pipe boots I had installed in May 2024 when his crew replaced my roof. I really appreciate the special trip he made to my house in order to answer my questions. I want to also mention that I watched his crew install my new roof in May, and besides doing excellent work, they are all very polite, very professional, and very hardworking, even in the heat. I have included progress pics of the roofing job, so you can see the excellent materials and workmanship for yourself. You can see in the pics that they used tarp on the ground to catch the debris for easy cleanup. For all the reasons I’ve mentioned, I highly recommend CMS Roofing.

Tom, Ben, and Virgil to the rescue!! Needed a small shingle repair done and then ended up discovering wood rot and other damage that needed to be replaced. They took detailed photos of the before, during, and after repair and were efficient and communicative. I feel so much better knowing they did the work and trust that our roof will stay dry for many years!

CMS roofing did our roof, siding and painting. It was nice to call one company and get all my services done by one company. The estimator and office staff where good people and communicated well. I recommend you call the wonderful people at CMS roofing.

Roofers did beautiful work. Had some concerns with our gutter guards being taken off, but the company is committed to seeing what can be done. Overall happy with the work and communication.

CMS Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. The materials used were high quality and they provided an excellent warranty on materials and workmanship. The crew kept the area neat. This was a concern because I have two dogs. When they were finished, they went around the entire area with a metal detector to pick up any nails. The pricing was competitive. The roof looks fantastic! Mike promised me he would be there on day one to check a few areas of concern before they started. Sure enough, there he was on top of the roof with his crew instructing them. I highly recommend CMS Roofing.

Our home experienced hail damage from a freak storm back in June and Mike and his team certainly took care of us. He went to bat with our insurance and we got our entire roof done vs only partial which is what they wanted to do. I appreciated all the leg work since he did not have to do it. The roof came out excellent. We upgraded to ARC shingles and the pricing was more then fair. They also did an excellent job replacing the siding and fascia on our home. There office team D'Lynn & Brandi were great to work with as well. I would highly recommend Mike and his team for any exterior roofing or siding needs!

I have been to the office in Summerville and the staff is wonderful. I went in for some basic information about a new roof and how the company handled veterans. Beverly at the front desk was an absolute joy to talk to and was very knowledgeable and informative about all the questions I had. I’ll be looking forward to future business with CMS Roofing.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this place. Contacted them concerning roof repair. Received an email in which they verified my contact information and after doing so I received a call. Went over my issue and even email over pictures. Received another email inquiring about insurance. After responding, I haven’t heard anything back. Tried reaching out again with no response. It would have been nice to receive some type of response back

Like most home repair contract work it takes a while to get it scheduled. Not the contractors fault 90% of the time. It may have to do with material delays or weather in my case it was both. When it was all said and done they got the work done. My siding work came out great. Perfect match. The communication was fine. Patience is the key. In the photo the lower part under the window up to the edge and the corner up to the top was replaced.

CMS repaired my roof for a great price compared to other roofing companies that I contacted. The customer service and the installers were very professional. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I received several quotes on my roof and CMS roofing is the only company that was honest, and gave me options. They were responsive, on time, work product is excellent, and kept me up to date through the entire process. GREAT company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest estimate! Our roof replacement was executed very rapidly after contract agreement and was performed professionally in one day. The team left the yard as clean as they found it ! Perfect service on time and on budget. Who could ask for more!

Over all we are happy with the gutters and downspouts on our house. We did have some issues in the beginning with some leaks, but CMS was very responsive in coming back and take care of the problems. All of the staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Called CMS for emergency roof repair. They were very friendly and willing to take the job even though they had a full schedule. They did it before stormy weather caused more damage.

We recently had CMS replace the roof on our 8 unit condo. The roof was completed in 2 days and included a two layer tear off. The workers went above and beyond in making sure our new roof was done correctly. Communication was excellent from both the on site manager as well as CMS reps. I would definitely recommend CMS for future projects.

I noticed some leaks in my roof and called CMS after a friend recommended their services. They offered very professional and on time service. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend.

CMS did an amazing job roofing my house. They were very professional and were able to finish the whole project in a couple of days. A month later a bad storm hit and a tree fell on the roof. CMS came out and repaired the roof at no charge the day after! I would strongly recommend using their services.

CMS came out to do some roof repairs around my chimney to prevent water damage. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but they provided quality work. They're also willing to work with you and provide discounts if you plan to have multiple things done at once.

5 Stars because there is not an option for 6! The ONLY roofing company that was willing to work on my roof in the very rural area I live in. All questions were answered quickly, usually on the same day. The price quoted to replace roof (repair as necessary) was the price charged. The quote was very detailed and there was NO hidden charges/ fees. The job was completed in one day on the day scheduled, wouldn't even know work was done except for the new roof, as the roofers left no trace that they were there. Before and after pictures were taken of damaged sections of the roof, along with work in progress pictures. The entire CMS team (office staff and roofers) are friendly and pleasant to do business with. Quality material was used, and the workmanship is just as high.

Everyone that I interacted from start to finish was professional and a pleasure to work with. The crew was on time and respectful of my home. I highly recommend CMS for any roof repair or installation!

I work from home as I’m getting a new roof installed on my home, my two car garage and two other structures in my yard. The crew came out, They were respectful, organized, and efficient. I barely knew they were here and when they left, I have these beautiful new roofs that look awesome on my home and not a piece of paper to show that they were even here. Even the inspector came and was impressed with the work that was done on my home. APEC said they’d be there on Monday and be finished in four days and they were. I would like to thank Apex roofing and the guys that came out here for the great job that they did.

It was so easy working with CMS roofing from the beginning to the end. they offered me 3 different options for my roofing and helped with acquiring the financing. All of the staff from the people I spoke with at the office to the leads on the job site were outstanding. Once the job was completed, everything was cleaned and you wouldn't know that anyone had been there. Our new roof looks great and several of my neighbors are looking to replace their roofs with the company.

This review is for the front end of a job, in contacting and contracting CMS to put a new roof on our house in North Charleston, SC. We have been very pleased with them so far. They were one of the only local roofing contractors we contacted for quotes that called us back! It's wonderful to have a friendly professional answer the phone when you call, quickly answer questions, give sound advice/options, and prompt return quotes! The work needed is extensive and they have been prompt, courteous, and professional. The work is almost finished and looking great.

I have now hired CMS to handle a repair we need on our house.

My HOA recently had 26 building re roofed by CMS Roofing. I was on the board of directors of the HOA at the time of the project and interfaced with CMS staff including the owner Mike on a regular basis. I have had a lot of experience dealing with vendors servicing our community in different capacities and I have to say that CMS went above and beyond to service our project taking great care that each of the home owners that were impacted by the project got the attention they needed.

Ours was a very large project and the crew was clean and professional. the Operations staff communicated schedule information and logistical details clearly and timely. The Owner Mike was present regularly himself ensuring our needs were met and that job safety and cleanliness were top class.

our project was inspected by a third party and the quality and workmanship were top notch.

I would strongly recommend CMS Roofing to anyone needing anything roofing. This is the kind of contractor you hope you end up with on your project.

I used CMS previously and have been very happy with all aspects of their work. I called them a few weeks ago when I found wind damaged my fascia board on one side of my house. The damaged piece was flapping in the wind close to the power connection to my home. The forecast was for a wintry mix and many places were closing early. Nobody was available to help. Later that day, I got a call that a Team Member, who was not working that day, was coming to take care of my issue. The entire Team was fantastic, as always. They calmed the fears of this Senior and followed through to completion. I recommend CMS totally. They are dependable and do excellent reasonably priced work. They are my roofer!

We live in a neighborhood with a lot of trees. We've used CMS for repairs at this house, and at our previous house also. Our main, recurring usage though, is with gutter cleaning. Our house is simply too steep for me to get up there, and my fear of heights is a roadblock as well.
CMS comes out usually 2 times a year for us. They are always on time, they follow up, they are FAST... and they don't just clean the gutters and throw stuff on the ground.
It's professional, and it's how a service company SHOULD do work.
CMS sets the standard. Others should take note.

The MAIN thing here too, is value. Once I had someone come to our door to offer gutter cleaning. I asked for a price, and he quoted me NINE TIMES the price that CMS charges us regularly.
I was shocked.

CMS Roofing was very responsive and kept me informed as to when they would be able to make the repair. Delay was to continuous rain with repairs unable to be made when it is raining. They followed up after the repairs and informed me of the warranty on their service.

We are very happy with the new roof installed by CMS Roofing. The crew did an excellent job, showed up early and stayed late to clean up. Office staff friendly and helpful - all around good experience. Professional service, would recommend to others.

I had Mike from CMS Roofing come out today for an estimate. He’s not begun the work yet, but I very much look forward to his company helping me solve my roof leak issues. The true measure of a professional reputable company is what they will do when things don't go as plan. CMS had replaced a roof at one of my rentals about five years ago.I had minor leak on my roof which was recently discovered. It affected the attic moisture levels that was not acceptable. I told Jessie who works at CMS about the situation and she was very empathetic and professional once I explain the situation to her.
It took a little while to get the repair work done otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
When we had major rain storms one day I had a professional inspect the attic the day after and he proved that the roof was all sealed up and therefor no moisture issues. CMS is true to their word and will respect their warranty obligations.I didn't pay a dime for the repair work. CMS really cares about their reputation and this incident proves it to me.

The crew led by Fernando did a great job, and finished in just a day and a half. They were very careful with all the issues from the old roof, and left making the new roof perfect and beautiful. I would highly recommend CES for your next roof !!

As a former Roofing Salesman, I knew what to look and listen for from a company. Not only did Mike say all of the right things, CMS did exactly what they said they'd do, when they said they would. I am impressed!

I've been in construction business 40yrs and never seen anything like it. There were 11guys all day 9of them on the roof.They replaced 25 sheets of bad wood and had it all done by 6pm.
